### "I really really wanted to like this system!"

Pros

I was really excited when I came across this system, it seemed like the perfect solution to what we were needing until we actually got into it and found that it just didn't serve our needs. The customer service was great. I appreciated how much time they spent to explain everything but we needed a company to work with us on how to make the system work FOR us. We use everything google so that was very appealing to us with all the integrations. For us to use this system, we would need to pay for others services on top of the monthly rate so it just didn't make sense. We were able to find a solution that works for our needs even though it's something that you wouldn't typically use in my industry. Thanks so much for all the help, ProsperWorks!

Cons

Again - really wanted this to work for us. It's a great system for companies. Unfortunately, it just did not fit within our company and the workflow we need to stick to.

no pro's. Impossible to reach only via email no telephone number

Cons

Total rip off. There was no trial period. There no monthly option

Pros

I like the mobile feature on my phone, being that I'm outside sales this has a ton of value.

Cons

Since this is a shared program between sales staff id like to see less duplicate contacts.

### "Company refuses to cancel account"

Good until inability to cancel. Now I feel the product is majorly defective as you cannot refuse to let customers cancel and continue billing them.

Pros

Easy to use and good UI. Easy to adjust settings and custom fields.

Cons

Company refuses to cancel our company account. They acknowledged cancellation originally but now just continue billing our company credit card and are not responding to our communication.

Pros

Spend the majority of time under the opportunities tab - I like how you can create different opportunity groups for business development purposes. We are able to separate out all the contracts we have readily available and move them to proper stages (qualified, contract, approved) with ease. It's also extremely easy as a CRM assistant for looking up past contacts. Having Copper sync with gmail to automatically add contacts makes it seamless and takes the manual portion out.

Cons

Not much. If there was a way to automate when people switch companies (via Linkedin updates?) that would help as there's contacts in there that no longer work at said company. Other than that, pretty easy to use and manage.

Pros

Prosperworks is so seamlessly integrated with Gmail--this platform was a blessing from heaven. It is apparent this was created by a sales person who is in the day-to-day grind--not some cumbersome CRM created by a software developer who has never sold a day in their lives.

Cons

The only downsides we found with the software is: -Reporting--was not as overarching as the reporting capabilities in CRMs we're more used to. -Integrations--does not take the cake in terms of integrating with outside platforms (AdWords, ERPs, landing page tools, etc.)

My favorite feature is the ability to link with Gmail. It is also very easy to filter through contacts, opportunities, and leads to help gain sales.

Cons

Unable to load sales data easily from excel spreadsheets.

Switched from

ACT was very slow and time consuming to use. It was outdated and hard to send emarketing out.

Pros

I was searching for a lead tracker CRM that was easy to use and had a familiar style to what my team was used to working with. Prosperworks has been the solution with it's integration with G-suite. It has been a great tool for us.

Cons

Demo shows full features which is are much more than the advertised price. It would be better to show what you are working with at the first price point for a week then open up the other features for trial or vise versa, so you get an understanding of what you are missing.

while this is a useful crm to get your sales team on quickly, there's a lot to be desired in terms of flexibility and managing your sales workflow. integrations outside of gsuite are also more difficult to come by

Pros

There is a lot less manual work with Prosperworks. It's super easy to set up and the integrations with gmail work well. This makes adoption easy!

Cons

Because it's so easy to set up and use, it means there isn't the level of customization we would like to have. The reports are not as useful as we would like.

My account executive is one of the best I have dealt with on any product or service in the twenty plus years I have been in business. I know he doesn't get it done on his own as he will reference how supportive his team is. I run several small startups. Seamless integration into and with our daily workflow is crucial. ProsperWorks makes it easy. I know that Google is a client of theirs. The nice part is that they treat me as professionally as they do Google. I guarantee it.

I did not like this software for network marketing. It did not work. I asked for a refund for the yearly subscription and was turned down with no compensation whatsoever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY! I am sure there are other CRM companies that will value you as a customer!

Pros

Nice layout and slick promotional marketing. It has good reviews for b2b sales. It is not designed for network marketing, which is why I obtained it.

Cons

I had a horrible experience with the company. I am a network marketer. To save money, I bought the yearly plan. I immediately saw that this was not really suitable for network marketing but was more b2b sales people. I asked for a refund having it only a couple of days and not using it. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most companies in a similar circumstance if the customer is not satisfied and did not use the product will usually issue a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Simple to use, easy to add companies and individuals, allows specific filters. I appreciate being able to have individuals photos.

Cons

There's no way to move an individual from one company to another company without losing all the history. In today's world, where individuals progress through multiple companies during a career life, this causes duplicate individuals and significantly more work when needing to record a long-standing relationship.
