Comments: Our Company specializes in legal recruitment for large to mid size International Law Firms and in -house legal team. As an experienced recruiter, I have always relied upon my database system to assist and keep up to date with my day to day work movements; as well as my candidates, clients, jobs and future leads. A good database system is like your second brain, your on line PA and at times your motivator! This is what Tracker RMS provides for me, a system that I can rely on at any time, where ever I am in the world, I can simply logon and keep abreast of my business . Over the years I have used a variety of database systems, some basic and some complicated, but Tracker RMS supersedes all of the previous systems I have used. It is a simple and easy tool to use, which never causes any issues or complications as I have had in the past with other systems; and yet provides such a high level of organization and information gathering. Every morning, I can log on and see what active jobs I have, new candidates who have registered are highlighted to me, I am reminded of tasks that I need to do, and I can scroll through and remind myself of conversations recently had with both Client Firms and candidates. When a job comes in, I can search for the relevant candidates easily and quickly - moving from their CV, to my contact notes, to previous history is so simple with no long pauses and extra quirks, everything as a recruiter that you need. This is particularly important if you need immediate access to a variety of information whilst on a call. No time for long pauses as you move from screen to screen! If I need to check on the financials, the invoices or outgoing bills are all to hand and can be shown in a variety of charts to help me monitor the company finances. Every Friday I have to go in and make sure that the temporary workers have all completed their on line timesheets and then, with one click of a button, send it over to the Client to approve - from this the invoice is then generated. Nice and simple and my Clients really appreciate the on line time sheet facility! From the start, the team at Tracker RMS have given outstanding customer service. No problem is to small from them and they really go out their way to provide an extra level of service. They seem to understand your business needs and are always one step ahead! They also listen to your suggestions as a recruiter; the continuous improvement and development of Tracker RMS is a joy and excitement to watch! It is easy to update the agency website with new jobs listed on Tracker RMS, as it is all linked together and gives the candidates the ability to register through the website and their details fall into Tracker. It really gives the agency an extra level of professionalism and is a time saving device! Tracker RMS works well for the small recruitment agency as well as the larger agency. Having worked previously in larger agencies, I found that generally people were reluctant to feed information into the database system and keep their movements up to date. I was continuously frustrated by my colleagues. Their plea was that the inputting of information was time consuming, of no benefit, that they did not understand how to do it, etc. None of this could apply to Tracker RMS and, as the business grows, I can envisage that Tracker RMS would provide the perfect system to bring a large group of people together to work effectively and efficiently as a team. I am delighted with Tracker RMS and now in my second year of use there is quite simply no turning back! I would be lost with out it! Thank you Tracker RMS !

Pros: 1. New layout to allow you to create any tabs and content are great. I have a layout for my sales team that is different to my recruitment team. 2. Weekly webinars are great and online help files are ideal for startup companies. System is really quick unlike others that I have used. 3. Rich in features from prospecting to placements. Job board searching works really well for sourcing and with only one system needed for all aspects of our business, TrackerRMS work well for us and integrates into our QuickBooks system so saves us a lot of time.

Cons: 1. The campaign tool is excellent and whist its great that it tracks bounce backs it would be ideal if it could tell me which landing pages the contacts have clicked on 2. TrackerRMS is an end to end tool so it can be a little intimidating at first. The team were very helpful in guiding me through training and making sure I understood the workflow. Once you get the basics its easy. 3 They did not have a big web presence and I only found them though Software Advice.

Recommendations to other buyers: 1 Make sure if you are doing Data Migration that you do your due diligence into what is involved. Many vendors we looked at did not go through this as TrackerRMS did. I knew what was involved and understand what was being migrated from Maxhire. 2. Decide if you want a basic system or a system to go from sales though to onboarding. There are lots of the market and not many offer the end to end process that we needed. 3. Find out what the vendors support is like. Is it a one to one Account Management relationship or is it help files only. Make sure you are comfortable with what is on offer.

Pros: This program is web based, which is wonderful and can be accessed at any time. All the information is there, at any given time and available. The ease and functionality of this product is very reassuring. However the best review I can give is in regards to my customer service. One of the customer rep is and has been amazing. She is attentive and reacts and replies immediately with help to any issue I have had. She genuinely cares about taking care of her customers and is exceptional at what she does. I am grateful she is my Client Manager. I have zero concern when I place a ticket or email her that I will not get a response and resolution basically immediately. She is simply wonderful.

Cons: This program does time out quite a bit and logs me out as well in the middle of working. We also cant always have exactly what we want immediately, there has to be some development involved at times for certain things.

Pros: We started using TrackerRMS in February 2015 after having evaluated about 15 other options. We spent a great deal of time evaluating Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure we were selecting the right software that could meet our requirements and equally important a company who stands behind their Customers by providing premium Customer Service. TrackerRMS was undeniably the hands down winner. TrackerRMS offers an extremely intuitive, clean, and easy to use design and navigation which was of primary importance to us to ensure our team would be able to learn the system without impacting recruitment efforts. Most of the other Applications charge per feature whereas with TrackerRMS, they were included in the base price. We have been particularly impressed by the flexibility and usability of the system.We no longer need to update dozens of manual Excel spreadsheets due to Tracker's customizable reporting.

