Pros

The Gsuite integration is definitely the biggest plus. We are starting to get better insights through the improved reporting functions.

Cons

Partnership referral tracking is cumbersome.

If you are using Google Workspace, this is the simplest and most powerful way to manage your customers.

Pros

Copper lets me do everything within Chrome--creating contacts, opportunities and tasks; following up with leads; tracking projects; searching for all of the above. It has saved time, built efficiency, and boosted our revenue.

Cons

Customized fields aren't "smart." That is the only thing I can think of!

Helping our Sales Department follow up on Sales Leads, in a timely manner with both new and old customers. Keeping up with actual Lead to Sale Ratios, Projected Sales Quotas, etc.

Pros

Customer Service, I am a technically challenged Gram of 3, who all can run rings around me in the technical department, that is, if it is pertaining to the games, photos, Social Media sites, etc. Copper Customer Service has been most helpful and understanding with me~learning to navigate pages!

Cons

The most aggravating thing I complain about is not being able to see or find my data after entering and not being able to actually see it has been done!

Below average, I honestly see very little value in the product and it doesn't scale well with a business at all.

Pros

At the entry-level it is fairly affordable and had decent basic functionality. If a single user or small team has limited knowledge or need for in-depth information and dashboards it provides insight into just the essentials.

Cons

As you start to need a few users/seats, Copper quickly becomes about the same cost as a more powerful CRM like HubSpot, which provides a good free version as a starting point. The functionality is very limited and doesn't provide much use beyond sales, meaning that extra logins for leadership to view and not use are not included so you would have to add additional paid seats or share credentials. This typically results in asking questions instead of a quick login and review of key metrics. The reporting and dashboard view is also quite limited and you have to keep upgrading plans to access what should be standard features. This is what now puts you at a price point the same as HubSpot but you're left with a sub-par CRM and no cross-over or cross-functionality in the platform with marketing/service

Pros

The software is very handy and can help a lot specifically when the number of accounts to be managed are quite higher. It has helped in a lot with maintaining my daily input track.

Cons

The software can be a bit difficult to understand for a new user. You can add some guides or blogs that can help a new user take up the things easily.

### "This is the best CRM for a small business I have ever used"

Pros

Ease of use, Flexibility, Multi Businesses can be operated from the same database. This system is easy to customize and automate. I like that it can be automated to other programs I use using Zapier or direct links to the software through API. It is also most useful because it integrates well with Gmail. Training team members is easy and straightforward. Their support tools make bring new people onto the system effortless. Each channel of sales can have it's own steps process to complete a sale. You can do reports by each Channel.

Cons

Support tickets take too long to process. Rather than just provide an answer to your request, the system contacts you to make sure you still have the question open and then you must refresh the ticket. Seems to be a glitch in their Zhen Dest process. Because I am in China doing some work, I find this most irritating. I cannot seem to get them to fix this problem. I wrote a letter to the president of the company after he wrote me wanting to know my opinion of the system but he never answered. The company is growing quickly and that is good but sometimes it also causes delays in getting the little things fixed. Over all though, I give the company a 5 start rating for effort, design, support and usefulness.

I work in a service company that offers hardware and software solutions with hundreds of clients in LATAM. Prosperwork is a fundamental support for the management of our company, it allows us to follow up on the objectives set, measure deviations, marketing actions and contact with our customers.

Pros

Prosperwork is a CRM, which works in the cloud, which allows improving the sales management of any company. Among the most brilliant features is the complete merger with the Google Suite, but that articulation does not stop there, it also has the option of integrating with other web tools such as MailChimp, on cloud solution for handling email marketing campaigns, which makes an essential support tool for the work of our marketing department. It also offers synchronization with Dropbox, which makes it easy to transfer information through the tool. Due to being a solution on cloud, you can follow up, in real time, the work of the sales department. Contributing to the making of early decisions, avoiding the deviation from the goal proposed by our board.

Cons

We are very satisfied with the solution presented by this software, to the point of not having found ourselves before anything we want to do and can not do it in the tool. Although it is intuitive, it can be a bit confusing to use in the first few changes. Then, everything flows with a lot of precision and speed. The main reason for this situation is the large number of options and configurations that can be made in Prosperwork.

Awesome!

Pros

I like that we can access the software via mobile device and easily navigate. We have an option to customize contact type, details or information as needed. We can filter our leads and track them in a pipeline. We even have an option to export our data and easily track them in a sheet. The UI is very friendly and easy to use.

Cons

Setting up drip campaigns, sequence emails can be quite difficult for beginners. At first, the integrations confused me but the customer support representatives are very attentive and helpful.

Pros

Using Copper is easy and it keeps information well organized and easily accessible.

Cons

The search function needs to be tweeked and is erratic at times. Sometimes I find it's easier to search for a company using a url than their name because using their name doesn't always bring them up.

### "A Must for Business!"

The overall experience has been great! The training is very good and ProsperWorks makes a genuine effort to properly onboard their clients unlike some software companies that want to sign you up and then leave you on your own. At a bare minimum, ProsperWorks raises an awareness of where every opportunity is in the sales process for the rep and the manager, leading to more customer touches. When properly used, it's truly a tool to increase sales and provide guidance and structure for a sales person throughout their day. And it can be accessed from anywhere!

Pros

I like the robust feature set that ProsperWorks CRM offers. The ability for the application to "scrape" emails from the interactions with each client is a big plus, too. It's relatively easy-to-use for early to mid adopters and the learning curve for a deployment is minor assuming most the people in the organization are somewhat savvy with web-based applications. I'm a manager of an outside sales environment so the amount of administrative control and the ability to assign roles to specific reps is helpful. I can set it up where each rep sees their own activity and not the activity of others. The app version of the software for iOS and Android is awesome as well. Very robust. You can enter info on the fly using your smart phone and it's all waiting for you when you open your laptop! It's a must for anyone doing territory sales.

