Comments: Overall I have been very happy with Prosperworks. The system was easy to learn and I love the Gmail integration. I just wish I didn't have to pay for the professional package just to get the email tracking.

Pros: The seamless integration with G Suite is my favourite - with the ability to link all notes, calls, meetings and emails back to the client - which then becomes transparent for the rest of the team. Being able to email clients directly from PW is a bonus (along with tracking). With the ability to customise with API's - we have linked multiple third party applications, including Dialpad.

Overall: Seamless integration with gmail to allow me to get control over my contact, turning them into opportunities that I could track and convert to wins.

Comments: Will keep using for now, but having to go back to Google to attach things is quite annoying. Something that should be improved.

Pros: Full integration with Gmail, Google Calendar and other G Suite products. Many features are directly accessible from Gmail or Inbox. Can pull new leads from email directly into lead management listing. Can enable automated actions.

Cons: Email open alerts can get annoying. Pipelines cannot contain qualified leads. Email attachments NOT available for templates, which defeats sales purposes.

Comments: Let me be clear, this product has great potential, and is almost good enough. But after multiple bad experiences with support, and an apparently stagnated development calendar, and very serious glitches, I suggest people stay away for a few years till this software can grow up a little.

Pros: What I like is the idea. This should be a great software. But the key features it lacks and the DISMAL support team make it not worth the money.

Cons: 1. Support is terrible. They use zendesk for their support and the people reading the support tickets seem to struggle with helping. Here are a few examples: a: We changed our domain name. All we needed to do was update our usernames to have the new domain on them. THEY COULD NOT DO THIS. I had to request this change - literally just updating our email addresses - 3 TIMES before somebody finally said it could be done. The first two people just said that it was impossible. The third person said it was do-able but it required adding additional users, and deleting old users, which unassigned all the work. Is it that hard to update a database? b. When one user made changes to the opportunity stages, we lost several opportunities even though the software claimed that opportunities would just be moved to adjacent stages. What's the point of sales software that loses track of opportunities?? When I reached out to support they said: "Unfortunately, there is no way for us to recover any deleted records in your account if this is already been accidentally or intentionally deleted by someone. [in other words, this is all your fault, not ours] We recommend exporting your opportunities/records weekly so you have a fresh back up when you need." Again, what's the point of using your software if we are supposed to keep the data on our side and normal use of your software causes it to break? Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. 2. Reporting is totally sales focused and doesn't help at all with regular task and project management. There is no way to see which team members are doing their work, or to generate reports on average time spent on tasks. Some valuable KPI data is not available in the sales related reports, either. Like how about we get a report to show the average time to close a lead? There is so much valuable data that we simply can't access. 3. Messy messy messy. The screen is just jammed packed with data, much of it useless, and it's difficult to find the data you want. Accordions inside of tabs inside of pop-ups? Really? Is that the best way to access the tasks associated with a client? It shouldn't take 3-4 clicks to get to a teeny tiny truncated accordion window of information. We should be able to see and sort through data related to a client within the main window. Bad design.

Comments: Prosperworks is good at what it sets out to do, provide an elegant and Powerful and good value Sales CRM that integrates powerfully with G-Suite.

Pros: I like the fact that it integrates with google email in a seamless way. The CRM runs in a sidebar to my gmail page, and if I however over a person or company's email address in gmail, it takes information from that entity's google account, and email signature into the CRM without manual data entry. If I relate that email address to a business deal, the CRM automatically grabs the email history from my gmail and adds each email conversation as an activity on that account. Unlike other CRM's it does not charge you for a high level account if you want to set up multiple "Pipelines" to track different customer types. The price per month plan gives plenty of power. It only allows for 5 custom fields, unless you go for the next plan up, but that is OK for my needs. Each client deal is called an "Opporunity", and there is a kanban-style board to track the progress of each opportunity through your different Pipelines. This is really easy and intuitive to use. In summary, Prosper works has a low overhead in terms of initial set-up, and a rapid payoff in terms of gaining rapid control of your sales and customer service process.

Cons: The CRM is fully set up for Sales, but not so well set up for tracking the ongoing service of existing clients receiving a long term service. Once an Opportunity is "Won" the deal is only visible if you manually toggle the option to display "All opportunities" each time. It would be good to have a few more customisation options. Also the Task and Reminder system in Prosperworks is not good for me. Instead I use a Zappier integration to set up an initial checklist of tasks when each new Opportunity is created, in Toodledo--a more powerful task managment system. The Prosperworks task management system autmatically transforms every task into a calendar entry which cluttered my calendar in no time.

