Pros: Interface, its have channel manager and actually everything what you need to automate work in the hotel. very easy and nice looking, have a lot of possibilities, 24 hours life support

26 room hotel expanding to 115 rooms. Ezee provides functionality of the big players at a lower cost

Pros: Fully integrated, we use all modules including POS terminals. Easy to train new Operators on Ezee Res and POS terminals

Cons: Limited 3rd party peripheral integrations, but improving all the time. The POS GUI could be improved. It's clunky, but robust.

Overall: Cost savings over other vendors. Got rid of 3 vendors, now all modules from Ezee.

Pros: I love all the features, super easy to use, comprehensive and the guys at customer support are just amazing. There is nothing they cannot do for you and then some. Nothing negative whatsoever. You would be hard pressed to find any other like this. We feel lucky to discover eZee. Looking forward to working with them.

Pros: Really easy to setup and do changes on it.

Cons: Do not give some specific feature for a small hotel like mine.

Overall: The system is really nice and easy to set up, some extra feature are missing for my business that is small hotel, detail should be able to change the prices after you have to make a booking, colors to be able to separate normal guest by Tour Operator guest on the absolute from, etc..... then the customer service has been really not the best the last couple of month, except for one of your guys that do always find solution, fast on the reply and really easy to work with, all the other are not so professional and easy to work with is. Just by talking with them by Skype they can be rude. I m a customer that don't know too much about computer, software, etc.

Recommendations to other buyers: On the eZee Absolute front will be good to have the possibilities of color to recognize if it's a direct guest, online guest, Tour operator guest, etc., be able to change easily the type of package we do offer.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Can't add inventory to back-end software on our own. Insufficient training for our staff. Technical team and customer service are different, so while we speak to one, the other also has to be spoken to - what a waste of time! No online chat support. The software is very poorly designed and does not match the caliber of our website design, it looks rather like a beta version of a college project.

Overall: Inventory repeatedly showing as full especially doing the peak season. After repeated calls from our customers, we found that on our website the cottages were showing as full, although the inventory was updated.
We need to know the reason why this is repeatedly happening, but there is no response from Ezee. After it is addressed, we get a call saying, everything is working well. But, our question is why is this happening repeatedly? No answer.
This is obviously hampering our online sales. This lack of transparency and slow speed of communication is limiting us from making any further commitment to eZee. Any request to add inventory is met with - first pay us X amount, then we will take a look... bad show.

Comments: After conducting a market study for cloud PMS's I found this was the best by far value for money booking engine I could get. This was back in 2012 and by then I was the first user in my country. Now they are hundreds. Even so support keeps being helpful and development is open to improvements by from the feedback we have offered.

Pros: The guys in call centre are very helpful, Mr.Benziman and Ms.Nilam are the best when it comes to problem solving .

Overall: Have been using this software form past 6 years , this product is very easy to use and is extremely fast

Recommendations to other buyers: Some functions have to be made easier instead of long process .Eg. Removing the unblock rooms , card payment in group doesnt have option .

Comments: We are using this from last 3 months and it's working properly without any problem. It's UI can be customized according to our need. we can make all the changes at our end after a small training.
Overall it's perfect only they need to make their technical support a little faster or should provide direct contact to tech team.

Comments: Pros- All of our apartments' availability can be found on one page.

Cons- Too difficult for our users to book online as they find too much information on one page.

Solution- Separate pages to be created for our apartments, as they have different rate plans.

As a result, all your rate plans are visible to the guest, confusing them while booking. Please contact us at: cm@ezeetechnosys.com and we will get this corrected in no time. Regarding showing each rooms on a separate page, we do provide that service as well. If the website shows all rooms separately and we integrate it such a way that whenever client select that room type he will be redirected to a page which shows the rate plans.