Cons: I honestly can't identify any weaknesses in TrackerRMS. The best part is the TrackerRMS team continually listens to our feedback and implements upgrades frequently so all clients can leverage. We really feel like we are in a relationship with TrackerRMS and that says a lot.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is imperative to do your research and evaluate as many applications that meet your firm's needs. You should start to identify requirements for your Applicant Tracking System. To keep this manageable, you need to identify essential "must haves" in order to eliminate unqualified vendors. The demos will quickly bring together strengths and weaknesses of the software and the company. We hold both TrackerRMS and the team behind the product in the highest regard and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any business that needed a CRM. TrackerRMS consistently surpasses our expectations.

Major product improvements needed! But overall, pocket friendly and excellent customer service!!

Comments: It would have been great if candidates added to the long list for a particular job would not be lost after the list is cleared. There can always be a change in the job description and the candidates we thought were not a fit at first could be a fit after the update. In that case it can be easier to go to that list and shortlist candidates again. After a reply kicks in for a posting, it would have been great to get a notification.

Pros: Tracker has excellent customer service - very personal, professional and quick to respond! We mainly dealt csr and she is amazing! Her coaching is thorough and she communicates patiently and clearly. She provided us with useful ideas in making our tracker use more effective! Coming to the Tracker software, I must say that it is user-friendly, pocket-friendly and customizable to fit into one's needs!

Cons: Found the product a little time consuming as it does not sort data when clicking on columns. Sourcing from job sites can also be made more user friendly and a better snippet of the profile can be provided. The view of the snippet as well as the resume (it may be the font or the font size) and the alignment looks very different from the actual view of the resume. Saving a draft is not possible like how it can me done in other email providers. While there have been other minor hiccups every now and then, they have been corrected within 24 hours by the responsive Tracker team.

Pros: We have a very unique program and one of the things we liked most about Tracker was their ability to jump in and customize the software to accompany our program's vernacular. It fits most of our needs and allows our program to truly focus on our mission. The customer service through Michelle Crisp has been five star since day one. She is professional and knows how to get us what we need in a timely manner so we can continue to focus on our day to day tasks. I have worked with many of the larger software platforms and this is user friendly in comparison.

Cons: There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow. It's very difficult to deal with if that happens.

Comments: Tracker's customer service is personal, professional and very quick. They care about our success with their system and have made many adjustments to fit our needs.

Pros: Our team would agree that one of the largest benefits in Tracker is the ease of work flow and the power of the templates. For example if you are sending a contract to a client once you have placed a consultant, the template will not only send the email with the agreement, but it will also update the job work flow as well as the candidate work flow and close the job all in one step. It keeps our system much cleaner than before.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to auto-journal multiple email addresses for one contact or consultant.

Pros: -As a company we were able to transfer and consolidate two different systems, SalesForce and BigBiller, into one accessible databank that can be better utilized by our team -Their customer support - has been incredibly responsive and helpful through our transition and the learning curve associated.

Cons: -There is a learning curve. The process can be sped up however, the guide/walkthrough videos and the customer support are both great resources. -The transition was bumpy as first, but to be expected as we were not only moving but also combining two different platforms of data into one singular software. Which was underestimated on the TrackerRMS side.

Comments: We use an Employee Login button on our web page that is superb! Candidates easily link to the Tracker site to open a time sheet. Great!

Pros: Connection to customer support by two ways: tickets and call-in service. Either connection gets results within a short period of time.

Cons: Because candidates don't always pay attention to where they list hours, on the time sheet weekly entry screen, the order of the Planning Tasks that list on screen could change from Alphabetic to most common- Regular Hours line then OT line then others

Comments: Very few ATS' bring an easy to use CRM for sales, that is simple and intuitive that the staffing industry requires. TrackerRMS is most interested in listening to the needs of their customers to develop a best of breed product. Genuine authenticity in the business partnership.

Pros: Easy to use interface, customer first approach, committed to constant enhancements. Integration with technologies that are constantly changing and evolving in the staffing and recruiting industry makes the product very attractive. Customization of verbiage used by your own firm allows the product to feel like you made it yourself - engineered for just your firm.

Cons: Continual advancements in mobile (phone) application will enhance usage in the field that will bring speed to the activities of staffing sales professionals.

Pros: TrackerRMS Recruitment is a fantastic system. This system runs like a well-oiled machine and meets the necessities for all businesses types, from larger corporations to smaller businesses. No matter how unique your business process is, and no matter what needs you need met, Tracker is built to excel for you. Tracker truly believes in client relationships. Their entire development is based upon their client's needs. Requests, ideas, and tickets are not just read and heard like with the normal big name ATS vendors; they're developed! We have never felt like just another ticket when it comes to Tracker, because they take immediate action to guarantee your satisfaction. It provides strong CV parsing using the top provider, Sovern. It's cloud-based, and we have a dedicated Server through Rackspace. It's SQL, data migration, and importation-friendly. Tracker flows seamlessly from CRM to ATS to Onboarding to Accounting/Payroll to EMS (Employee Management System).

