Pros I like the easy to use functionalities. Cons I still have not found and serious flaws...maybe sometimes the CV/resume of a candidate will not immediately appear when clicking on the candidates profile, but usually after a refresh of the profile it comes up. June 13, 2017 5.0 We doubled our numbers with recruiting caregivers and we use the our pipeline staging as a daily organizing planner for our day to day checklist. Pros It's easy to use and is very customizable. I love using outside job posts with Craigslist to source more candidates through the pipeline... I also love how you all partner d with hello sign which has been a huge help to speed up our processes. shout out to my dog Samiur! Cons It can be a little tricky to get started with all the templates we use but the customer service is world class so it's all good! I like how you can rate the candidates, email them directly from the applicant and its functionality is so easy to use. I think the free version is still great for small start-up recruitment firms/ recruiters. Cons I do not like not having the option of being able to deselect the job sites and if the job is closed you can not longer use the application to send or respond to emails. " June 13, 2017 4.0 It helped me to get the best suitable candidates. The fact that it posts to so many job boards makes it more effective. Pros The number of applicants is good for any location. Breezy is great tool for non- IT jobs as well. I mostly get non IT requirements and Breezy proved to be a very helpful tool in filling in some of the most difficult requirements. Cons The response time, once we post the job, is a bit slow. In some of the requirements which are fast filling. Breezy proves a bit slow as the time of response is generally about 2-3 hours. August 28, 2015 5.0 I recently adopted breezy at a client engagement. It has been fantastic in enabling us to visualise our open positions, pipeline and candidate profiles. The job portal is quick, easy and professional. Candidate tracking is pretty straightforward and having breezy automatically post positions to popular forms is fantastic - we had applications direct into breezy within 24 hours! Love the tool. It is extremely user friendly to post positions and make modifications, etc. When I do get stuck, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. Cons Too early to tell but I do notice from time to time thee software runs a bit slow, so I have to refresh to get to what I need during those times. Within half an hour, I was able to create our business profile, enter our jobs and publish our career page. It's very easy on the eyes, user friendly and no shortage of features. There is a weird issue with the search bar where I have to click on the candidate's name and cannot simply hit "enter" to go to their profile, but this is minimal and is the only negative thing I can think of to say. Pros I like that several people can weigh in on a candidate. I like the presentation of the pipeline columns.