Work in progress, but overall a solid CRM if gmail integration is a priority

Pros: Intuitive interface, excellent ongoing support and training, convenience of integration with gmail, continuing development which likely means the product will continue to evolve and improve

Cons: The import process lacked some features that would've made the hard work of getting existing contacts into the CRM much easier

They really tried to get me to use it, but it won't integrate like other Google addons

Pros: Looks like it would be a great help to my business if I could get it to addon like other Google products...like Folio.

Cons: It will not integrate with a business managing email. They want me to pay for 3 different email accounts, when we're just a single team, managed under one email account, with 2 more subset business emails.

Pros: It was very easy to understand this product. Very simple and didn't take long to get the hang when it came to sending follow up emails which I love

Pros: We all live in our inboxes these days, right? This is where the greatness of Prosperworks comes in. All you have to do is roll over the email address of a contact in your Gmail (using the Prosperworks Chrome extension) and with one click, you can add a contact to your database. *Bye* data entry! It's also very intuitive as it automatically asks once you've added someone to your contacts whether you want to create an opportunity or task reminder for that person to ensure that you are monetizing your lead gen and staying on top of potential clients. The system also looks at who you've been in contact with recently and asks if you want to add them to your database. Again, with just one click, you're growing your database regularly. Mass upload of contacts is simple and easy, as is exporting contacts. There are a lot of automation options available such as Mailchimp and virtually anything else that is available to connect on Zapier. Email templates with mergtags are easy to set up. Lots of customization options across the board.

Cons: It doesn't manage duplicates at all, which can be a bit of a drag. Email templates cannot include attachments or HTML. It's easy to lose your place when going down the list of contacts as the page has a tendency to refresh and start at the top as you navigate between contacts and sections. Reminders have limited options for when they are triggered.

I started a new sales team with this CRM and it is better than anything else on the market!

Pros: I was looking for something that could keep everything organized for my salesmen and I wanted something that was like salesforce but cheaper. This was actually better than anything Ive tried and it was much cheaper. I could assign prospects to a team member and follow every step of the way. I could even check the email that are sent out in templates. I can see the activity on each account and I know when there is no activity. The pipeline is simple and very effective. I can easily track all the sales for the entire team in seconds. I can also assign task for each salesperson to do and have an alarm email me upon completion. No opportunity is lost without me getting an email to check on it. The team can upload docs and record all notes without closing the app. We are using a variety of different computers on it. Mac's, PC's, and Chrome books. It also connects right in with my Google G-Suit and all emails to clients are automaticly picked up and recorded in the CRM. Customer support does have a phone number and not just email.

Cons: There have been some minor quirks but they seem to get fixed really fast. If I call customer service I get help right then

Comments: Love the fact that I can import and export files from Excel. I love that I can create tasks and then each day I open my calendar up to find out who I need to contact that day. I use the phone app almost daily as I can see all my customer and prospects information and passed notes right on my phone. This is great when I am at events or on the road and not in front of my computer.

Pros: Integrates with Google Products like mail and calendar. Also MailChimp and many other products. Also love, love, love! the phone app!!

Cons: Wish it would integrate with Google Voice. Also have some slow down issues at times. It could be because I have over 2200 contacts loaded into the program.

Comments: Over all I picked this software because it was the easiest to use and did most of what we needed with out breaking the bank .

Pros: I love the ease of use with Prosper works. I personally reviewed all of the big names out there before deciding on prosperworks. They do a great job of keeping it simple and manageable.

Cons: I feel like there are times when features dont exist. They also do not have a very good system set up to help them maintain the security of your data.

Pros: Very intuitive for G Suite users. Chrome plugin is robust and easy to use. Overall a seamless interface on most levels.

Cons: No iPad app so on iPad pro the app won't rotate to landscape mode. You can log in using Chrome or Safari in landscape mode but the app would be better.

Comments: Suggest considering this for your business. Great experience with the sales person. Was honest with their capabilities.

Pros: Gsuite connection is very friendly. Customizable for us to manage our sales formula. Reporting is strong.

Comments: Overall, a great CRM for a medium sized company that is growing. The systems and tools available are intuitive, easy to learn, and ensures that all contacts & pipelines are managed correctly.

Pros: intuitiveness, ability to track leads, organize contacts, setup specific programs & pipelines to manage automating tasks for different parts of the sales process. Great ability to filter what content is seen by what user. Customer service and on-boarding is thorough and readily available.

Cons: The pricing structure is a little on the high end for the month to month option, however, discounts are available for an annual payment.

