Makes chatting with inquiring customers difficult. The chat space looks and feels dated. Everything else about the program is unnecessarily difficult to use and making simple changes aren't simple with Pure Chat. Choose any other program.

Pros

The alert sound. There's really not much else that's positive.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Difficult to make changes. Don't give you emails to change your passwords. Simply pointless.

Pure Chat has been a great experience. It allows our customers to talk to a customer service representative quickly and efficiently. Customers are very please with the quick responsiveness this program provides. It has become a key selling point for customer satisfaction.

Pros

The ability for our customer to speak with someone directly in our warehouse immediately without picking up the phone.

Updates are issued and then we are informed - needs to be the other way round so that we can train out any amendments. Cant drill down into the chats to see what our customers are contacting us about. Reports are very basic and do not support all our business needs. Pure Chat is easy to use and to train out initially.

### "A Fantastic Alternative to ZenDesk"

It's been fine. PureChat is a solid product and I would recommend it for website owners trying to catch live leads off the their site.

Pros

I have installed PureChat for a couple of website clients and they seem to really like it. They offer a lot of functionality for free and unlike ZenDesk, you don't have to register and pay to use the product.

Cons

Common things, can't get rid of the branding if you are using free version, sometimes the WordPress app acts up, but all-in-all, PureChat has been really good.

Coming trying many online chats, this one is the best yet. No issues with the app, deployment was easy and our users like it.

Honestly, there is not anything I dislike about this software.

Pros

This tool allows for instant chatting between you and your prospects! It integrates well with many popular website management platforms. We love the fact we're able to integrate it with our CRM choice, HubSpot. The tool allows for easy engagement between you and your leads and customers. You can answer any of your visitor's questions, share valuable info and nurture the leads as well.

Cons

Sometimes the notification takes a little bit to arrive.

It's a good application & very useful for customer relations. We were closed yesterday due to poor weather & I was able to still connect with my customers to answer questions and asure them we would be open the next day.

Appearance - liked it better white - the black or dark blue is harder on the eyes.

Use Pure Chat to hold initial discussions with potential clients and find this tool very easy to navigate around. Also very useful for obtaining transcripts so to remind me of the purpose of the call when we convert the live chat system to a telephone review

Pros

The transcripts as can go back to discussions held

Cons

Everytime I go to enter, I expect to move down a line - instead I send part messages without finishing as the enter bar also acts as a send button

Pros

The ease of use stands out. Within 30 minutes of signing up, we had Pure Chat up on our site and working. ITs great to have a link to chat in our email signatures, so customers can reach out to us on their schedule, and with a very non threatening medium. Pure Chat staff are great to work with, and quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Cons

I wish that the integration with Infusionsoft was a bit more robust. I also would love to have a place where people could put their phone number if they wanted to.

Not being able to change the auto sign in to specific days. Right now I can choose Mon, tues, and Friday from 10 - 5 pm , however I can not place a 12- 5 on Wed and Thurs.

Working in a contact centre, I find It's more convenient then speaking to clients over the phone simply because you can take a few chats at a time.

Pros

The ability to review other peoples chats without the customer knowing, for training purposes.

Excellent experience. The set up was a breeze. Sometimes software bogs you down with install and set up. But this was not the case!!

Pros

Easy to set up and use. Not a lot of configuration or waiting needed. Set up a login and go. Easy to embed into a website.

Cons

None so far. I set this up for some internal tests of my own. And we use it as a company for support. Both the agent and client side work well and easily.
