Notifications were the primary reason we needed an app and it is quite a pain getting new users access to create them. regularly users email me asking why they are having problems. I then have to email E2S to fix the issue. Usually taking a week or so to fix with each instance. Pros I can use the basic portal they have set up pretty easily. This meant a slightly longer lead-in to the live date, but the product was quickly established for both staff and student usage.
