### "Awesome introductory Applicant Tracking System for Smaller Businesses"

December 19, 2022

4.0

Pros

As a company that didn't have a ton of money to spend on an ATS, Breezy had everything we needed for a very affordable price. The layout is easy to understand and implement, and new features are always being added to make the software better.

Cons

It is an introductory ATS and functions as such. Tools that large companies need such as compliance and automation are available, but still feel like Beta features without the robustness that you would find in a more expensive software.

### "Great support & service, smooth migration between ATS, amazinng value for money"

August 8, 2024

5.0

For the past few months that our team has been using Breezy, we really appreciate the ease of use and how much better it has been compared to the previous ATS' we've come into contact with.

Pros

\- great sales and customer support team: \[sensitive content hidden\] attended to our company's questions. Amongst the ATS our team spoke to - which was about 10 - they have been the most supportive and patient when answering questions (disclaimer: we've yet to be handed off to the account manager so we cannot speak for that aspect yet) The value that Breezy provides in relation to the cost is great compared to many of the other platforms reviewed by our team. - customisability: from scorecards, questionnaires, fields that we want candidates to submit, additional questions we may have, formatting of the JD, reports --> everything is able to tailor to each individual's need - UI/UX: intuitive UI/UX, nice kanban board facing. Great documentation and help resource if you're unsure --> also able to integrate with platforms like Google & Zoom which are useful for customers

Cons

\- offer emails sent out can only have 1 attachment per email, and other company members cannot be CC-ed - unable to reject multiple candidates from the same position, but it's something that most other ATS do not have as well

### "Breezy Review"

September 8, 2023

4.0

It is perfect for small and midsized startups or businesses, When you grow at some point you will need a more robust ATS.

Pros

The very reasonable price, The UX, and how intuitive and easy to use it is when you are starting or have a small group of people/requirements to cover.

Cons

It was limited at some point when you grew, some missing information in the views, and support/customer service was a little bit lost.

Reason for choosing Breezy

It was already part of the software from the team.

### "Great ATS for in-house recruitment"

February 15, 2022

5.0

So far we love it! It helps us a lot with our interview process and word with other teams in the company

Pros

It's really easy to use! We love the UI/UX. Also, it's great that interviewers get a link to submit their scorecard directly on the invite, makes it simpler to work along other dedpartments.

Cons

It's still missing some features like integration with calendly and also having a different scorecard based on the interview stage. Although, they do have their own scheduling but given that we work with other departments it would be easier just to integrate with their calendly instead of having them go through the entire set up.

### "Manage recruiting process effectively"

March 24, 2021

4.0

Managing all the recruiting and hiring process in one place has help me and team to effectively manage it. Recruiting process is not suitable to be done manually anymore, and we really dependent on Brezzy to help with the automation of the candidate applying process.

Pros

Promoting and advertising for a job opening to Breezy job board is very simple and easy to do. Keeping track on candidate application using the candidate management is very effective as it will produce a report and analytics for all the candidate data that has applying for the position.

Cons

Breezy is full of bugs and the report generated are not always reliable as some of the current data is not counted on the report which make the insight from the report very different with our own data. There are also no option to archive candidate data in the software storage for future reference.

### "Everything I was wanting"

March 29, 2022

5.0

Pros

I really love the layout of the profiles and the layout of the candidates within the job posting. I can navigate amongst candidates exactly how I was wanting and it really helps to visualize how much volume I have for each role. Also, the profile scraping is really good and better than anything I have used to date. Overall, it's everything I was wanting for recruiting.

Cons

Boolean searches do not seem to be as robust as I'd like and the page loading time can sometimes be a little slow.

### "Very happy customer"

July 3, 2020

5.0

Very positive.

Pros

We selected BreezyHR for the nice balance of a) modern, clean, easy-to-use UX, b) affordable price range, c) decent level of functionality, d) ability to run high-quality structured hiring (including reducing unconscious bias). We've been very pleased on most fronts.

Cons

My minor complaints are there are a couple user flows that aren't intuitive. One or two bugs. One of two things you can't customize without fully clicking through. Oh and also the hours of customer service are US based, whereas we're in UK

It has made it easy to get new talent without relying on hiring agents. This has reduced our cost of hiring tremendously.

### "Great tool for the price"

February 22, 2022

4.0

Pros

What immediately drew us to Breezy was the apparent ease-of-use. Our department has been through many software migrations over the last five years and the last thing we wanted to do was bring on another program with a steep learning curve. Breezy is the exact opposite of that experience. After a quick tutorial video and a little playing around I was able to post my first job in minutes. Price and customer service were also huge pluses to keep us with Breezy after the free trial ended.