Cons: Truly, anything with TrackerRMS that has needed improvement or development has been established. There's nothing to dislike.

Recommendations to other buyers: We left our big name ATS provider and couldn't be happier with TrackerRMS. Overall, TrackerRMS carries a strong, flexible platform, encompassing stellar elements into one-single unique tool. We couldn't be happier!

Comments: With my years of experience in staffing, I was a bit skeptical that a relatively-unheard-of ATS would be able to compete with some of the big boys in this market and they are not only competing but winning on a variety of fronts. Tracker has won me over!

Pros: Customization/layout of screens Customer service/tech support is completely responsive They take suggestions, listen and give all ideas consideration They are constantly rolling out new features to the product

Cons: There's not much I don't like about it. Of course I'd love to have all the bells and whistles from every ATS I've ever used or seen, but that's just not realistic. Tracker has taken several suggestions and turned them into reality, so the things I may have missed with previously used ATS' are diminishing.

Pros: very easy to use. easy to load resumes and search key words. great place to keep track of recruiting information.

Cons: I've created some manual fields which are great but sometimes those fields don't automatically populate in "workflow". I probably just need to call Tracker to have them help me fix it. They are always responsive in helping me figure things out and customize things how I would like them.

Great exp working with Courtney Harchak helping us to build out and customize the tracker for our workflow.

Pros: Huge amount of flexibility with what information to show/hide from different system users - streamlining many of the everyday processes that recruiters, admin staff and BD reps have to complete. There are some great reporting tools to help managers keep track of KPIs - again, flexibility here far exceeds many of the competitors in the market. Although the company is small, they are very attentive to our needs, and did a great job of importing the data from our previous CRM.

Cons: Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.

Pros: TrackerRMS is very customizable to work with our process. The customer service is bar none. I always got the chance to meet with them during a conference and they are just good people. The system is easy to use.

Cons: The system can be a little sluggish at times. Tends to not always catch duplicate candidates that are added in.

Overall: The transparency across the team is great if you set up the reports properly and build out dashboards.

Comments: Customer support has been very helpful and it is a great pleasure to speak with her, she is always ready to help and always with good energy and lots of patience.

Pros: I'm still learning about the product, but it seems to be easy to use and straight forward. It has excellent features and allows you to track the emails to the system, create new contacts from outlook, which save an incredibly amount of time. It also has metrics and analytics features to track performance and create reports as well as help us have a lot of information for our advantage.

Cons: I need to have more practice and knowledge about the overall product experience before forming any opinion on what do I like least. The only thing is that you have to work on a search or a client at a time, and you have to go back to a different search or client every time. The other system allowed you to see everything on one screen and drag and drop resumes easily to the jobs.

Comments: A few years ago, we bought in to a system and pulled out mid-migration due to inefficiencies and lack of customer support. This left me very discouraged. It took me a few years to even consider making a change, again. Walking in to TrackerRMS, I have regained my confidence in customer service. We now have asystem that will increase and make our workflow much more efficient.

Pros: We changed to TrackerRMS in December 2017. The intake and customer service has been seamless. I've gone through a number demos and TrackerRMS was at the top of our list. To date, I am extremely happy with the system, customizations, and especially the customer service. Our workflow has increased and team morale has risen. TrackerRMS has been a big step forward for us, in the right direction.

Cons: A few upgrades which we are told are coming this year would add tremendous value. Overall, the system is very customizable, user friendly so overall, great product.

Comments: Staffs are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I have been working with her to learn and refine our reports and her teaching ability is excellent.

Pros: - Customizable, but with a functional starting point (i.e. don't have to design it completely from the ground up when onboarding)--so it's easy to license and start using, if you want - Excellent ongoing customer service after onboarding - Helpful dashboards and "To Do" lists keep you easily on top of performance and revenue-driving activity - Great visibility between users - Great, user-friendly integration with MS Outlook

Cons: - Has some nuances that need to be done a specific way, so that can take some "getting used to" - Some information can be entered multiple ways, but that can create ripples in other ways unknowingly, so it's important to review best practices when learning the system's finer points

Pros: Very fast and it rarely lags or freezes. It is pretty simple to get the hang of. It rarely goes down for extended periods of time.

Pros: handles both the sales & recruiting side of our business, allowing us to eliminate the (expensive) SalesForce licenses.

Cons: Conversion was a major, drawn out effort. Since we were converting from 2 separate systems (SF & an RMS), Tracker underestimated the time an effort required to deliver our merged dataset.

