Love the program, very easy to use. Love the emojis. Would love to see autocorrect added in the future

emojis, user friendly, capability to review transcripts and customize canned responses

Cons

Needs autocorrect and require customers to rate service. Most customers only leave review when it is negative and reflects badly on the representatives

Pros

Pure Chat connects to an app on your phone so you can offer a live chat option on your website. Also, it's free!

Cons

There's no option on Pure Chat to have a customer call you, so you're pretty confined to the messaging.

Pros

It lacks some features but give it some time to fully developed and it will become perfect. For now Pure Chat is great tool for business.

We've used several other chat products before and by far Pure Chat is the best. It's extremely easy to implement and easy enough to maintain that someone from my department, IT, doesn't need to be involved in the day-to-day maintenance of it.

Pure Chat has allowed me the opportunity to get a chatbot on to my site in a fast and efficient manner.

Pros

What I like the most about Pure Chat is that it's so easy to set up on your site and get going with it very quickly. Some of the other chat bots are very complex to use, but not Pure Chat. They are always working to make it better!

Cons

I have not experienced anything I do not like about this software at this time. They offer a free version to get you started and you can grow from there.

It is a new software that the company I work for is trying out. They have paid plans, but we are only using the free versions for our trial. It has helped our storefront business as well because the cashiers are not spending as much time helping others with printer issues, and can focus more on paying customers.

Pros

The best thing about the software is it is able to be used on both a computer and a mobile device. This ensures that someone will be able to answer when necessary, even if they have stepped away from their desk for a moment.

Cons

We are skeptical about the AI software still and have not yet used it.

Most of the time the Purechat software is great! It allows us to track clients on our website, give transcripts of all conversations and offers gps locations of visitors. However, for most of last month the sound notifications of new messages did not work. We tried everything we could think of to fix this, spoke with customer service and this issue would be "fixed" temporarily until we inevitably missed clients who were trying to reach out to us when this stopped working again. Overall a great service which now seems to be working correctly again.

I use pure chat at work for the company I work for. It is very user friendly and has allowed us to offer a new, convenient contact platform for our customer on-the-go

My company has been using Purechat to provide a live chat option for our customers and for those visiting our website. This feature has helped us close most of our visitors, as well as provides a convenient way for them to get questions answered. We love that Purechat offers features that allow us to initiate chats with visitors, tells us the location of our visitors, tells us how many times that visitor has been on our site, and provides the source of our visitors - all extremely valuable features. I would recommend Purechat to anyone who is looking to offer a live chat feature for their site visitors.

My experience so far has been pretty good. It has been very easy to use and I honestly have had no problems getting signed up and working in pure chat. I'm definitely pleased with the ease.

Pros

Easy to use. Doesn't require a desktop app.

Cons

It's a chat system, which is never that fun to use. No cons on ease of use or functionality.