Cons

I would love to see an EEOC integration.

### "Breezy stands out as the best tool for human resources"

August 12, 2023

5.0

It is essential to mention that Breezy is a program that performs tasks in the areas of recruitment operation, as well as in the follow-up of people, and that does not require other departments in its portfolio in order to correctly manage employment. It performs high performance studies on all the resumes submitted to our system, this makes the evaluator, through artificial intelligence tools, determine which are the best suggestions that have been presented so far and that, if chosen, could lead to a better result in terms of employment.

Pros

The technical support group provided by Breezy was very accommodating to our quality of service needs, as they were able to adapt to our circumstance and provide us with high quality solutions, which means we will continue to engage with them for troubleshooting. At Breezy, we are pleased that the human resource management system works so well as evidenced by the monitoring of employee time periods. The reliability of the service is so high that there is no difficulty in working from different tools, as the benefits can be retained in the same magnitude. Within Breezy, all human resources are handled internally, which further minimizes the work of human resources managers, implementing artificial intelligence methods to determine which employees have the highest capacity, who could be candidates for promotion, and which ones do not work well.

Cons

The surface is not attached through any API to the project management services, this would be helpful to be able to more clearly identify the jobs when you need to make an assessment of their quality or the interactions that employees have with each other during the development of each. day of work

### "The best ATS & Customer Support experience ever"

April 8, 2022

5.0

My main business problem is Volume Hiring and Quick screening of candidates. Breezy was the perfect match after looking at several alternatives. Breezy has the product & the team to deliver exceptional value to their customers.

Pros

Great product, easy to use & greatly customizable. The trial period was a very successful & pleasant experience with Breezy , all the chat support team as well as the Sales Manager & his team. I spoke / chatted to almost everybody in these teams & was glad to get an excellent & consistent service every single time :-) so thank you All. That was the reason I moved forward with Breezy after the trial period. The technical features of BreezyHR are also amazing as outlined above.

Cons

To be honest, I could not spot a major weakness as whatever issue I ran into, the support team works with me sending resources my way and connecting me with the users community. Also features are being added on a regular basis.

### "You WILL ask yourselves "How did we survive without this?""

March 13, 2020

4.0

I will TRY to make this brief as there is WAY WAY WAYYYYYYYY TOO MUCH AWESOMENESS to go on about here. The VALUE proposition is massive. Speed of service AND the ability to EXPEDITE decision making by our internal and client teams.... that goes BEYOND a simple ROI calc and becomes a "Ease of Doing Business" - OCM style metric. Candidates ARE our customers. The C-sat scores we get, and the RELATIONSHIPS we are building with applicants who evolve into candidates.... has been transformative at every level for our clients. Our CLIENTS are blown away by the workflows, the consistent communications, and again.... the SPEED at which culture aligned, technically over qualified, motivated people are coming to them for final interviews ready to start.

Pros

The 3 biggest pieces of BREEZY that are CRITICAL to our business: 1st - speed of service 2nd - reduction of tools 3rd - centralization of communication SPEED OF SERVICE The ability to integrate with SLACK allowing us to reply to applicants with templates AND actually have dialogs when they become candidates was paramount to ensure positive candidate experiences. The BULK of HR/Recruitment engagements are canned, heartless replies - and Millenial "ghosting" style messaging. REDUCTION OF TOOLS The APIs for integration to our search and listing platforms AND the robust communication tools enable us to ALL use BREEZY as a "close to one stop" shop. We STILL need to post feeds and set up listing accounts AND we are pointing them ALL to BREEZY. The Google and HIRETUAL integrations are phenomenal. COMMUNICATIONS Internally having our conversations AND externally scheduling and engaging the candidates ALL IN ONE PLACE. NO MORE EMAIL CLUTTER. NO MORE BACK AND FORTH EXCUSES. Just a SINGLE source of TRUTH holding us ALL accountable to the candidate and each other.

Cons

Because we use BREEZY a MINIMUM of like 3 hours of our day - AND - it is in the cloud - there CAN be some slow times. These slow times have NOTHING to do with BREEZY and EVERYTHING to do with normal Internet traffic times. The Breezy DevOps teams are always working on new features, and SUPER responsive to requests. We have made several and will make more, AND YET, out of the "cloud" box - there is nothing to really state as a CON. I would advise against their Video Calling at this time - coming from my background at Cisco Systems - I am hyper partial to WebEx and Zoom calls. Breezy team are working on evolving the calendaring and video calling components though.

Reason for choosing Breezy

We formed our business with Breezy at the core.