Pros: Prosperworks is easy to use. I can upload customer information relatively easily. The platform is sleek and clean looking, so I don't get lost in the jumble of all the different types of customers.

Cons: I can't select multiple companies by using the shift key. Have to manually select all of them. Every time you enter into a company profile and go back to the full list, you have to start at the top of the list again.

Pros: Nice layout and slick promotional marketing. It has good reviews for b2b sales. It is not designed for network marketing, which is why I obtained it.

Cons: I had a horrible experience with the company. I am a network marketer. To save money, I bought the yearly plan. I immediately saw that this was not really suitable for network marketing but was more b2b sales people. I asked for a refund having it only a couple of days and not using it. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most companies in a similar circumstance if the customer is not satisfied and did not use the product will usually issue a full refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Overall: I did not like this software for network marketing. It did not work. I asked for a refund for the yearly subscription and was turned down with no compensation whatsoever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY! I am sure there are other CRM companies that will value you as a customer!

Pros: Links seamlessly with Gmail, actually even allows to follow-up with emails directly in Prosperworks instead of going back to my mail account. It is easy to integrate and allows you to create email templates to save time.

Cons: The number of email templates is limited in the professional plan. To optimize, I have to make bilingual templates and erase the language that I don't need every time I use it. That is a little restrictive.

Overall: Automation and ease of following up with my sales.

Pros: Cheap, easy to use... sort of... (eg, there's a global search but the filter buttons on the left don't work)

Cons: It lacks pretty much all but the most absolute basic CRM functionality. The reporting is pretty much non-existent, filtering is limited, customization is limited, integrations are limited, etc. I can't imagine any legitimate sales manager in the world operating with the data this provides.

Pros: I was really excited when I came across this system, it seemed like the perfect solution to what we were needing until we actually got into it and found that it just didn't serve our needs. The customer service was great. I appreciated how much time they spent to explain everything but we needed a company to work with us on how to make the system work FOR us. We use everything google so that was very appealing to us with all the integrations. For us to use this system, we would need to pay for others services on top of the monthly rate so it just didn't make sense. We were able to find a solution that works for our needs even though it's something that you wouldn't typically use in my industry. Thanks so much for all the help, ProsperWorks!

Cons: Again - really wanted this to work for us. It's a great system for companies. Unfortunately, it just did not fit within our company and the workflow we need to stick to.

Comments: Never understood how to use Leads Opportunities and Projects....I guess it is the usual problem....highly configurable...maybe business model our company uses needs a more curated set up....we are mfg Rep firm with diverse contact types that are usually inter-related.

Pros: We really appreciated the team taking their time with us. We are setting this up over a few locations and getting access to training sessions online and via conference call was really great.

We have android phones, are upgrading to Google Suite and are really excited to have a full service INTEGRATED CRM product that is not too expensive and also not too complicated.

CALL LOGGING is amazing!!
The app works really well and this helps us work while on the go.

Cons: We would love to see integration with caller identification software in the future.

Something like TrueCall

Also business card scanning would be amazing.

Comments: My cons are things that I think the company will solve for in the coming quarters to years -- nobody can build everything at once. ProsperWorks is a great technology that I highly recommend checking out if you're looking for an alternative to Salesforce or Dynamics.

Pros: I just discovered ProsperWorks this year and have been very impressed. They do exactly what they say they'll do: making CRM easy. The platform is intuitive, and you don't need a PhD in it to be able to customize the system to your business. The integration with the Google Suite is incredible as well. You can manage and update leads right from Gmail, which saves a ton of time.

Cons: Integrations are behind some of the largest players in the market such as Salesforce. Reporting is clean and easy-to-use, but a bit limiting compared to a Salesforce as well. Experienced consultants aren't as easy to find due to the newness of the platform.

Pros: We like how well Prosperworks CRM integrates with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. It's convenient and very intuitive. Customer service is always very helpful.

Cons: There are some functionality features that could be improved. But customer service is always very helpful.

Overall: Seamless integration with our existing Google accounts. We save time, money and headaches. It is a vast improvement over our former CRM, Salesforce. The transition from Salesforce to Prosperworks CRM was flawless and handled easily by our IT professional.

Pros: I thought that Prosper Works does a pretty good job of keeping everything organized. I just don't like going back and forth between the Gmail and Prosper Works. It would be better if I could write emails from within Prosperworks.

Cons: Didn't love the mobile options. I use a gmail integration app called Boomerang that bring up older, unresponded to emails. There was a lot of overlap between Prosperworks and Boomerang as I was using it.

