### "Very helpful for CRM"

February 9, 2022

5.0

Copper helps me track what deliverables are owed on a project, what tasks are due and when, and to correspond with account managers in a way that leaves an easy-to-follow "paper trail."

Pros

It's very easy to get around in Copper, and I like that I can view info on a company, a contact, or a related project without leaving the project I'm in.

Cons

I rely on the ability to "pin" important posts and notes, but it doesn't always work depending on the project I'm looking at. I'm not sure if this is a problem with Copper, or merely with our implementation of it.

### "A must-have CRM tool"

May 2, 2023

4.0

Copper has been a very useful tool for our company as it has allowed us to have a more efficient and organized customer follow-up, which has resulted in increased productivity and better collaboration among my team.

Pros

The best thing about Copper is its seamless integration with Gmail email. I can automatically add emailing contacts to my account and see the entire history of past interactions with a customer in one place. I also love how I can add notes and reminders to each contact to follow up in a timely manner.

Cons

sometimes the search for contacts can be a bit slow. However, this is not a big problem and does not significantly affect the overall user experience.

### "Prettttty prettttty good. "

August 11, 2021

I would be completely lost without Copper. It keeps my sales team organized and on top of our follow up to close more leads.

Pros

Ease of use for me to keep track of my open tasks. I use this platform daily to follow up on my leads after an initial sales presentation. I can also move my leads along in the funnel and sort by funnel stage.

Cons

Reporting can be a bit clunky. The best reports can be pulled using a google dox integration. I found this most helpful.

### "Great interface and easy to integrate with other software"

August 11, 2021

5.0

Pros

The UI is very easy to use and I like the fact that it tracks emails and you can see when customers open the emails. I like that you can log notes and also that it integrates with PandaDoc and MailChimp.

Cons

I feel like the speed of the sync could be improved.

### "An excellent product that had transformed the efficiency and sales tracking for our small business"

February 3, 2022

5.0

We use it every day.

Pros

It helps us integrate sales efforts with contacts, keep track of sales and where opportunities and sales are in the cycle. Keep track of our orders in a way that is intuitively tied to our contact list and calendar reminders.

Cons

The project management is not so great once a sale has closed. There are some minor tech problems.

### "Copper Review"

August 17, 2023

4.0

It does the trick and is a good value for the product.

Pros

It integrates nicely with GSuite. It's also very customizable.

Cons

Copper APIs could use some improvement. Their APIs are sometimes clunky, takes a bit of trial and error to figure out, and difficult to build on top of compared to similar tools.

4.0

We had a very good experience but we quit using it because of the price. It was too much for our needs. Though the features were amazing to have.

Pros

The integration with gmail is great. In our company we use google accounts, so using Copper extension; the CRM automatically update your contacts with the emails you send. It is very easy to maintain the leads updated.

Cons

The pricing was quite expensive. The basic plan is not good enough so you need at least the mid tier plan which may be expensive if you don't want to expend too much money. Sometimes they have discounts but they only last a few months.