### "Super easy and saves me a ton of time managing the hiring and recruiting process. "

August 17, 2021

4.0

Pros

\- Very easy to set up and quite inexpensive. - I established our Self-service portal w/ job board AND all of our workflows in about a half-day. - Managing candidates saves me a ton of time. - Scheduling interviews and workflow automation is a breeze - haha Breezy HR

Cons

The interview process is missing some key features. If they just copied their questionnaire function for Interview Notes, and allowed the hiring manager to assign parts of the interview guide to interviewers, they would knock it out of the park.

Reason for choosing Breezy

Price and simplicity.

### "Great for startups"

January 15, 2016

4.0

When hired to help build out the first startup I worked for, I needed an affordable and scalable option to track candidates in. I found BreezyHR back when it was "Nimble" and fell in love with it's Trello-like appeal. It is built for collaboration between the recruiter and hiring manager as well as very easy progression from whichever stage they are in (sourced, talked-to, interviewing, offer made, disqualified, hired). Candidates can be dragged and dropped between any stage you want. Also, their Chrome plugin is AMAZING. I can upload candidate profiles directly to positions by clicking the button when on their LinkedIn profile. It makes importing candidates a piece of cake. I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars if possible just for a few small fixes that would make it incredible.

Pros

1\. Beautiful user interface 2. Easy collaboration with hiring managers 3. Simple candidate progression 4. Amazing Chrome plugin (Linkedin profile upload to database)

Cons

1\. If you upload via LinkedIn, their address info and contact info usually aren't on their profiles. Furthermore, uploading their resume later doesn't parse their information (address, phone #, etc.) into the fields, though it does if you originally upload the candidate via resume first rather than LinkedIn. 2. You can only upload candidates to positions you have created and candidates can only apply to positions that are open. Their is no way for passive candidates to just apply to your company through the hiring page if the position they are looking for is not open. I would VERY GLADLY pay extra each month to be able to add candidates to the database rather than just to specific roles. This is especially important for startups that may create new positions later for great candidates they can't imagine living without!

### "Recruitment is a Breeze with BreezyHR"

July 25, 2019

5.0

So far, so good. I really like Breezy for my hiring needs and it is a step above what we previously used. Hiring used to be a much more complicated task before BreezyHR came along.

Pros

The company I work with recently made the switch to BreezyHR about a year ago for our recruitment needs. have to say that it is a one-stop-shop for anything you would need to accomplish while in "hiring mode". The amount of features that it has makes this once daunting process a breeze in comparison to similar products. Some of the best features included are the ability to keep your conversations about potential candidates within that profile, send emails to the candidate directly from Breezy so everyone is in the loop and even schedule remote interviews if needed. I also like that you are able to create categories and subcategories for incoming applications and arrange them in a way that best suits you and your needs. Breezy also allows potential candidates to upload more than a CV or resume. You can add customizable pre-screening questions or assessments to your application process and even request a video introduction, which is very helpful in the outsourcing world. Following an interview, Breezy also allows you and your team to leave a scorecard from the interview, which is a big plus, instead of taking your own handwritten notes or in some spreadsheet.

Cons

It can be glitchy at times, but nothing too serious or I have not had any major setbacks while using this software.

### "Easy Peasy-let's go along with Breezy"

April 5, 2019

5.0

My overall experience with Breezy has been great so far. It collaborates all the winning features of the recruitment cycle requirement and present it on a single platform. The flow of a candidate through different phases is smooth, simple, and easy to navigate for all the users. It has helped in creating a more interactive relationship with the applicants.

Pros

Breezy HR is a recruitment tool for all kinds of businesses. Its framework is based on the most important aspects of recruitment cycle, designed in a perfect manner to provide a miraculous experience to the Talent Hunter. It has a strong visual customization wherein you can see a candidate’s profile moving from being in the selected board to feedback and then depending upon the feedback, it goes to qualified/disqualified category. You can customize the entire process at each step. It is an extremely helpful tool for a recruiter when you are working on different kind roles as it helps in customization of the information received from applicants as per needs. The tech support team is easy to reach via chat option on the portal. The entire interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I cannot think of cons with reference to the features and functionality of the product but it may seem expensive if there too many postings in a month so there is increment in the fees. It can be little expensive for a startup. However, overall it is worth it.

### "Feedback for BreezyHR"

September 3, 2021

5.0

I use it for about 1 year in my previous company, and now I have offered to use it too.

