Very professional, supportive conversion team. Cons The only negative is that we didn't implement years ago! We selected Tracker due to its integrated lead generation and campaign management functions. We found the implementation to be smooth and the system to be robust with very supportive user support. Just need to get better at navigating it and realizing all its potential. Cons It can be a little difficult figuring out at first. You can make add features yourself vs waiting for the company administrator to make them for you. Good reporting features. Cons: The system is created in the UK, so some of the language used currently is British English vs. American English. Needs to be modified to accommodate US clients as well as UK clients. The support is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and we enjoy knowing the Tracker team rather than working with a large/faceless corporation. They listen to ideas fromt heir customers who use the product daily to make it better and more efficient. Cons The only con would be the user who doesn't use the software to its maximum potential. However, if I could make a change, then I would allow for different backgrounds so that the users can determine more of the layout themselves. It has made like easier in tracking candidates as well as clients in a workflow process. We are getting closer to being paperless.
