Pros

Pure Chat is an extremely useful service for businesses that want to establish/maintain a strong online presence. They have a basic version which is free, so that's really useful for smaller companies.

Cons

There aren't really any major cons with Pure Chat. It's a good service and they'll help you integrate their systems with your site.

We have been using Pure Chat for year now and because of it, we can thank them for about 80% of our sales. Prospects have pre-sale questions and live chat allows those to get answered right away. Love Pure Chat!

Purechat is a great software with lots of features. Though we are having issues with things like stats and sounds. Both of these seem to work for our agents sometimes and then not others. Apart from little bugs and glitches it works ok. Though it does change design and theme rather a lot.

Overall it's okay and easy to use. Unfortunately the chat falls out a couple of times a month. So the whole chat is shut down and we can not use it for a couple of minutes (sometimes it's more dan 30 minutes!). So that's something where you can look at maybe.

Staright forward to use. Does what it says on the tin. Could do with a spell check option! Great way to reach out to a wider market

Pros

Inexpensive, non-intrusive if you keep the closed chatbox default state. Adding a custom image to the chat bar is a nice touch.

Cons

Cannot customize per page, which is a dealbreaker. We had to install a different code on each page. Not the most modern UI.

LiveChat is easy to use and to navigate. I can always rely on how fast it is. I have found recently, that customers are too impatient to send email or pick up the phone. But with LiveChat, I usually have dozens of customer chat sessions every week - far more interaction than I get thru other contact channels.

PureChat has been helpful in improving communications between the different sectors of our business. It's given the users an easier and more organized way to reach us. My only complaint is that they can leave feedback only in positive and negative and some people have mentioned accidentally selected the wrong option. Possibly make it so that doesn't happen so easily.

So far, it has worked flawlessly, and having alerts on my desktop is a very helpful feature. I have not used customer support, so I cannot honestly review it, but I'm sure that it is satisfactory. We installed Pure Chat on our website and it has helped us capture new business.

Pros

Easy to install on your website. We thought that if we put this on our website that we would be using it mostly for support issues but we were pleasantly surprised to see that we captured new business from it!

Cons

We have multiple users connected to our account and using several different devices and find that it's difficult to login in time to respond quick enough.