Pros

I like this software, because of the kanban view, I see all candidates in each step. Now I use it alone, but in the case of using it with another recruiter, it's also convenient, not to has duplicate candidates on positions. I like scorecards, very convenient for the technician team. Also like that can make my own pipelines, but still didn't have enough time to look through the reports. Because I need reports according to my pipeline, but I see it's collecting data very nice.

Cons

I can't put several scorecards to one position. For developers, we can have not only backend or Frontend but full-stack too.

### "A lot of bugs since many weeks"

March 19, 2021

1.0

We are using Breezy since 2 years. Breezy was working well during many weeks but, since 2 months, we still have problems. A lot of bugs appears since a big upgrade. We discuss with some people in breezy in order to have some answer. One of them give us some replies (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]) but no solutions for the moment. We send a message to the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and He didn't give us any answer. We are still waiting 2 weeks in order to see if our bugs can be solve. If not, we will definitively change our ATS.

Pros

ATS easy to use. The interface is friendly.

Cons

### "Overall Breezy has really streamlined our hiring process and cut our admin time down considerably."

October 2, 2017

4.0

We used to manage our seasonal hiring through gmail and spreadsheets, so it's much easier now to go through the process, leaving us more time in our day!

Pros

The ability to not only have email templates but to automate the sending of them with placeholders for the position and candidate name is a great feature. The visual pipeline is great, and being able to change a candidate's status from multiple access points makes it really easy to move candidates through the pipeline without actually having to go back to that view every time. The layout is simple, but the customization is powerful, so we were really able to customize the process so we are doing the same things we used to do through email, just much faster.

Cons

The meeting scheduling didn't work for us, and we ended up using a service called Calendly for setting up interviews since they allow us to provide one link and let the interviewee choose any available date, versus us having to offer specific dates, which takes up more time and makes the scheduling management more complicated. But since that process is outside of breezy, there is the extra step of then moving them through the pipeline. It would be nice if Breezy could have the option of letting the candidate choose from any available time, so we don't have to manually choose a time, then they could be automatically moved through the pipeline when they schedule. The handling of repeat applicants is also not as intuitive as we'd like. Even when an applicant applies with the same email address, they show up as a separate profile. We've had the problem where if someone applies through indeed and we move them into breezy, the email is different so there's no way to know right away if they are a repeat. Also, we hire a seasonal team every year, so we'd love a way to flag people who come back, especially if we didn't hire them in the past. We tend to not hire people we've rejected, so we want to make sure we don't bring them in for an interview

### "Breezy makes recruitment a breeze"

November 12, 2019

5.0

Breezy has helped us place 52 employees in the last year, all under the normal industry time frames to fill a position and saved us R2.7 million in placement fees on one year alone. It has helped us improve internal communication, candidate experience - which all improves our internal and external transparency.

Pros

The ease of use and well as the automation. It makes communicating with every candidate, every step of the way super easy, but still personal.

Cons

There really isn't anything that I don't like about the software.

Reason for choosing Breezy

The ease of use, the support, the automation and integrations. But also the cost - Breezy is good value for money.

### "They've Only Just Begun"

November 2, 2016

3.0

The foundation of the tool is there and it's been an overall really good experience. It's a young company with a bright road ahead. They've recently made updates that needed to happen and I appreciate the ability to share what's missing, ask questions and have interaction with a human within a relatively reasonable time frame. I love being able to easily move people through stages, make changes to a req, the system etc easily. There aren't too many "things" to do to bog down the process. There are still some kinks to iron out with duplicates, consolidation of contacts/associating them with other jobs in a better way, their messaging system (bcc, titling, when someone responds with others on the message to carry over...), being able to work through lists of people without the previous resume carrying over (little things that can make workflow more efficient). Keep up the good work team Breezy!

Pros

ease of use, adding a new job is easy, love the automatic import features

Cons

There is no real de-dupe process, flag or step in place that creates a TON of confusion. Name searching is clunky. Emailing is clunky (why does an old email title carry through, where is bcc, when someone responds and includes another person why can't that carry over). The breezy chrome extension doesn't automatically carry emails over/find emails - that would be really cool.

### "School review of Breezy"

February 14, 2022

4.0

We just started using Breezy, but I am pretty happy with it so far. It took a good amount of work to set up, but they support you through this process, which was super helpful.

Pros

The all-in-one capabilities of Breezy is what sold us on their platform. It is great to not have to combine multiple platforms for various needs, for example, their video interview is in-house. I love the visual for each stage of the application process. The candidate profile pages look great too.

Cons

I wish the scorecards averaged out the evaluation scores made by a hiring team for a particular candidate. Depending on your naming protocols for each stage, the full name is cut-off when attempting to change stages via the drop down. So it is not certain you will assign a candidate to the correct stage.