### "Prosperworks CRM"

October 3, 2016

2.0

There was confusion from the beginning as to who my main point of contact was to get started. I had an initial person, then interacted with two others. None were able to assist with questions about merging my domain name email with my gmail account. The CRM software specifically caters to gmail users. That was fine as I had set up my domain name email to send/receive via my gmail account. None of the support persons were able to advise or confirm if Prosperworks would still work with my domain email via gmail. I was instructed by one of them that I would need to also subscribe to the paid Google for Business service. From the onset I was asked and confirmed I was only interested in the level. As I'm a new agent in Real Estate, and I would be the sole user, I did not need, nor could afford the bells and whistles. One of the key selling points was the ability to track and see when my emails were opened. At no point in my various conversations with 3 different consultants was I told that this feature was only available at the price point. It was only after I had installed the software and inquired about the missing feature that I was told I wasn't eligible. Also, the ongoing question about the integration of my domain name email address was never satisfied. After playing around with the app, importing contacts and setting up both my gmail and domain name email in the app during the free trial period, I discovered that I would need to pay for an additional account for the "second email" even though it was me the same person. My take-away was that I would need to pay for each additional subscriber. When compared to others like Hub Spot, this is simply a bad deal. At no point during the onboarding process was this explained until I was ready to confirm payment/my own personal email issues. I was told a supervisor who would be more knowledgable would be in touch. It was around a week later I heard from a supervisor. By then I had moved on. I informed her that I had discovered HubSpot and would be using that as my CRM moving forward. HubSpot is free and also comes with the feature to track opened emails. The supervisor told me that HubSpot was NOT a CRM. It is. So, in the end I would not recommend Prosperworks. It seems this app is too new and the support team is lacking in knowledge. At the basic level of it's not worth it when compared to others that offer the majority of the same features for free.

Pros

useful if you use gmail exclusively.

Cons

lack of knowledgable support team. too expensive when compared to other CRMs

### "A simple but efficient CRM"

February 2, 2022

5.0

The customer experience is great, you can see that it is a priority for that vendor. They do follow-up regularly, but it is not annoying, they have real questions and real answers, and the support is top notch.

Pros

I was sold by the "built for Google" tagline, and it delivers. Copper is deeply integrated with Google Workspace and it makes several workflows so efficient, especially the integrations with email, calendar and drive.

Cons

There are no important downsides, really. The CRM is just effective. Some other products integrates nice bells and whistles, you won't find many in Copper... but do you need them?

### "Copper - CRM"

October 6, 2020

5.0

Overall, a very good CRM. It has all the functionality and tools I need to manage the sales process.

Pros

Copper is a solid CRM with lots of features to help handle your sales funnel from start to finish. You can sort/filter and run lists, export lists, and manage tracking of interactions, schedule follow ups and keep track of emails.

Cons

There are a few key features on Copper that are not intuitive/user friendly. It's not that they are difficult, but features could be better marked and highlighted as to how to do certain things on the platform. I wish it had better tracking to manage a sales team.

Reason for choosing Copper

Hubspot was way too expensive to upgrade to get the features I needed. Copper is a much more reasonable priced tool and does everything I need.

I set up all of my meetings and have all of my business and many of my personal contacts set up in Copper.

Pros

### "Seamless integration with G-suite has simplified the management of our SaaS Business "

February 3, 2022

4.0

We have been using Copper for 3+ years and are really satisfied with it as a product

Pros

For us the seamless integration with our company gmail accounts makes Copper ideal for our business. We also use Zapier to integrate it with our new cusotmer registration process so leads are automatically input into the system. The ease of sending emails directly from Copper, sharing contacts and being able to see all activity across the team in relation to a client has really made this perfect for our business. Tasks also integrate directly into our google calendars which is helpful.

Cons

I feel the email template feature could be more advanced (eg HTML format)

### "Finally, a CRM a sales guy can live with"

August 13, 2020

5.0

This is the easiest to use most intuitive CRM system that I have ever worked with in the 25+ year career. I especially like the automatic integration with GSuite (gmail & calendar). I like the user interface and workflow to move opportunities through the sales process. The online support team have been great to work with and seem quite knowledgeable about the product.

Pros

I like the simplicity of how it is laid out. It was easy to customize to some of my company's unique requirements. Because it automatically syncs to my email and calendar, it eliminates hours of typical data entry that I have been frustrated with other systems. The integration with Linkedin is also a nice feature when I am entering leads.

Cons

There are a few advanced features that I wish were available at the basic level. Otherwise, the product is too expensive at higher levels.

### "easy to use, decent value"

February 2, 2022

5.0

Good. The support is good. I havent taken enough time to really understand how to maximize it.

Pros

Easy to get started. Easy to import. Easy to learn with good documentation.