Cons

The biggest negative to me is the fact that when ProsperWorks tries to scrape the actual contact data, it's incomplete or inaccurate and needs to be completed or fixed. Any other complaint is relatively minor and can probably be overcome with some more training. Also, my company uses the enterprise version of Quickbooks and apparently, ProsperWorks only integrates with the web-based version. It would be nice if that option would be made available in the future.

Easy to use, saves me a lot of time - there are some features it could benefit from and it isn't the cheapest on the market but, overall, I enjoy using the product more than previous CRM tools like Salesforce

Pros

Being able to create opportunities directly from Gmail / Calendar saves so much time every day for me, I cannot stress enough how tremendous this feature is!

Cons

There isn't a lot of reporting functionality, i feel other CRM's I have used previously can do more, though there is something to be said about the simplicity of the product

Copper has cut down dramatically on administration data entry try which allows for our staff to communicate with our prospects more frequently, which in return is bringing in more business for the company.

Pros

Copper has helped our company tremendously in regarding to time spent updating our CRM systems. We use to have to add all emails to the system, Copper automatically adds all the emails which has cut down on our administration time dramatically. It will also pull contact information for the internet, which also helps cut down time so the time can be spent elsewhere. Another favorite feature is being able to view the contact file in gmail when an email from that specific person comes in.

Cons

We wish that when adding notes into copper, there was more flexibility in regards to changing the color of the font or being able to highlight something within the note. Also, sometimes we have an individual in the system with more than one company but Copper doesn't allow you to add duplicate emails to multiple files.

Overall experience was good until I knew I was paying more for less.

Pros

At that time I was looking for a CRM that integrates with G Suite at that time called Google Apps. This was the second CRM I tried.

Cons

You have to play a lof more for the better features that actually completes the CRM. After checking out other companies I realized after using it for more than a year that the CRM is lacking in features.

Pros

The G-Suite integration is a game changer. Project tracking with the ability to associate specific people and related documents is efficient and helpful, as is the project value overview. The bulk emailing now with the attachment option saves a lot of time.

Cons

I still have a hard time understanding how to integrate the Leads and Projects areas into my daily workflow.

quite ok but the price was too high for such a product for a small startup where we would need 7 accounts from 20 people total...as we do not have a dedicated sales or crm person that was killing it

Pros

there were good reviews so copper made it to the shortlist in selection for a CRM tool

Cons

the features seemed to be good 2 years ago but the development of the product seemed to be not evolving also compared to Nethunt the pricing was double so it lost mainly on the market price

Pros

The seamless integration with Google G Suite makes this tool a terrific CRM tool. Now that Copper also has add a Project Management tool makes it even more beautiful.

Cons

I don't know any cons for Copper. I don't have any negative experiences so far for this Google G Suite CRM tool.

Very poor. I made a mistake buying this, but you are not entitled to a refund even if you didn't use it at all. And if you ask, customer support won't give you the courtesy of a response. I don't get why one wouldn't just buy one of the many alternatives out there if you really need something. Or, honestly, just use a notepad.

Pros

Looks simple. Not bad looking. Lots of documentation.

Cons

Very expensive for what it is. This is a manual and labor-intensive piece of software that doesn't add much vs just using pen & paper. Between gmail, calendar, and a free tool called todoist, there just isn't much reason to pay the big annual fee. Not only did it not have much use, it actually detracted from my life. A buggy plugin to Gmail that blew up some of my windows with a senselessly repeating 'copper' icon, an insanely annoying notification for every time someone reads an email that is completely non-obvious how to turn off, a buggy API to my drip marketing campaign tool that added friction to my life. In other words, Copper is a tool you pay money in order for it to detract from your life.

Overall it has been helpful to keep track of my contacts. I wish that there were more features for the lower price point, like marketing and email features.

Pros

I like that it syncs to my Gmail and automatically goes back through 1 year of communication to add all those emails to my connections with my contacts. The Gmail extension makes it super easy to add new contacts to my CRM and keep track of our conversations. It also makes it easy to keep track of leads and opportunities and what stage they are at. The Task function is nice how it adds to-do items to my calendar and sends me reminders. That is helpful so I don't forget to do things daily.

Cons

It's pretty expensive for only one user and many of the best features of it are only available for the higher pay level. Also, it's doable to use from Gmail on a phone but not easy. I wish the app extension worked better.

### "Not the standard CRM / Project Tracking"

We use Copper to manager our existing customers. We do not add new customers often, just account management really. We also use it to track commercial projects. It's two completely different uses. We use Opportunities as commercial projects. It would be nice if People/Companies could be segmented as different types with different visible fields. We group a lot of fields and have to toggle open/close based on the type of person being entered.

Pros

Our company uses the Google Suite of apps so integration with our current setup was extremely easy. We had a single implementation person assigned to our account and she was extremely helpful and responsive. Also the customization options were very useful.

Cons

The canned reports were not useful to us. We had to build our own through Google Analytics. However the Copper team have recently been upgrading their reports, with the ability to create custom reports now. It's much better.

Wonderful! The customer service is AMAZING and overall we have converted so much more closed business as a result of effective lead and pipeline management within our company.

Pros

The ability to manage leads, manage pipelines, and store data, along with the ability to automate lead management.

Cons

the lack of ability to integrate with other softwares, the lack of commission management features, and the lack of ability to specifically disburse leads automatically based on tracked conversion rates