Pros: Usability is awesome. My team loves using it. We also integrated it with Ring Central and that has been a huge bonus (and the main reason why we chose them). Their Zapier integrations are quite good and was easy to integrate with our other systems for workflow management.

Pros: I really like the way that Prosperworks integrates with Google Calendar and Google Mail. I'm able to schedule meetings on my calendar from within Prosperworks and it tracks my email correspondence with each contact and other activities as well. Easy to import contacts. Really like the ability to custom fields for the sales process and to provide tags to prospects and clients.

Cons: I would like to see more discrete data by activity type. Primarily can only get the number of times an interaction has occurred within the universe of a contact type. Would like to be able to drill down with more specifics, like the type of contact and text of notes written.

Overall: Tracking my activity with prospects.

Comments: Pricing is great for small companies. We want a solution that can expand by users, but we don't want something that becomes significantly more expensive as additional users are less critical. We feel this is a great solution to include support staff on.

Pros: Seamless G-Suite Integration Automatically generates profiles, bringing in information from the web such as LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Pipeline is very useful - extends Google functionality.

Cons: Only integrates well with one G-Suite account per user, you can have more than one account, but only one integrates seamlessly. This has been a problem for me as I am merging two companies and want to keep both brands. No tablet app on Android.

Pros: The ease of adding contacts is great. You don't have to waste a ton of time with data entry. It's easy to use and intuitive.

Cons: I don't believe you can text contacts from the phone app, would like to be able to do that. We have had some issues with the way the contacts sync with our Google contacts - the type of phone number doesn't get relayed so you aren't sure if the number is a work or cell phone.

Pros: Prosperworks is so seamlessly integrated with Gmail--this platform was a blessing from heaven. It is apparent this was created by a sales person who is in the day-to-day grind--not some cumbersome CRM created by a software developer who has never sold a day in their lives.

Cons: The only downsides we found with the software is:
-Reporting--was not as overarching as the reporting capabilities in CRMs we're more used to.
-Integrations--does not take the cake in terms of integrating with outside platforms (AdWords, ERPs, landing page tools, etc.)

Pros: ProsperWorks - lent itself very well to our start up organization. It allowed us to choose a highly functional CRM system that we could customize out of the gate and get things organized while not being afraid of the need to scale things significantly in the future and having to re-start things with a new more "sophisticated" system. The integration with Gmail - makes it a tool that completely transforms our organization's ability to adopt a comprehensive sales and customer management approach.

Pros: Hands down ProsperWorks is the most well integrated CRM with Google Suite. The built in integrations means a ton less manual data entry, and GMail side bar make accessing contact and opportunity info quick and easy. I also really like the elegance and simplicity of the user interface and user experience across the side bar, web app, and mobile app. A particularly stellar features is the board layout of opportunities in the web app that makes project and pipeline tracking incredibly transparent. Lastly, their customer service is stellar. Within 10 mins of signing up for a free trial, I received a call from their support team and scheduled a demo with an account rep that has been extremely helpful and accessible throughout.

Cons: ProsperWorks is a CRM and only a CRM. While this may work great for sales teams, it may fall short for teams that manage and execute on projects throughout the entire life cycle who may require more robust project management, data capture, and reporting features. Integrations with other project management softwares are available through apps like Zapier, but it would be nice to have a bit more project management & reporting features under the hood.

Pros: I like that it automates our sales pipeline tasks. We move an opportunity through the pipeline and it automatically generates tasks as we go.

Cons: I don't like that it doesn't integrate with Zendesk. We handle all of our support from Zendesk and when an email is sent through Zendesk, Prosperworks doesn't pick that up and add it to the contact's record.

The customer service was excellent. I was able to get live people to help me get started and they even took feedback on my experience to be better for other future users.

Cons: The reports could use some work. You can export out detail, but I thought better in-app reports should be available. Also, would love if they built out the capability to manage and execute on AND offline marketing campaigns. One less app to bring to the party would be great.

Pros: Gmail extension is really all you need for data input. Very clean design. I love the Google Sheets add on and all of the triggers and actions you can set up with Zapier. I have used many CRMS (pipedrive, base, close.io and salesforce) and recently compared prosperworks head on with Salesforce - prosperworks ultimately won out due to ease of set up and the gmail extension.

Cons: We have a lot of legacy prospects and so it's helpful to see emails from 12 months or older from other reps at our company, unfortunately those emails don't get pulled in to the contacts activity history if older than 12 months.