Comments: As an executive formerly responsible for a very large scale deployment of Salesforce.com, I am extremely familiar with all the risks, rewards, capabilities, and limitations of CRM software. Upon joining OHS it was immediately clear that we had outgrown the configuration of our legacy Salesforce implementation and needed to pursue a common operating platform that our various service lines and business teams could collectively use to manage their activities, but without breaking the bank! To identify the right partner for our organization, we elected to undertake an extremely robust market level analysis. Our goal was to find a product that afforded us a high degree of flexibility, while maintaining ease of use and ease of administration. And provided comprehensive functionality with an affordable and fixed total cost of ownership. We evaluated 60 different products in total - Tracker RMS was the hands down winner. Tracker offers an extremely intuitive, clean, and easy to use design and navigation. Included in the base product are functionality and features that you almost always have to purchase separately or pay more for elsewhere. And the Tracker customer service support is, quite frankly, among the best I've seen. I would strongly recommend Tracker in both my capacity as a current user, and a long time IT executive and buyer of software systems.

TrackerRMS does the job but in a lot of steps.

Pros: TrackerRMS does a great job of tracking candidates and jobs. It also does a great job of showing all activities that the candidate has done and what jobs they have been submitted to as well.

Cons: I personally feel like there are extra steps that are involved that make the process tedious at times. In addition, I wish that there was a way you could easily see all the activities of a person when you are their job profile rather than having to go outside of the job and looking for past activities. I also find it frustrating that sometimes Tracker reverts back and doesnt always update itself.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that you know what you are looking for in a product and how you are going to use it. The software is a good product for us because we have multiple facets that allows us to use it. I would also make sure to give it a test run and customize it to your companies liking. I do not believe that this product should be used as a out of the box product.

Pros: We really think ease of use along with tons of functionality is what drove us to partner with TrackerRMS. We chose to move from our previous vendor because they kept raising their price. After reviewing and testing TrackerRMS we realized we are not losing any functionality and getting a better deal on pricing. The transition from our old vendor to TrackerRMS has been seamless as well. Their staff is very meticulous about migrating data and making it work exactly the way you want after the move is done.

Cons: The only con we have at this time is TrackerRMS does not integrate natively to DiscoverOrg which is our sales tool. We can still bring the data into the system but it is a manual process as opposed to the automated process with our previous vendor.

Comments: Our experience with integrating TrackerRMS into our 13 person recruiting firm has been really great. We came from a system called Big Biller, which is a very simple job, candidate and contact tracking system. It was sufficient for a time, but we were beginning to out grow it's capabilities.

In our research process, we fully investigated 6 applicant tracking systems. Of them all, we determined TrackerRMS to have the best solution for our team. We spent a lot of time reading reviews and talking to users of each system. Overall, we heard loud and clear that TrackerRMS had the best customer service. Our experience with their customer service has been exceptional. We ask questions about how to do things, or where to find things, and they answer within 24 hours, sometimes faster.

This system has really enhanced our ability to keep track of our candidates, clients and contacts in general. Just about all of our processes are now faster. We also have unbelievable reporting capability now. All of the things that we kept track of manually, are now easily tracked and quickly reported on with the click of a button. The screens and the overall look of the system are very user friendly.

As a company, I think we would all agree that we would wholeheartedly recommend TrackerRMS.

Pros: When I went looking for an ATS for my Recruiting business, it had to have a number of features to support my business. I was looking for the following items which Tracker provided: 1. A solid candidate management tool, including resume parsing, communications history, Outlook integration. 2. An integrated campaign tool 3. Website integration 4. An integrated timesheet/approval system 5. A web-based system, as I travel and wanted access. 6. An extensive help file with videos of how the product worked 7. A responsive ticketing system 8. A powerful template system to automate routine tasks

Cons: There are cases where the help files and the product do not match. This is a double-edged sword, as Tracker is bringing new functionality on board rapidly, and sometimes the help is behind.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take some time to map out the processes you follow in your business and ensure all the steps are value added. Then ask the vendor to show how their product supports your business requirements. Be clear on where the gaps are, so you are not disappointed later on.

Comments: Our previous CRM system didn't have the functionality we required to cope with pressure of time constraints and managing data from multiple places. After trying 8 CRM systems against a criteria that was designed to improve efficiency, increase lead tracking and drive sales, Tracker was the only one that met our criteria. Since signing with Tracker, the process has been remarkably smooth, data was mapped and transferred very quickly with no glitches. We were looking for a software system that would provide rich data for business improvement and would reduce the amount of time consultants spent searching for relevant information. We also wanted a system that would document sales pipelines and forecasts and link it to daily activity - Tracker was the only system we trialed that did all of this. Getting used to using it has had some frustrations, only because learning something new takes a little getting used to. The daily training sessions have proved particularly useful and the support team at Tracker are organised and swift in resolving any amendments that need making once you get to know how it works and how you want it to perform. The best part of Tracker is that it sets up workflows that are important as part of the recruitment process, improving adherence to compliance. Love it and would recommend.

