Pros

You can provide better live chat support with the unlimited chat features and also have unlimited number of agents - all for FREE.

Cons

With the features packed in with the Free version, anyone would be hard-pressed to find any issue at all.

We use Pure Chat to run a helpline for our website. It is very easily run in the background and a sound indicates whether a chat is available for use or not. Simply click the chat and you can program automated responses to have as an option.

Pros

Pure Chat offers companies the ability to live chat with customers directly via their website. This is extremely helpful for companies with a large customer service department.

Cons

As mentioned above I think that Pure Chat s extremely helpful for companies with a large customer service department. I don't think however this would be as useful for smaller companies.
