Pros The ticketing app covers a wide range of utilizations. The customer service is excellent, very quick to tackles issues. Cons The lack of automation, which is very time-consuming (for example you cannot modify a form item simultaneously on different forms), but that will maybe change with the integrated AI assistant. La experiencia es positiva: la plataforma responde bien, reduce el trabajo administrativo y nos da un control de asistentes que antes teníamos repartido en varias herramientas. Después de la fase de aprendizaje inicial, montar un evento nuevo es cuestión de pocos días. Pros La gestión de inscripciones y asistentes es lo que más valor nos aporta. Centralizar en un solo sitio el registro, el control de plazas y el seguimiento de cada participante nos ahorra muchísimo trabajo manual, sobre todo cuando un evento necesita control de afora en múltiples salas. El módulo de comunicaciones automáticas también funciona muy bien: confirmaciones, recordatorios previos y correos de seguimiento salen solos y con buena tasa de entrega, así que dejamos de depender de envíos manuales y de listados en Excel. Cons La curva de aprendizaje inicial es exigente. La herramienta tiene mucha potencia, pero la configuración del primer evento lleva más tiempo del esperado hasta entender bien la lógica de formularios, tipos de entrada y flujos de correo. Una vez superada esa fase el trabajo es ágil, aunque agradeceríamos una guía de puesta en marcha más orientada a casos reales para que un usuario nuevo del equipo sea autónomo antes. Overall, I found Eventtia to be a useful and accessible platform for managing a larger, multi-day program. Pros What I liked most about Eventtia was that it is an all-in-one platform that allows you to manage most aspects of an event in one place. I could easily input and organize session information, speaker details, surveys, and other event-related content without having to rely on multiple platforms. Building a website through Eventtia was also fairly simple to understand, especially as someone who does not regularly build websites. I appreciated that I did not need to have a strong understanding of HTML or web development to create a professional-looking website and event experience. I also appreciated having access to customer support throughout the process. Being able to meet with a customer support representative who could directly address my questions and concerns was very helpful while I was building and managing the program. Cons One of the main drawbacks was that some of the website design features were limited. While the drag-and-drop functionality makes setting up a website relatively simple, there were certain design tweaks and edits that were simply not possible. Another significant issue was how event times were displayed. Because this was a global program, accurate time-zone display was particularly important. Eventtia appeared to default to GMT in some areas, and although there were settings available for 12-hour versus 24-hour time displays, those settings did not always seem to work as advertised. This created some challenges when ensuring that event times were displayed correctly for attendees. Pros The B2B Scheduling is why we purchased Eventtia in the first place as we needed something that would allow others to make their own schedules and meetings. The upgrade to the website editor is a LOT better than before, but still many glitches. Cons Lots of glitches with setting up and editing the event, could make it a bit more user friendly, and lots of turnover with Eventtia staff which made it difficult to know who to go with for issues. Pros The software allows for the easy set-up of virtual events. As an event manager, this is a major plus for me as I spent less time setting up and more time focusing on the contents. Cons The limits of the drag and drop registration page - I think it would be nice for there to be more flexibility on resizing and adapting. We have had a great experience in terms of accommodation and responsiveness on the part of our Account Manager with Eventtia. Pros I love our existing relationship with our Customer Support team. They have been able to help us work out kinks and introduce custom features to meet our needs where possible. It's intuitive and relatively robust, and I have flexibility to manage attendees on the back-end with ease. Cons The lack of integration with Salesforce. Overall, I think many of the processes can be made more efficient (reduced clicks), though I recognize that is very specific to our particular use case. There could be more room for branding and formatting customization, and I think more resources need to be poured into the mobile experience. We started the process with less than three weeks from the mega event (850 participants + 100 panellists), and the team was super efficient. But most of all they had a great attitude, that in stress moments is necessary. They have a problem-solving approach, and this meant to me as the manager of the event that I could trust them with difficult situations and know that thy will respond with quality and in the needed times. Pros The best thing about the software was the team behind it. The support team in Colombia is amazing, everyone was attentive 100%, they gave us calm in moments of panic and solved every problem we had on the way. Cons That only 8 people could be connected at the same time in the virtual event. We had 6 people panels, and consecutive panels, so, the ideal situation was having the new members of the panel connected 10 minutes before, but they couldn't because of the limitations of the platform. She first took the time to introduce me to the platform in details. Then, she was always willing to help me and she was proactive. She helped me build an event that I would be proud of. At first, I had to play with the platform to better understand it, then I developed a good mastery of it. Pros Technical team is amazing. They always helped me when I had questions: fast, kind and friendly. The team is there to help you and explain the intricacies. Trust was quickly established. On the day of the event, technical support was present and made sure everything was fine. Cons There were some technical problems with the configuration, but the technical team solved the problem quickly. Some configurations are more difficult to understand, but publications of Eventtia articles provide a better understanding. The networking event is only one-on-one meetings, I might like to be able to match more people. This led to a great working environment, where we felt we got the most from Eventtia, in terms of our goal as a landing and registration page for our virtual festival - Open Spirit. Due to the time sensitive nature of our project, it is fair to say that we would not have delivered a registration page without her. Desktop website looked slick and user friendly. It also captured the identity of the festival well. Registration worked smoothly. Data gathering was very useful for our post event report. Cons Integration with other platforms for events - We had been told by our colleagues it became a very complicated process, with links etc, if you wanted to host events on Eventtia. This is why we chose to use it as registration page, rather than for the event itself. If this integration became better I would 10/10 recommended to a friend as opposed to 8/10. Mobile friendly website - it may have been the way we made our website/template we chose - but it did not function well on mobile. Text and pictures did not format for the same.
