Pros : Software is quite exhaustive. It will take some time to fully understand the width and depth of the software. Has well thought out , specific business processes for Dine-in, take away & delivery services. Dedicated customer care team ensures that the ball doesn't get dropped between teams.

Product is simply superb. Very easy to understand for the users/operators. GUI of the software is very rich look. All the reports are available which is required and the best part is they do customize reports are per our requirements. Live support is very prompt and very fast in resolving queries. We find theBurrp system useful in general. The problem is the way how it was implemented by the local supplier. We still dont have the system running 100% because of this situation. Some points: \*Layout checks configuration are not fonctional. \*Dine in module is easy to use, layout function is not nice, too many steps for lookig a check from the past. The spanish version is not translated correctly. \*Room Service module is not that easy to manipulate, sometimes while applying payments, for dafaul it applies cash.