Also, there are some basic site navigational features that are not included but would simply issues such as "page searching" within certain list (such as Send List). Cons: Truthfully, I have no idea yet since we are just using the platform. The one request I have thus far is to have the Reason Status to close a job a required field with a drop down reason list but ONLY during the close of the job and not through out the process. Comments: We started using Tracker RMS over two years ago after having looked at several other options, including Sales Force and other well-known brands; we hadn't previously had an official CRM system, but did have carefully constructed spreadsheets which were stored locally on our server. We chose Tracker RMS because it was really easy to use, the support we got from the technical support team was exceptionally good during our trial sessions, and it had great functionality. Having decided to buy, the implementation was good - there a few oddities but they were in the main at our end and the Tracker RMS team were brilliant at helping us get things sorted, as well as very patient. The benefit of having the Tracker RMS system was brought sharply home when later in the first year of use, a senior member of our marketing team was off ill for several months; previous to having Tracker RMS we would have struggled to keep on top of the required sales leads and follow-ups, but having the system meant someone was able to pick up from our usual representative seamlessly. Moving forward, the system has proved very valuable for tracking the life cycle of projects and for targeting new areas for possible business. The functionality is really good and we have recommended the system to a number of our contacts.

Pros: The team at TrackerRMS has thought of just about everything for their CRM. You can tell the system was designed by professionals that have expert level knowledge with the staffing/consulting industry because every function has a purpose. What separates them is their customer service though. Everyone who I've interacted with at TrackerRMS has exhibited a true vested interest in our success. Our Client Success Manager has been absolutely great with our transition - she very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. I highly recommend TrackerRMS.

Pros: I like the ease of use and functionality. Our customer offering is unique as we offer professional services as well as staffing. My biggest challenge was finding a platform that could support both offerings and tie everything together. I looked at over six systems before choosing Tracker. Tracker offered us end to end visibility into our business without using three disparate systems.

Cons: There are a couple things that appear a little basic and outdated, however, I know that new versions are to be released. I am excited to see what all they are changing as it can only get better.

Recommendations to other buyers: Think about what you need in a platform, then take a look at this system. You will find that it may not be big and fancy, but it offers functionality that others do not. Workflow can be built in that makes sense. You are not changing the process to fit the system, you are changing the system to meet your process. There are addins for email, a phone integration, accounting interfaces and much more. You feel like you are getting the big system without the price tag.

As such, our recruitment experts handle all sizes of assignment - from single permanent placements for SMEs to large contractor outsourcing projects for global organizations; therefore we required a CRM system that could both support the organization and allow for ease of use/flexibility across the board. Having already used what was defined as the markets leading Recruitment CRM software, we found all systems to be both cumbersome and incapable of being adapted to our business-specific needs. Having had such poor experiences, we began the search for a CRM system that was adaptable, flexible, cloud-based and where support was provided by a UK team that understood the needs of recruiters and how we prefer to work. Comments: Templar Search specializes in mid to senior appointments, and needed a software which was able to easily and quickly capture data from CV's, manage all associated information such as references and compliance in an efficient manner, while also allowing easy and professional contact with our client base through email and mailshots etc. We subsequently went to market to find a system which would give us some bang for our buck!! But, like most new starters, cost was a major issue! After testing in excess of 25 systems we made the decision to select TrackerRMS. We have now been using TrackerRMS for over a year now and find the product to be of excellent value. The product offers above and beyond what is essentially a budget level price point. Due to the system being online it has negated the need for a server based system allowing me the flexibility to work from anywhere. The system has never been down and has proved to be 100% reliable. I have experienced some minor glitches, but am happy to say that these have always been resolved. Moving forward the system will easily intergrate into a website. I have no hesitation in recommending TrackerRMS to any new business looking for a system which offers value, flexibility, and reliability.

Comments: As a small start up in the recruitment sector, I was looking for a tool that would be easy to use, easy to configure and had a great support team. I have tried a couple of other systems that just didn't live up to my expectations and then there were other products that just seemed to keep adding services but always at an additional cost. Since joining Tracker, I have been more than satisfied with the results and the service. I experienced the usual teething problems which 99% of the issues were down to me not using the system correctly and/or not grasping the workflow. However, Louise, David and Andy have always been there to help and everything has been fixed super quick and I couldn't be happier. The systems has never been off-line and I have had 100% availability. The upcoming features sound excellent and I'm looking forward to seeing what the Tracker guys can come up with in the next phase of development. This said, I love the product so new features will be an added bonus. I would highly recommend the product, I trialed and and found it so easy to use and integrate that it was a no brainer but it's the support and help that I have found more beneficial. Comments: Willing to get creative to make sure we don't have to change 20 years of workflow to fit them - they are intent on fitting us, which is excellent.

Pros: The team dealt with a LOT of resistance from our previous ATS/CRM, which had a ton of personalized/created fields in it, and they did a super job with the migration. Looking forward to the new edition as well. Their executive has been great, and has handled questions flying at her from all directions with patience and understanding.

Cons: It's tough to only be able to see one file/screen at a time, but I know this will be fixed with the updated version coming out in a month or two.