Cons

Not being able to have an attachment to a group email. No SMS tracking. Appointment reminders are email. There has to be a better way. It is pretty expensive when you add in the cost of gSuite, per seat.

Reason for choosing Copper

Hubspot felt like you had to pay for everything you wanted to use or a number of contacts was limited.

### "Expensive Manual Logging CRM which provides No Support"

January 17, 2022

2.0

I am honestly very disappointed with the product. I feel that their customer service is horrible, and their pricing practices are deceptive.

Pros

Checking off items within copper is very easy.

Cons

I dislike the fact that you have to manually log everything. Every call must be manually logged. Every text must be manually logged. I personally feel that their product is false advertising. Additionally I was told my a sales representative that the program is month by month. I signed up for a month, then cancelled and was charged for a year being told that it is a yearly program. (Not exactly honest) Then when I complained, I was told that I was not going to be charged again (I have the email as proof) and am now being charged every month.

### "OK but Deceptive Contract/Billing Terms"

August 12, 2020

3.0

Overall experience was OK until we needed more robust marketing automation, which Copper just couldn't do. Our biggest issue was with their deceptive and poorly worded TOS. They try to require you to cancel 30 days IN ADVANCE of the renewal date, but send no notification of that at that point, nor do the poorly written terms clearly state that. We attempted to cancel prior to the renewal date and were told it was too late. Find me another SaaS product that attempts to require 30-day advance notice of cancellation. Extremely poor customer service in this respect. They are not to be trusted and we would never recommend Copper to anyone.

Pros

Cons

There is virtually not internal reporting functionality or ability to drill down within the available reports to understand what's happening.

### "Copper is a great tool for the office."

We love Copper and use it daily. Great CRM program.

Pros

We like the ease of use for this program as we are sales reps and need to have names for all our customers along with tracking emails and notes. We also have the apps on phones for those out in the field.

Cons

### "Limited exposure, but it's been great!"

August 11, 2021

4.0

Great. Everything I've needed, nothing I don't.

Pros

That it's fairly intuitive and easy to use. I've used Salesforce at all my other jobs and it's a pain in the butt. In my opinion it's too much. Trying to be everything to everybody. In contrast, Copper has been very smooth, focused and easy to use. I have what I need and not a bunch of extra stuff to bog me down and get in my way. Specifically appreciated the reporting. So much simpler to generate the fairly simple reports I'm looking for as a sales rep. Was able to figure it all out on my own without having to bug mangers and sales enablement.

Cons

I had some minor frustrations with lack of information sharing between Copper and other systems. Honestly though, I think that was more on our end and shouldn't really be attributed to Copper because I think that was a lack of investment on our end to button up integrations.

February 4, 2022

Overall very happy with it. Need to make sure to use it to its full capacity. Price per user is a bit high I would say but would recommend to everyone I speak too.

Pros

The ease of use and the seamless integration with Gmail.

Cons

I think the calendar function in combination with tasks can be improved a little with maybe colours and stuf, but maybe its already possible though, im not very technical so other than that not much! I wanted to say send documents with the email but you actually did upgrade that so im happy!

### "Good for Start Ups"

November 28, 2020

4.0

Using Copper was a great start when my business was just starting up. The features are good but basic. It's worth the value for the money. But as my business expanded I needed more features and integration that it did not offer.

Pros

I used copper for over 6 months before switching to another CRM. It was fairly easy to use. It integrated nicely with G-suite and my task reminders were always on point. I was able to use the pipeline easily for tracking progress within deals and the managing the contacts was quite easy as well.

Cons

It didn't integrate with Facebook which was one of my main channels for advertising. It didn't integrate with my phone system which is probably the biggest reason that I switched to another CRM.

Pros

I like the fact that we can use Copper on any browser, and from anywhere, so it's extra simple, and you can check things wherever you are.

Cons

The organization of the different sections. Sometimes it's hard to find things because you might not be used to where they place the sections.
