We have used several similar softwares however I believe we will stick with this one. The employees have seemed to enjoy it the most.

Pros

This is a very competitive market and there are other pieces of software that are quite similar to this one. However I have had no issues with this one. It is stable, fast reacting, easy to use, and has some great functionality.

Cons

There is nothing that I would say is a negative about this software. It does exactly what its set out to do.

Pros

Once it's installed PureChat is easy to setup and get started. Within 48 hours of turning it on we had someone use it and generate a lead directly on our website! Brilliant!

Cons

We've only just started using PureChat in the last week so honestly, there's really nothing to dislike so far.

It is a solid product that I recommend as an affordable one to my clients.

Pros

I recommend this product to all my clients looking for a way to manage their client's inquiries on the fly. Whether they are at their desk or on the go, they can get and respond to inquires on their desktop or phone. It gives them a lot of flexibility on setting up messages.

Cons

There were some limitations on design and color layouts for integrating it into our client's websites.

I've only been working with the program for 3 months, but so far so good. There are a few small glitches here in there where I loose connection or others and myself will show "unavailable" but that could be our internet connections. Otherwise a great program.

Pros

The canned responses and transcripts are helpful.

Not very effective as other tools. Needs more quick response and correct response. Also translation tool to be effective too.

I like the fact that it is simple. I can use it on my phone which is awesome since I am always on the go. I absolutely love how I can connect with customer support.

Cons

I dislike that sometimes it would disconnect or I would miss some of the chats because the notifications wouldn't pop up.

We've been looking for a chat solution for our Wordpress site for a few months and found Purechat in the list of plugins. The setup and implementation are very easy - no IT help was required. The system works very nicely and our customers seem to love it. Customer support is just ok. Ironically they never seem to have live chat available on their website. You email support and they email back. I do wish they have a native windows/mac application that could be installed, instead of just a web portal. The iOS app does work just fine on my iPad.

For the most part, PureChat has been a great tool for our live chat support offerings. We have had some unexplained and/or unannounced downtime. It would typically clear itself up, but we never got any kind of notification or explanation from the staff. Accessing any kind of live support from the company itself has proven to be difficult, which I find pretty ironic. Overall happy with it but would like to see more features added.

Love it, Love it. Buy this software it is so helpful and your team sees the information they need with their own widget for that specific department.

Pros

I absolutely love the software. Love you can uses it on a mobile app. I can see everyone that visits the site easily. Also the tracking of everything is awesome.

Cons

I like it but I don't. I don't like to give privileges to some co workers, but I do it and yes it helps a lot. That is just me though.

I use Pure Chat on the homepage of the university I work for. It's great to be able to answer people's questions instantly. We've seen mostly international students take advantage of the service. I have had technical difficulties once or twice. The only way to contact Pure Chat is via email and they took several days to respond. I wish Pure Chat used Pure Chat.

Nice and powerful chat but pricing is very much high

Pros

Powerful live chat with less loading time and effects on website. Customization live chat widget to match website taste. SMS Notifications are 1 of the pro where each visitor can get it.

Cons

Pricing is high as compare to others also there is no free users for paid plans. Growth plan there is no removable branding.

Customers don't call, they want to use the first thing they have on their faces, and it is the chat box, I mean PureCHat. It is worth the price, 1 advise, buy only 1 license and name it, use this license on every computer, clients think the same representative talks to them, Goodluck PureChat

Cons

Hard to beat this software. A simple solution that runs smooth with fairly quick response times, could be faster but it is a free software.

I used this software to host my online live homework help through the chat function, so students could connect to and chat with free live high school student tutors who were on shifts. It's a great tool!

The software is easy to set up and work with. Since using it on our Addiction websites, we have seen an increase in leads.

Cons

It takes a while to set up and customize, but once it is ready it is extremely effective. Our conversion rates are up 23% since implementing.
