We have thoroughly enjoyed using Pure Chat at our Corporate office. My marketing team is currently using it as a frontline exchange for candidates and clients alike. It has been amazing to see the level of engagement!

Pros

Extremely easy to use!

Cons

Sometimes on mobile devices, the application can get in the way if a candidate is trying to apply. We just have to walk them through how to minimize the chat screen.

PureChat is easy to use and helps you identify where your visitors are realtime on your site and where they are chatting from geographically. The mobile app with push works very well!

Pros

Web and Mobile work well together Ability to Schedule Users Availability

Cons

When I am chatting many times I will get the push on my cell phone as well when I am active in the chat already online.

### "It worked for a little while but then kind of fell apart on me"

Pros

I like most that this software worked satisfactorily for a little while when I first installed it. Then, after awhile, the phone app stopped working; it would logout unexpectedly & negate any use of it.

Cons

Eventually, even after I logged back into the software, it stopped working. It would load constantly & never do what I needed it to do.

We enjoy using PureChat. It is a real time cost effective way to service our customers. The only drawback we've found is that the Canned Answer feature doesn't work as we would like.

Using Pure Chat as a means of communication between the company I work for and our customers provides another, excellent, avenue of communication which offers those who wish not to reach out via the phone the ability to receive support and answers to any questions they may have.

Pros

The notification features that are available so that you never miss a new chat with a customer.

Cons

When your browser refreshes or updates, Pure Chat may show you as 'unavailable' to chat once the window refreshes, so you have to keep an eye out for that and ensure that you are still listed as available.

Cons

The change in the left side background from white to black makes it harder to view the info. Please change it back to white!

This has been one of the best systems we have used at our company to communicate with our customers. We began our interest in chat when we noticed our competitors offering a similar service. It only took a few minutes to get us up and running and we havent looked back!

Pros

Easy to use for sure, but the support and the help we revived getting started made it a no brainer.

It was great having 3 users on the free version, and the transcripts were easy to create. It was also super easy to set up.

Cons

You need to be on the pro version to remove branding, which is a fair step up in budget.

Overall Pure Chat is an excellent resource for small business websites and web strategy.

Pros

Pure Chat is easy to use and quick to setup. The out of the box features are straightforward and the Wordpress plugin made it a breeze to set up on our website. A lot of the fluff that we experienced with other chat solutions was removed which allowed for a quick installation.

Cons

Pure Chat is slightly more limited than a competitor product we used with another client, Drift.io. They are in different worlds with Drift being focused on B2B, but there are some features I wish Pure Chat had that Drift offers such as Marketo integration.

It's been of great use on various websites I have run. It's extremely customizable, so has worked for multiple applications. And oh, it's cheap!

I have seen the service disconnect when waiting before. It's a small gripe, but a gripe nonetheless.

Purechat is a very decent chat engine that allows you to view a lot of information on the visitors on your webpage besides just the chat applet. This helps us to get the most out out the sales channels. The only major downside is that the applet can not be opened in a popup. This means that every time a customer changes pages we lose the chat, this is a big problem.

Detailed information about visitors on our webpage

Cons

The fact that chats can not open in popup screens so people can navigate our website freely without disconnecting from the chat.

Live chat is great to have on your site these days. We specifically looked into PureChat because of their Infusionsoft CRM integration. We've been using it for ~1 year and have had great success. There are a few things that need improving, like the chat box styles and backend chat viewing before answering, but they are releasing updates every so often so looks to be moving in the right direction.

We are working in our website, so we were looking for an app that makes us possible to be in touch with our client but also so save the transfers for our conversations, some one recommended us Pure Chat so we are giving a go, hopefully will be the software for us.

Pros

Since it is a small business is a very good software and to have the free live chat makes greater for us since we can not have a person dedicated to just chat on line with our clients , we need to multi task and this app makes us possible for us.

Cons

I am in the trial bases so for the moment I haven't had to many problems with the app, I'm still trying to get the hang on it.

Pure Chat has been great to improve our customer satisfaction and closeness, it helps us event to understand were our customers are having trouble in our platform. We love the feature that allows us to be proactive in the chat, it helps conversions at the checkout page!

Can't easily integrate into a CRM were I can do follow up on leads, unless I do it manually.
