Pros: A secure, user-friendly and modern tech software with around the clock 24*7 support through a Live Chat or any other correspondence to name just one!

Cons: Too many extra-net portals to configure same data and mobile apps are not as user -friendly though am sure are in the pipeline.

Overall: User friendly system interfaces with cloud storage and around the clock support from eZee tech team.

Pros: eZee Centrix is a comprehensive and an extremely intuitive channel manager. While managing a chain of properties, the various automation features act as a boon. To top them all, they have an extremely dedicated and proactive team in the back end taking care of issues and development.

Overall: Every product in the development phase initially has a number of limitations, the same was the case with eZee. But their endeavour to accept feedbacks and roll out periodic updates has made them one of the most sought after software in the budget hospitality market in India at least!

Pros: Less worry for overbooking, easy to update, Ezee's call center are very supportive and fast in responding any requests, i would recommend hotel or guest house owner to use this tool as its very helpful and that the FO has more time to talk with guest for marketing rather than updating several OTAS extranets those saves a lot time for doing something more positive, strategic.

Cons: I have no contra or contras right now, its is just excellent. Might be alittle change in the system when user clicked wrong button like /undo room rate, or change it to previous data.

Overall: No need updating on each OTAS extranet is the best part, I could sleep at night without worrying so much for overbooking or stress in the nextday, can have more time to talk with guests and do more marking is the best, very effective and strategic combination.

Pros: Easy to use, all 3 product ( absolute, reservation and configuration ) are such a very good product. we can handle all booking from our ota partner on one place.

Pros: easy to use , have functionality that can update the rates for entire month at once also the room availability.

Cons: GdS integration not happened till date after lot manali follow ups, sometimes inventory goes in the negative.

Comments: Basically you have to have all of their product in order to run the business smoothly, ezee centrix does quick job in terms of changing rate plan, booking lists, and reviews.

Comments: After conducting a market study for cloud PMS's I found this was the best by far value for money channel manager I could get. This was back in 2012 and by then I was the first user in my country. Now they are hundreds. Even so support keeps being helpful and development is open to improvements by from the feedback we have offered.

Comments: we started with Ezee 3 years back, and i would say that its running good especially if you have only 1 property and don't want to pay for a fortune, while Ezee are offering the same with a competitive price.

Pros: Quick update of prices or inventory on a year view was a great option. Very sad it was removed.

Cons: The removal of the OTA Common Pool function in yearly view is not a smart move. This function allows for quick update of price or inventory over long periods. The default option to do this on a monthly basis only is constraining, time consuming and non productive.

Overall: The ability to quickly update prices / inventory or minimum nights on a Yearly view was a great function. The removal of it is a sad news.

Recommendations to other buyers: Please put back OTA Common Pool Function in yearly view.

This software is very complete and easy to use.

Overall: Firstable, it is so hard, because, software is in english and i need to translate in french. Now all it is OK.

Cons: Booking engine not flexible with setting up number of Adult and number of child.

Comments: Interfaces with our frontdesk and OTAs, thus allowing to concentrate on our promotions without having to worry about inventory.

Does not know how to differentiate between a modified booking from OTA from a original booking. We sometimes gets two booking (and this messes up inventory) when an original booking is modified by a guest who wants to change their credit card information.

Prices from OTA is also not brought in correctly into our eZee Frontdesk and aslo shows wrong payment type when booking is received from our eZee Reservation. It shows that payment is through one of our OTA when it is not.

Mappings can only be handled by eZee staff and it is sometimes hard to get across the message of what we need to be mapped.

Comments: This channel Management system is working well for us. It makes our full inventory available to all our OTA's , which in turn drives sales. This is done with absolute peace of mind for us , as we do not have to worry about overbooking.
Very efficient ! We would recommend to all Hotels who have online sales of room inventory !

It is a really good product too.
