the integrations can be better with Hubspot and other CRMs. the chat experience is not the best. If you compare Kayako and Intercom with PureChat, you see what I mean. PureChat can be alot better

Pros

I've tried a number of different support chat SaaS products and have found Pure Chat to be one of the better products. Great product to try if you want to stay away from the other alternatives that have a high monthly cost.

Cons

Some limited features compared to other products like Intercom and Drift, but both of those products cost money and are expected to have more features for the money. Pure Chat is a good option.

My overall experience with pure chat has been a successful experience helping me bring clients for my own business and have easier access to other sites and softwares in one place which helped so much and made it very easy once you get a hang of everything and see how it's all set up.

Pros

Pure chat is an awesome messenger site with more products you are able to use like wordpress which I use a lot. When I first started using this software I never knew how advance it was after I started playing around with Pure Chat. It's a great software for small and somewhat big size businesses. I started using this product to promote my own cleaning business and it was an amazing success.

Cons

I have no cons what so ever with this software. I think its amazing all you can do with pure chat.

We use it in our small business and it has absolutely revolutionized our company. It converts so much traffic into chats, which in turn convert into sales.

Pros

The mobile and desktop platforms are fantastic.

Some bugginess occasionally.

it gives detailed information about the customer. where are they based what operating system they are on and history of previous chat with the customer

Cons

there is no application made for windows. you have to be logged on through a internet browser on their website always to answer the chats. chances are you might close the browser by mistake and that happens a bit

It's worth to pay a plan in this software I guess because it's good.

Pros

I enjoy in this application was it's great interface. It is very important for my own perception and to my business also. Can't imagine that I will discover this kind of great application.

Cons

The only thing I notice in Pure chat in 2 years using this software was it's limit when it's just free. You need to pay a plan in order to work it fully.

Our company has been using Pure Chat for approximately 15 months now and I can honestly say the customer service has been phenomenal! Quick answers, timely fixes, and pleasant conversations. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they cannot give you an immediate answer, one is provided quite quickly. I have seen some fantastic changes, updates and additions since we've started using Pure Chat and I feel the Pure Chat team is constantly driven to provide their customers with the things that are important to them such as daily reports, contact information, and site visitor tracking. The only area I would like to see improved is the communication of updates and/or changes. We are not always notified PRIOR to changes which can confuse a team of operators. Notification is always given, but I would like to see it done in a more timely manner.

Pros

This chat box helps my customers connect with customer service SO EASY. I’ve seen a dramatic increase in inquires, that then led to conversions! LOVE.

Cons

Really no cons at this point. It’s simple and straightforward. It was easy to set up on my Shopify store.

Prefer to use this one compare to others software which is more complex.

Pros

Pure Chat provides a live chat to your customer which is good because live interaction is what the customer wants.

Cons

It still lack a features where you can saw each other in live interaction so the customer will not think that he or she is talking to a robot.

The price of the software is very fair, the front-end user interface is intuitive, and the various settings are quite customizable for the application and your company's preferences

Cons

Not much not to like, it's great software. If I had to identify something, I would note that customer service from Pure Chat isn't particularly prompt
