Globally, very good experience. very intuitive.

Pros

Good platform and easy to use. Functionalities are clear and simple. Ergonomic interface. Quickly easy to understand, even if you never used eventtia.

Cons

However, website settings could be better. For example, when you want to organize the homepage of the website, functionnalities could be improved. Complicated to organize text blocs, photos, the overall layout... limited possibilities. So its affect the overall quality of the website.

### " Finding Eventtia has been like a breath of fresh air!"

While there are always ways to improve a product, I think Eventtia software is absolutely incredible. It is easy to use, pretty on the eye, and allows for interactivity. However, I would have not had such an enjoyable experience if it was not for the wonderful support of our account manager \[Sensitive Content \]. Absolutely superb support.

Pros

The software allows for the easy set-up of virtual events. As an event manager, this is a major plus for me as I spent less time setting up and more time focusing on the contents. Also, from the attendee's view, it is very easy to navigate and follow sessions and that's crucial as for me, my attendees are my clients.

Cons

The limits of the drag and drop registration page - I think it would be nice for there to be more flexibility on resizing and adapting. Otherwise, limits only to people with HTML knowledge and basic event manager would not have that.

Pros

Eventtia is easy to use, invites look so professional and there are so many options to get all the info you need from guests as well as track when guests have seen the invite and RSVPed, the team are always so helpful and supportive.

Cons

You can't use one email for multiple people; we often send invites to businesses that are very private about sharing email addresses as we have some well-known people at our events. It would also be really cool for the events that have a plus one to have a coding for the plus ones name

It gets the job done but there is lots of room for improvement.

Pros

The B2B Scheduling is why we purchased Eventtia in the first place as we needed something that would allow others to make their own schedules and meetings. The upgrade to the website editor is a LOT better than before, but still many glitches.

Cons

Lots of glitches with setting up and editing the event, could make it a bit more user friendly, and lots of turnover with Eventtia staff which made it difficult to know who to go with for issues.

My overall experience with eventtia is really good. Not only at the software level, but also for the human capital it contributes. Both the sales service (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) and the support service, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], have been a clear example of professionalism. Very happy with them, I would choose Eventtia again without hesitation.

Pros

I liked the amount of features for users. The customization of the platform and the ease of adding participants.

Cons

how unintuitive it is for some things in the background. That in live streaming allows you to leave to go to the platform that broadcasts it (such as YouTube)

### "Review of Eventtia as an Event Platform"

Overall our experience has been okay. We have been a challenging client because of the complexity of our events/products. Learning Eventtia for us has been a huge learning curve, but when using Eventtia the way it was designed it is a really great event tool.

Pros

We loved the networking algorithm, it worked so well with our type of event. Overall the platform was easy to use and straight forward from an "attendee" experience. The reporting and data retrieved from an event is excellent. The sending emails and being able to personalize them was also so great. The "Event Dashboard" was highly used and successful for us. Being able to rate participants was also a huge success. Being able to add custom fields for registration is great.

Cons

Our number one complaint from our event was that people cannot see their own profile as an attendee experience. From an internal set up experience. There are so many different check boxes that can be confusing to set up an event. All of the different places for "chat" were also confusing, live chat, activity chat, chat module, zoom chat, etc. Not carrying over a person's profile from event to event is a really big challenge.

### "User friendly alternative tool to organize events"

Compared to previous experiences with big "event tools" players, we appreciate the reactivity of Eventtia to deploy new features according to our needs. Moreover, the back office of other players is sometimes similar to the "Rube Goldberg machine", very complicated to do simple things. We appreciate the fact that Eventtia tries to maintain its system clear, user-friendly, and easy to set-up.

They were supportive and engaged with the success of my event.

Pros

The killer feature is that I'm not committed to a single specific event, I have access to the platform, paid for a pack of attendees and features, and can do as many events as I need. It's easy to use as an attendee (the virtual stage is intuitive) and it has all the features to manage and build the event.

Cons

It still has room to improve in user interface of the back-office, but it looks like a WordPress site builder, so it works and has the necessary features.

Attendance Type: Need to create a new type for each language. Program > Activity: it can't jump to the current week for easier view, instead showing the first day of event (especially our events are three-months long) Whatsapp Ticket Notification: Hope it can show the workshop time instead of event time on the ticket For Traditional Chinese website, it takes more time to deploy when compared to Simplified Chinese - hope this can be improved in the future.

However, the wide range of available options and services felt somewhat overwhelming at times. Additionally, ensuring that emails sent via the platform did not end up in spam folders proved to be a challenge. To help address this issue, informing attendees via WhatsApp could be a useful alternative to ensure important messages are received reliably.

