### "Easiest Chat Widget You Can Find!"

Our Customer Care Team uses this to answer questions for all 3 of our websites. We can monitor how many people are currently on the sites and start a chat with them to see if there is anything we can assist them with to close them as a customer. PureChat has made our business that much better!

Pros

Pure Chat is incredibly easy to implement and with their Wordpress plugin I could teach a 3yr old how to get it up and running. Top it off they have a ton of customization features to choose from, an easy dashboard to navigate, and a great user experience. I especially like that I can both save and send a copy of the conversation, this ads credibility to the prospect and makes record keeping a breeze.

Cons

What's not to like, excellent service, awesome product, and super easy to use.

I use "Pure Chat" daily at work. We are an online College and are inundated with chats all day long and all of us find that it is very easy to use and makes our busy days much more enjoyable. I have used many chat engines in the past but I am happy to state that "Pure Chat" is the BEST I have ever had the privilege of using. Thank you Pure Chat!

Pure chat is great! very user friendly and easy to navigate. I rarely have any hiccups when using the software. My clients love it and I love it too! Notifications are awesome. And I love that I can go back and review transcripts. I can see when a client logged in and if they were given the correct information! Love love love this! So helpful

So easy to use and navigate.

Cons

Setup took a bit longer than hoped but once we got connected its been great!

Pure Chat is perfect for any business with a growing customer base. The ease of use and live chat feature makes this a necessary product for a multitude of businesses.

Pros

Pure Chat is an easy way to answer questions while on the go in real time. This has cut our response time down to seconds and has enabled us to live chat.

Cons

One of the things I noticed was that I was being logged off without a prompt. I usually check once a day to make sure everything is running as usual.

It was very easy to add PureChat to our website and it's awesome how we receive emails anytime we miss a chat. Also easy to add additional users.

Cons

There are no complaints on my end! It would be nice to have a little more with automated replies but not a big issue for us.

Pure Chat was easy to get going and I love that I can connect with people on my website easily. I would recommend this for anyone.

Pros

This software is very easy and intuitive to use. The chat boxes are customizable and are really easy for someone to use who might happen to be on your website looking for answers. I love that it's free to start and use. It made me wnt to poke around to see how far I can go if I decide to invest some money.

Cons

I haven't used it for a long time, but I can't really find anything that's an issue. To get the most out of it I might have to hire someone to really develop it though.

Standalone app on iPhone worked great and provided me with a free second phone number with an area code of my choosing.

Cons

Notifications on iOS were very buggy. Had a lot of ads for a free app. Google voice is free as well.

We operate an ecommerce website to sale women ethnic apparels and chat support is a must so we zeroed on this platform which is very easy to implement on our site. We are using this for the last couple of years and we found it very good. We receive offline messages when agents are mot around and can reply them directly.

\- Easy to implement. - Has option for offline messages. - Easy to monitor chat agents. - Can see chat history easily and all the replies.

Cons

\- Not found any major cons till now but pricing can be lower.

Overall, I will keep using Pure Chat until my website has more visitors. Then, perhaps I will look into using the premium features or move onto something else.

Pros

First of all, Pure Chat is free to use so that's a big plus. One of my websites doesn't have too many visitors so using Pure Chat to answer any questions is perfect. Also, it's great to use the mobile app so I can answer questions anywhere.

Cons

It gets disconnected often so I have to re-login, which can be difficult to rely on it to make sure it's "ON" when clients visit my website. However, it's free so can't complain at the moment.

I think overall, the problems I was able to solve with this software was the interaction between us and the customers. They are able to bring up to our attention concerns, observations, complaints and compliments.

Pure Chat has been an excellent for us due to the internal communication between us and the patients. They are able to bring up to our attention concerns, observations, complaints and compliments. The interaction makes us get a better insight of what we are doing right and what needs to improve within our organization.

Cons

I would say I don't have any complains about this software. Its practical and useful with the organization on a daily basis. Of course, there were days that it gives you a little bit of headaches to load but nothing out of the ordinary.

I use Purechat as an employee at my company. I take a lot of calls throughout the day and this has enabled me to reach the customers who visit our site but would rather use some other form of reaching out to us.

Increases my commissions by allowing me access to more sales opportunities

Sometimes I don't have enough time to answer all of the chat requests.
