It really helps me to point out mistakes in my research data very quick. It is quite friendly and not scary interface. Cons Its mobile version does not work as well as the desktop one. If I’m traveling and want to see a quick report on my phone, it seems somewhat clunky. I only use it on my big office monitor. Again, I like how user friendly it is, but I think it just needs to have the function to import data so you can get values faster. Pros I like that is very user friendly, and that is not hard to figure out. Cons I don't like that you can't import data into it so that you can return values that reflect the imported data. For example, instead of clicking on each SKU you want to look at, I think it would be beneficial to import a large dataset that involves SKUs so that you can see their data much faster. I brought this into my current company as used in a previous role and helps with everything from sales and marketing to budgets and costings. Being a one stop shop for all your data. Cons Could be slightly better from a customer perspective, having option to share data, dashboards etc with customers is great as a view option however being able to extract tables to excel from a view version would make it easier for customers as currently have to also set up emailed subscriptions for tables and data so feels like you are doing double work when it would be so easy to have an option for customers to extract to excel any of the tables created in view only. I hope this is something that could be implemented in the future.
