I also find the integration useful as I use ZOHO CRM and Facebook pixel. Probably the biggest pro for me is that my conversion rate for securing leads has increased 37.00% in one week and my landing page now forms an important part of my sales funnel. Cons I am based in Australia (AEST) and find it impractical that I would have to stay up until 1am my time to utilize you live support chat which I pay for as a part of my subscription. A suggestion would be to outsource a support team during your off times to service people in other time zones. I have done something similar by hiring VA's in Singapore... Even if it does not have an autoresponder built in, its simplicity of use is extraordinary and that's why I like it. Pros Out of all the page builders I have tried out, I find Instapage to be the simpliest one to use. It has many features and all of them are easily found. A few clicks and that's it. The interface is clean and easy to use, no fluff. Cons The thing I did not like is that it does not have a autoresponder built in within the software, so basically it is just a landing page builder and if you want to collect emails you have to have a separeate autoresponder you can conncet with Instapage builder. Then, I found Instapage and everything changed. Honestly, working with Instapage feels like cheating. It's just too easy, yet it works! From clean templates, to an easy-to-use interface, Instapage seems to have everything I need for myself and my clients and nothing I don't need. The drag-and-drop page builder is extremely easy to start using, and it is actually quite enjoyable, if you're a marketing nerd (and not a developer) like me. What's even better though, are the integrations into all the major email service providers, and the awesome A/B testing capabilities. They have a set of ready-made templates that users can simply choose from. They also allow uploading of images, which is great in personalizing the look and feel of your landing pages. Cons It has some issues on stability. There were a couple of times when I uploaded a high-resolution image and the web app crashed. When I opened it again, all my work progress was wiped out. That said, our marketing team has greatly benefited from using Instapage and not having to wait for an available developer to build a landing page. Pros Instapage is a great way to quickly stand up a landing page without having to get a programming team involved. It’s fairly intuitive and is pretty well documented. Cons Being a builder, it has some limitations. As a programmer I prefer to build things myself, but it is often more economical for someone in our marketing team to quickly build something simple in Instapage. Cons The integrations are a joke. There is a text field with zero context on what the integration will actually do. Even once set up it doesn't let you change anything. Any action you take on the page will make the integration disappear. Support is horrible, takes days for them to respond. Still haven't figured out how to reach the leads page (have to go to email templates and then go to leads) They deleted all our integrations and leads because we had billing set up on a different workspace. It's not as powerful as Google analytics but the average user doesn't need all those extra dashboards and funnels. Cons I'm not sure what the scalability is like. I can quickly select whether I want to modify the Head or the Body part, drop in HTML code or JAVA in different tabs. And it's immediately live. So testing is incredibly easy. Once I use Instapage to create a dozen different versions of the landing page, I know how to build my website - what to expect from the target audience. So Instapage is really a marketing tool for me. Overall, it's a brilliant service that I recommend. Pros Saves me a lot of time. Helps understand my customers. Also, some CSS implementations display blank spaces (1px width) or white lines when switching from desktop version to mobile. Maybe a review of the css framework would be necessary, taking into account that containers should be displayed as a 100% width block, using floating techniques to give the content a responsive design, and so many other standards of modern CSS/Web design. Finally, there is a huge misfunctionally when editing lots of landing-pages which share same header and/or footer design. It would be great if parts of the design could be edited massively, sharing pre-constructed headers, footer or custom blocks and inserting them within the final page. The ease of use of the page builder is like nothing I've ever used: it's intuitive, efficient and powerful. The page builder is the standout feature. I can create well designed landing pages in no time, leaving me to concentrate on effective conversion-focused copy, or make variation pages to A/B test design elements. Alongside that, it's easy to publish pages and manage leads. On occasion when I've needed support, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Cons I honestly have no issues with the software. Cons They jacked the pricing of the tool and gave no options to existing subscribers to lock in existing pricing.
