So somehow, we just tolerated it and just got our accounting validations \[in terms of income\] right. Apart from this, this whole ERP application didn't come much to our use. Pros Functionality-wise, they've everything but it's buggy and very very un-user-friendly Cons This application is very very buggy, almost all the modules have some sort of flaws in it, which take ages to get solved. The operational workflow isn't complete and one of the poorest UI/UX experience you'll get. As our business scaled up, this application was completely incapable to handle our growth. Pros This has plethora of modules/features, however all of the modules aren't inter-connected, which is why complete set of information isn't always being provided by the system Cons The app is very very buggy, has lots of flaws in their workflows and their customer support/product support has a turtle pace and which cannot pace up with your business growth. Cons For the enterprises: it's a BIG NO! All of it's modules are loosely connected having it's own internal flaws and thus the data it generates aren't beneficial for the business decisions at all! Pros This is good for SME or small retails, surely this application isn't capable for handling large business corporation. The modules are very very buggy though they have all the modules in it. Cons The modules are very very buggy and they aren't inter-connected at all ! If an ERP system doesn't assist to provide you authenticated information, what's the point of using this at all?
