Founder Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "On a good trajectory" February 14, 2017 3.0 The main reason I chose Instapage is because the terms of getting started were more friendly that LeadPages. You got a 30-day free trial, the option of a month-to-month plan, and most of the key features that you'd get with LeadPages. I bought the agency version and have experienced a few functional hiccups, like the ability to move your page creations into different list without getting help from tech support, but generally it's functioned well. Unlike LeadPages, the mobile format requires reformatting at all times, which cost more time. So, one should be aware that there are some ease of use issues still need to be resolved. Also, they recently made a change to the free trial, dropping it from 30 to the more standard 14-day period. That puts a damper on things for me--I hope that they complement that reduction in trial period with some sizeable gains in functionality: Preferably to being at par with basics delivered by LeadNet AND differentiating features. Very low technical knowledge needed. Cons Its simplicity brings with it quite a bit of limitation, you can't make highly customizable landing pages and some integrations with popular apps are a little lacking. Review Source SS Sarah S. " October 15, 2015 5.0 I believe that customer satisfaction starts with the offer. Without an appealing offer, you already start to lose them. Instapage makes it easy to choose from templates, then alter them to fit your needs. Even better, you can start from scratch if you're so inclined. The one thing I've found odd about Instapage is that I can not have a message sent directly to our department. Instead, it gets stored in Instapage "leads" section. This on it's own is not terrible, but it does put another step in between seeing a client has asked questions and our ability to answer. Instead, we have to sign into Instapage to get the message, only then can we copy and paste the email address into our own system and respond. Despite this, though, it's a wonderful product that is easy to use and the people on the back end are amazingly receptive -- I could use to learn a few customer service skills from them. ;) Review Source GK George K. Instapage makes it fast and easy. After experiencing Instapage's drag and drop interface I don't want to go back to using any other tools. Pros Very personal interaction with the team. I received direct emails and really felt like they were taking time to help me personally. Customer support was very quick and responsive when I needed help. It is really easy to set up and lay everything out. I also really like how you can edit the mobile view separately. Another great feature is all of the integrations it includes from 3rd party sites. I have learned a lot. If you are just getting started, check out their landing pages best practices blog post. Pros I have been testing out the trial version of instapage for our company, and right away the templates and tools that they have available were great. I was able to get a phone meeting right away to help me learn about global blocks (very cool way to set up a visual "library"), and I was able to see how it was going to look in desktop and mobile views with a click of my mouse. It has been a great experience so far. I am now in the process of teaching our team about it and getting us to the next step with getting them live. Cons I don't have anything that comes to mind yet about what I like least... they even have a royalty free library of images if you don't have any to get started with. For the most part I've been able to easily and intuitively figure things out. It's super simple to use for non-techies which is one of the main reasons I tried it. (Plus I could create my first page for free which was nice.) All of my dealings with customer service through email have been very smooth and helpful. The other night, (of course the night before my launch) I was having an issue I just couldn't figure out on my own. I tweeted Instapage for help and very soon someone was working with me on twitter and through email to figure out the problem quickly and easily. They do have lots of very helpful videos and articles to help, but if you can't find the answer you need for yourself, rest assured that someone will get back to your service request or tweet and help you take care of business! Our standard tools were originally HTML/CSS. Then Wordpress came out. Then Unbounce came out. All seem to have been an incremental improvement over the other. But Instapage fundamentally removes coding AND design responsibility away from me. Pros It's very hard to make an ugly looking landing page - unlike with competing tools. Cons Being able to SEO or make more than 1 page required payment, but I guess they need to keep their lights on! Great tool, so easy to use. The leads my pages are capturing are amazing. Went with the Premium plan ( great deal for all the features it includes), within jsut a few weeks it had already paid for itself. Pros Amazingly easy to create pages Great value Optimization is a breeze Able to integrate all my apps, (CRM stuff, MailChimp, Autopilot, etc.) totally doable World-class customer support (was genuinely amazed at how quickly, professionally and intelligently they've answered all my questions (which have been few given the great UX/UI.)