Pros: I have used mutiple ATS based systems before, TrackerRMS is the best! It has a fantastic Candidate/Sales Mgmt software. Everything from bulk candidate upload, excel contact uploads, lead and reference management and a very interactive and managed ACTIVITY tracker for each contact or candidate. Also the campaign/email features are simply great! In addition this product allows you to manage all the back end financial as well and has a built in timesheet portal as well. Customer service is fantastic as well! Customer representatives were extremly thoughtful and helpful!

Comments: The team at TrackerRMS have been excellent from day one. Presale, the team spent time getting to know our business to ensure we had the best solution possible. During our data transfer, technical support and our account manager were always on hand to answer any questions and were focused on making the transition as smooth as possible. Training was great and tailored to our needs; and whenever our sales team have needed assistance our account manager has been fantastic. The user interface is easy to use so our team have been able to hit the ground running with very little learning curve. We have been using TrackerRMS for 4 months and are already seeing the benefits to our bottom-line. Our sales team say they are able to contact more customers and deliver quicker results. Our management team is able to analyse our pipeline more effectively and ensure our sales staff are focused on what needs to be done. Comments: Customer service is literally the best part of this product, Customer rep is incredibly fast at responding to any issue/question and has fixed or completed anything we've thrown here way. 10/10

Pros: Search is quick, built in email is nice, it's quite customizable which is something that takes some time but makes it much more productive.

Cons: Quite a few bugs but the most frustrating is completing a phone/email task and manually setting the date for a previous date and it'll change it back to current date. Double the work if I want to input doing something for anything previous than today.

Comments: We are a small specialist recruitment company dealing with fairly large volumes of jobs in a narrow vertical market. We have been very impressed with TrackerRMS since starting to use it a year ago. The implementation was fast and easy, the training easy and flexible, and the after care is fantastic. Anything we have been unsure about has been dealt with efficiently and any suggestions taken on board. We find the use of TrackerRMS very easy and intuitive, it integrates well with our website, as well as external websites and software; it operates well in the modern recruitment environment of social media and job boards. It is also a very robust system which is stable and I can't remember a time it has gone down on us. The system is very scalable and I believe would work for larger organizations, as well as smaller companies like us. There are many features that we don't use but I can see would be useful for larger companies. We have been very impressed with TrackerRMS.

Pros: My favorite feature is the shortlist which makes it easy to go back to candidates and match them accordingly. My recently viewed tab and to do list make it easy for me to stay on track and remember my conversations for the day.

Cons: My least favorite aspect of this software would be the amount of times you need to track your interviews, it can be rather repetitive checking off multiple functions for it to track properly in the system.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give this software a try if you would like an easier way to go about organizing your candidates. Once you get the hang of how to track interviews it should be a breeze.

Comments: I have worked in the UK recruitment sector for 11 years in Executive Appointments, Business Change and IT; and enjoyed a successful career as a top billing Consultant, Team Leader, Manager, and Director in both large (100+) employee national consultancies and smaller boutique firms. In this time, I have trialled just about every form of recruitment software available in the UK (including many provided by the large US firms) to deliver the best results in both permanent and interim/contract employment sectors. As a Director and large shareholder at Kyna Associates we drew on this experience to select a new recruitment software partner in early 2012 and chose TrackerRMS which we integrated in March 2012. I rate TrackerRMS as the best recruitment software on the market. This is why we selected the system and continue to be extremely satisfied with both the functionality of the system, and the customer service and support we receive from the Tracker team.

Comments: The Tracker are so great to work with - friendly and patience in abundance! Highly recommend the move to their system.

Pros: We are loving this product. It is easy to customise and very intuitive. It has so much flexibility to make it compatible with your company. The customer support is superb and reactive when we need it.

Cons: Like any database, you have to invest the time to get everyone on board - when you are busy, it's easy to default to known practices rather than persevere with a new system. However, it's worth it!

Comments: Very good implementation and client support team. They're responsive when we have issues or want to make a change to the system.

Pros: TrackerRMS is a far more sophisticated and powerful CRM/ATS system than any other web-based systems that I've tested. It offers excellent client and contract tracking capabilities. It also effectively organizes candidates for easy access and quick searches on skill sets.

Cons: Since it offers more in-depth capabilities, there more of a learning curve than some other systems.

Comments: We are an IT Consultancy where the Resources are the main asset. We are expanding as a company and so recruiting new staff is a big part of what we do. We used to deal with applicants, per role, in a file structure; we moved to Tracker to enable us to have a searchable database and better match people to the best role for them. We wanted to streamline the recruitment process, reducing the admin - which was time consuming - and leave more time to talk to the candidates. We use the web based Tracker, so it was easy to implement, quite easy to learn, and can be accessed from anywhere. Sending emails through the system, personalized to our company, is a great feature and keeps a better record of all contact made, throughout our team. We tend to only use the recruitment side of the tool, although other areas of functionality are available if you require it. The Tracker support team have been quick to respond and always of a friendly nature.