Overall: More Awesomeness for my sales team

Comments: I chose PW from an original list of 30 possibilities. I had a list of "need to haves" and "nice to haves" and PW killed it on the former and kept adding to the latter as I got to know their product better.

Not only that; it was an enjoyable experience! I got gold standard service from the minute I requested a demo and continued to be impressed by PW's ability to tailor everything to what I needed.

Overall: Love the idea. Love the integrations. But for instance, they promote a Slack integration, our's has been broken for a week now and they say they will fix it in the next iteration... next week.

Cons: Demo shows full features which is are much more than the advertised price. It would be better to show what you are working with at the first price point for a week then open up the other features for trial or vise versa, so you get an understanding of what you are missing.

Pros: It is integrated with Gmail. I am able to import leads easily and it has great forecasting windows. I like how it automatically asks to include the contact when you receive a new email. It is very customized.

Cons: I do not have the ability to generate quotes or invoices. My last CRM had that option and it was quite useful. If they were able to integrate with Xero this would be even better.

Pros: Google Suite integration, simple user interface, great training to get our team up to speed.

Cons: No internal automatic email, however using the Zapier integration and Gmail we have that option.

Overall: After trying several other options, we did not believe that the tool for us existed and we were considering developing our own software. After finding ProsperWorks, we have had all of our needs met at a price that doesn't break the bank. The Google suite integration and the ability to "bolt on" to just about any other program with the use of Zapier makes it incredibly easy to use with any programs that you are currently using.

Comments: We started exploring CRM's in October and were drawn to Salesforce because this CRM what our peers and mentors were encouraging us to use. We downloaded the sample software and were immediately overwhelmed by the complexity of the program. We saw how Salesforce may be great for a super big business but for our small consulting firm with 4 employees it was too complex. The initial appeal was that Prosperworks linked pretty seamlessly with our Google Enterprise suite and was so so so so SO easy to set up! It has been about two months now and we are already feeling the ease lifted from our shoulders. We were managing all of our clients using spreadsheets and in doing so where missing invoices, forgetting important details and not following up! Now we have automated task to remind us of things and thanks to integration with Zapier, its like we have an entire team of online robots supporting us!

Pros: The look and feel = it's not intimidating and actually is easy to use The integrations have been really helpful (we are waiting for the quickbooks integration with excitement) We say immediate results in our reduction of stress and increased capacity within 2 weeks.

Cons: A better google calendar integration would be really helpful Customer Summer has been helpful but it some of the employees need to really brush up on their skills, meaning that they did not know answers to some of the basic features. Ability to customize home screen more would be great!

Comments: My husband is the primary user of the software, but we both are impressed with the ease of use in Google and related software. Comments: I use google apps for everything and Prosperworks was a great extension to keep track of my clients and potential clients. Adding in customized fields was so easy and helps me keep track of where my leads are coming from. The filters help me be able to pull a report and see who I haven't reached out to in awhile and who I need to touch base with so I can keep getting their referrals. Very easy to set tasks in Prosperworks so I can stay on task whether I'm sitting at my desk or on the go and use the app on my phone.

Comments: ProsperWorks is not as widely known (yet) as many other CRM providers in the industry, but it is a strong contender in the arena. It has all the basic features and more for a business that needs a CRM system, and it seamlessly integrates with Gmail/Google for Business, which is a huge plus!

Pros: The Gmail integration is vital in so many ways, including record-keeping, recalling information, setting reminders for follow-ups and organizing project-related information. It's also highly intuitive. Although there are a number of self-paced and personal training opportunities, a relatively tech savvy individual should be able to navigate it with little trouble. It also includes a capability to keep your leads separate from your actual customers, while also moving them through a pipeline that you design. The Opportunities feature does the same thing, allowing you to visually track where any sales are and analyze any snags in your process.

Cons: There are some tricks to setting up the system, but ProsperWorks support is very clear in giving new clients the proper order of operations. If you follow the onboarding steps, you'll be successful.

Recommendations to other buyers: Discuss your custom fields and pipeline progression with your onboarding specialist. Although we thought we knew exactly the way we wanted something, it turned out that we were overcomplicating things. Our specialist actually took a time to go over these details with us, asking probing questions so as to help us find a solution that wouldn't fail us.

Comments: You can't get anyone on the phone, It will take days to get a response literally days later via email. I set up a final call to get my data imported and nobody showed up to the call. This was my final straw. I sent in the cancel request. After reading other reviews it looks like I need to cancel my card to end the subscription. Total waste of time. Pissed me off and it takes a lot to piss me off.
