June 8, 2017 5.0 Pros Easily able to manage 1000's of applicants. Automation of messages means we can give even unsuccessful candidates what feels like a personal touch. The Pipeline tool gives us customisable organisation of each role we create. You always have a great handle of how your hiring process is going. Cons I would perhaps like a little more control and visibility over the paid job posts after publication and the ability to cap candidates but thats me trying really hard to be picky about the product. It's easy to keep track of candidates that we interviewed and candidates that we have not yet spoken too. It also lets us categorize candidates that we want to move forward with and candidates that we could revisit in the future. Cons One thing that I feel would help is if we could find candidates based off the location of the job/project. Pros I love how easy it is to share information within the hiring team and to review and communicate with candidates, even when you have a high volume of applicants. The interface is good - I just jumped in and started using the software. The Help/online chat staff quickly (immediately) and helpfully answered the few questions I had. Pros It's so easy to use and to manage large groups of people who are applying without getting overwhelmed managing all the pieces. I was able to manage it basically by myself by adding filters, moving people through the pipeline and administering a project-based interview exercise. It was fantastic! Cons Can't upload Excel and other types of docs. But I just instructed people to convert into Pdf amd didn't have issues after that. And if there was something we required to resolve we always got 100% support from the team. Pros I appreciate the possibility to communicate with candidate within Breezy and do not have to jump in/out of the tool. Also, the 'Team Discussion' tab gained a lot of popularity within the hiring teams. And in addition, moving the candidates between pipeline stages with one click is super efficient! Pros We switched from another recruiting platform. It's very straight forward, things work as you think they might. Also, the support was very helpful. They migrated all our candidates, job postings, pipelines etc. They basically made it ready for us to switch. We didn't need a walkthrough because the product was very easy to use and customize. This has made the selection process much easier! Pros The software is very attractive and has tons of options for notes, pipeline design, and candidate rating. The custom application was brilliant. Adding a few paragraph answers made it easy to weed out unqualified candidates. Cons It was not all that easy to remember where all of the options and settings were located. Its for free in the beginning and stays free as long as you wish. As soon as your organization grows, Breezy HR easily adapts to your needs. Thanks for keeping up such great work guys! Pros Its free, easy, simple, effective, saves time and effort, provides a great overview of all applicants, creates a great flow of publishing jobs, communicating with applicants and hiring. Cons I have been using Breezy HR for abt 3 months now and have hired over 15 applicants, so far i have absolutely no cons. If I were to really find something, it would only be a more customizable landingpage for each job offering in terms of layout and design. Centralization of communication and collaboration. Pros Single pane of glass. I can centralize everything to one area and allow line managers to see and give feedback on candidates. Communicating with candidates in one place and allowing full transparency to all stakeholders is very handy. Cons I do not get many applications from the free US ads and really none at all from the UK free ads - I have had to run paid Indeed ads and find applicants there, who I migrate to the Breezy platform.