Comments: One of the rep is the best! She's always quick to assist me when I need it. She's very professional and personable.

Pros: Tracker is easy to use and allows us to customize reports to meet our business needs. We love having dedicated support for when we have questions or would like to learn more about the functionality.

Cons: Occasionally, Tracker does not save properly. Although it is a very rare occasion, it does happen from time to time and usually it doesn't save the History which reflects documents sent.

Pros: It's a very affordable, comprehensive solution for a small staffing company like ours. TrackerRMS provides us the tools we need to compete with larger, more established staffing companies. It took us no time at all to be up and running.

Cons: I could not find them in a run-of-the-mill web search. Only after a lot of trials and dead ends did I come across their product. I'm glad I stumbled onto it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do your homework, and take advantage of trial periods. Before you start looking, take the time to map out how you do things now, determine what you can and want to automate, and ensure the product has those capabilities. Beware of implementation fees with big price tags. A good CRM/ATS should have the framework there, and all you should have to do is adjust the workflow and naming conventions.

This software has been a huge improvement for us.

Comments: Overall we are really happy with Tracker. We are still new to it and figuring out certain features but we feel it has been a huge improvement from what we had.

Pros: Candidate tracking and searching are easy. I also really like the templates which are easy to build and use.

Cons: The calendar isn't as robust as we'd like. We are used to color coding different types of meetings and it enters the meeting several times in the candidates' history if you link more than one internal employee to the same appointment.

Comments: TrackerRMS was shortlisted amongst three other CRM providers by the Senior Management Team within Voicenet Solutions. After looking intensively throughout the CRM providers it was a decision that was not taken lightly. TrackerRMS provided us with a total unified system for every area of our business from Support, Project Management to Marketing, Finance and Account Management. The information put in there can be accessed by all if required, but the access and security can be handled in a way that gives all users separate availability to their data. Also, the support given from the staff at Tracker is second to none from the Account Management and it's easy to get to Account Manager to the Technical Engineers in the background. All in all - the application, support, and ongoing management has been first class and I would gladly recommend TrackerRMS to anybody considering taking on an all round CRM System.

Pros: One of the best things about Tracker, in my opinion, is the dedication they have to their clients. They are also constantly changing and evolving to meet the needs of their clients.

Cons: I don't have any negative feedback on Tracker. Our experience has been very positive.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are a fast-paced dynamic organization, Tracker is the solution for you. As with any system, it is only ever as good as the users using the system. So it is of utmost importance to spend the time and energy to get the team trained and up and running on the system as soon as possible. I would also suggest having a dedicated member on the implementation team to make sure your business and work practices are captured within the system so Tracker will be seamlessly integrated with your current workflows and practices.

Pros: Being able to have one screen up for most tasks throughout the day has been really convenient. I still have social media sites up on another screen, but everything else is accessible in Tracker. I can search for candidates through a saved job, email potential candidates and clients, share notes with coworkers, and even track marketing campaigns.

Cons: Nothing! It is great for handling everything we need.

Recommendations to other buyers: You have to evaluate what your company requires and how this software or other CRMs can assist you. If you are ready to build an online database of all documents, clients, and candidates for the entire team to access at any time...Tracker is an excellent program to save time switching between screens.

Pros: Depending on how good your internet is, this will determine how much you will enjoy Tracker. It really helps organize contact and client information. Best part by far is the customer service and how much support they have, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: Somethings to note are: I do not like the tab functions, no one here does. I understand the purpose, but why not integrate all the tabs into 1 page and when you scroll the tabs tell you where on the page you are? Another thing is the search function on the top right corner. It sucks. Typically you type in a word or phrase and you hit enter, right? Well with Tracker that doesn't do anything besides refresh the page. Why doesn't it take me to a list of results?

Pros: It's an easy-to-use product. They have great support both by phone and email. There's been zero down time in the two years I have used the product. They're always looking to improve. I like the email marketing, and I intend to use the Text SMS service soon too.

Cons: There's not much, really, because the suggestions I have made have been addressed, and the product is always improving. The only issues I've experienced have been either user error (e.g., using the system incorrectly or minor glitches that have been quickly resolved).

Recommendations to other buyers: For the price you pay, its not only affordable, but the product is very good and easy to use.

Comments: TrackerRMS came as a shock to me when we implemented it in our organization. Who will fill the data more of a clerical job is what we felt. But I was absolutely wrong after the team started using it and understood the features.

It made our life so easy. None of the followup were missed which are extremely important for new business development. Irrespective of the Agent on the account the agents are able to get the entire story behind the account. It did not only help our BD team to be more focused and productive but also gave the management a real time insight into each individual performance by its reporting tool. It proved beneficial not only for our New Business team but has helped improve our delivery (recruiters) performance to a great extent.

Constant support from Taylor from day one and his willingness to listen, understand and react to our business issues is one of TrackerRMS's greatest strengths. Taylor's is proactive and committed to creating solutions for our issues. If asked to assist with a problem, he will dig deeper, ask questions, uncover additional issues and will come up with a solution for us.

