Pros it's very easy to use since the user front office user only needs to interact with the graphic user interface ( GUI). Then it's very easy to set up the configuration since there's is a configuration wizard. which just takes you step by step. if you are stuck or there's is a problem with the software you can just call the support center team and the will be able to help since they operate 24hrs Cons The price for the full package Module is too high. Most of those problems are for not understanding the users and some of them are observed as a bug. But the significant matter it is that the support team of eZee getting the aware of any problem or issue or any other like this they resolved in no time of there best effort. So i myself very much feel pleasure to work with them and finally i never feel trouble to operate this application at all as the support team is always with us, day and night, working days or holidays. Cons The message sent from eZee front office is very poor for me and the database is also not rich as there are no option in guest info tab, company name and designation. Please if there is a way of adjusting that so that the invoice can be generated even before full payment. Also version 7.0 is still disturbing us with popping messages every now and then. With the 30 day trial period and excellent support, i was able to easily configure the software to meet the requirements of the organization. The inventory system is outstanding, it monitors items right from receiving raw materials to the manufacturing process, producing close to accurate cost of sales analysis report. CONS I have occasionally experienced problems with the sql database. The regular support team are great but they tend to always refer sql problems to developers, this creates down times due to manual sales and consequently theft. The following improvements would make it perfect, the ability to combine bar and restaurant bills into one i.e in a case where someone in the restaurant orders food and then later orders drinks only sold at the bar, the two bills can't conbine into one.