Pros

The platform was very intuitive to use, and the customer service was highly responsive. Additionally, the knowledge base proved to be very helpful for quickly finding information on specific topics.

Cons

For us, there were almost too many options and services to choose from, which made it a bit overwhelming. It was also somewhat challenging to prevent emails sent via the platform from ending up in spam folders.

### "Great Product for smaller events"

We are coordinating 200-person events on 5 continents 8 times a year. This lets us simply manage attendees, visualize cashflow, and manage the programming for our events in a simple, easy to use interface. We have had a great experience in terms of accommodation and responsiveness on the part of our Account Manager with Eventtia.

Pros

I love our existing relationship with our Customer Support team. They have been able to help us work out kinks and introduce custom features to meet our needs where possible. It's intuitive and relatively robust, and I have flexibility to manage attendees on the back-end with ease.

Cons

The lack of integration with Salesforce. Overall, I think many of the processes can be made more efficient (reduced clicks), though I recognize that is very specific to our particular use case. There could be more room for branding and formatting customization, and I think more resources need to be poured into the mobile experience.

It is a full program for all needs. ıt is not easy to start but than you get used to.

Cons

1-Vırtual studio needs a lot to use... You can not change a time and date once you arrange an activity. You have to start from the beginning. 2-ın activities choosing the speaker must be a menu type, It was along list for 130 speakers 3-with a heavy program (we had 4 rooms with many speakers) the day view in the app does not work, you can not understand anything. we used the list view instead

I cannot thank you enough. We started the process with less than three weeks from the mega event (850 participants + 100 panellists), and the team was super efficient. But most of all they had a great attitude, that in stress moments is necessary. They have a problem-solving approach, and this meant to me as the manager of the event that I could trust them with difficult situations and know that thy will respond with quality and in the needed times.

Pros

The best thing about the software was the team behind it. The support team in Colombia is amazing, everyone was attentive 100%, they gave us calm in moments of panic and solved every problem we had on the way.

Cons

That only 8 people could be connected at the same time in the virtual event. We had 6 people panels, and consecutive panels, so, the ideal situation was having the new members of the panel connected 10 minutes before, but they couldn't because of the limitations of the platform.

It was mostly user friendly, it has a lot of features and functionalities. The customer service is also very strong.

Cons

We had some trouble with the mass mailing and it was a bit hard to get it work. But thanks to the customer service we finally were able to use it and get it working.

Eventtia was the right choice for my virtual event. It was easy to use, easy to configure and overall it's a very visually attractive platform, in comparison to others. At first it was difficult to have communication with our Account Executive but then it got better.

It was a very visually attractive platform for our attendees. It was easy for us to do the onboarding and configure the whole thing. Lots of features that can be used.

Cons

Reports and analytics were poor and it was very important for us to have rich information after the event.

Eventtia is a very good platform for managing events. It offers a good interface for the participants, it makes it easy to communicate on the events, as well as getting information from them (registration part) and sending them live info during the events (through the app). It could always be improved but the Eventtia team is always actively working on that and open to new improvement propositions. They are also very reactive in case of any questions from the users.

Pros

I like how easy it is to have a website that is good looking but also very efficient. I also like that we can combine a good registration proccess to this website, as well as an app for the participants.

Cons

I think the creation mode of the website could be easier. the blocks, columns things is not that easy to understand at the very beginning, and even after getting it, not the easiest way to do the website structure.

Pros

It's very easy to use. Customer service is outstanding. Beautiful event website to share the agenda and everything about the event. The attendance to our event exceeded our expectations because we used all the very cool features, such us, sending reminders on text messages - which have a higher opening rate than emails. Overall we went from a normal even to having an event that everyone speaks about!

Cons

It is excellent! But being very demanding it could potentially have more options to add to the website of the event, such as, uploading documents.

Pros

Eventtia platform lets you easily duplicate event pages you or other members of your organization have done in the past and with a couple of changes you can set up a whole new event at a glance.

Cons

There are no different user access levels. For example, me as an administrator I would like to give limited access to some members of my team or colleagues to check just some parts of the back end (for example: who are the people already registered to certain event)

Super comforting : very easy to personalize, avoiding the stress of many graphics elements to prepare and to update. Very user friendly.

Cons

The fact that only two "upcoming sessions" are visible in the virtual stage page. It might make some participant not see the other options when you have 4 masterclasses at the same time. Some errors in Excel exports (names and surnames randomly changed)