ARC has been using Tracker for two years and it has proved particularly useful for sharing data between our offices and the sales team who are often working remotely. Pros: As a cloud based solution I have access to it on any device without having to install and maintain software.

Cons: Occasional software bugs provide a distraction. For example we began receiving an "out of space" notice and had to open a support ticket to get it resolved, during the period affected we were unable to upload docs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Compare it against other solutions but ensure that the ability to run completely from the cloud is a point of comparison.

Comments: We've had Tracker for just under 12 months and the system has worked extremely well for us. Our main issue as a sourcing company was reporting and having the ATS has saved countless hours previously spent on generating Excel reports. Additionally, having Tracker as our database for resumes rather than using a storage service like Dropbox has helped us build a better candidate foundation.

Some of the navigation features are not as fluid as I would like, but part of that has also been learning the system, so it has become easier with use.

Taylor Dorton and team have all been easy to get a hold of when we have issues and more than willing to schedule time for us to do additional training .

Pros: The vendor was extremely responsive throughout the initial engagement. Questions were quickly answered and any concerns addressed immediately.

Cons: The vendor was fairly new to the Canadian Market so there was some initial education that needed to take place on some of our processes.

Recommendations to other buyers: There are a large number of SaaS CRM vendors in the market. Most of them will deliver 80-90% of the same functionality. The differentiator is often the level of customer engagement. How responsive the company is to functional change requests, or for clarification on workflow logic should be a major consideration.

Comments: We were ATS newbies, so we needed an ATS/CRM that would would be intuitive and easy to use. Not having any experience prior with a recruiting ATS platform, this was the answer. It has an easy interface and has so many features that I'm sure we're just touching the surface of it's capabilities. There's more for us to learn having only been using this product for 4 months, but I would not only decide to go with Tracker again for it's use and service, but I would recommend it. The feature that stuck out best to me when deciding is the invoicing capabilities as along with it's CRM functionality unlike most ATS offerings out there. Good luck!

Comments: As Head of Interim Management at College Leadership Services, I have found Tracker invaluable since being appointed in December 2012. Having all candidate and client information in one intuitive central record allows me to stay on top of candidate management issues. When roles are received which need filling quickly the campaign facility allows me to contact all my candidates quickly to gage interest, saving me valuable time, removing the need to make unnecessary phone calls. The CV search facility is also excellent. The entire candidate and client contact process is much quicker than the manual process we had before and I would not be without the Tracker system.

Comments: Having ran recruitment businesses for over 30 years, it was imperative that my staff had access to a recruitment system which was well supported and user friendly; many of the systems we had used before Tracker had been too complicated. David and his team had expert knowledge in building recruitment systems and understood how important it was to have a successful implementation program in place for a smooth transition. As one of Trackers first clients, I have been extremely impressed with the support and service that we have been given; if we needed changes the Tracker team were always able to accommodate. Pros: Plenty of features. I chose this product primarily because it offered an applicant tracking system, customer relationship management tool, it provided a time system for billing customers and it worked with quickbooks.

Cons: The academy package comes with no tech support. I had several developers trying to help me so I could post multiple jobs however to no success. If you choose the academy package make sure you have the right tech support otherwise you have a great tool but you are unable to use it. Ultimately this is the reason I cancelled my subscription.

Pros: The product is very straightforward and user-friendly. It's not overly complex, but has sophisticated functionality. Outside of the product and its features, the customer support has been exceptional. All inquires are addressed the same day and in most cases, within minutes.

Cons: The newer version coming out is upgrading some features that needed improvements (i.e. logging interviews in military time).

Recommendations to other buyers: I recommend testing out at least 2-3 other vendors. You will see the difference immediately.

We have been using tracker RMS for just over 3 years.

Pros: The product is highly intuitive, easy to use and yet seems to have an option/capability to cover almost all eventualities. The support is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and we enjoy knowing the Tracker team rather than working with a large/faceless corporation.

Cons: i really like the product, a slight observation is that tracker appears to be more tiered towards in-country recruitment in terms of how it interacts/doesn't interact with currency exchanges etc.

Recommendations to other buyers: This may seem obvious but any system is only as good as the user, we were highly guilty of not learning the system properly and it is only in more recent times we have realised it's potential by simply using it correctly.

Pros: Very customizable for reporting, streamlined for quick use and has many tools (like a margin calculator that are helpful)

Cons: More integration with other software would be useful and I would like keyword searches available for all fields.

Comments: Customer service has been fantastic throughout. Any questions that have arisen have been answered promptly and courteously. The product does most of what we need (our needs are considerably different from the average user), and Tracker is willing to listen to any future enhancement requests. If the users undergo proper training the software is easy to use. The biggest pro for our organization is the ability to use our internal e-mail servers for regular e-mail (bulk e-mail would still be sent via Tracker). This allows us to meet regulatory requirements regarding e-mail retention.
