Pros

Has lots of features. Basically easy to use. Can separate events and have different boxes for everything. Love the mass mailing. Would add individual emailing.

Cons

Doesn't let you send individual emails. Have to clone whole other event just to get details of one such as speakers or another thing.

Eventtia allows to easily publish custom made event pages. Instead of using Wordpress, I can now design really nice looking web pages for my events, including the registration module, on my own, without a freelance web designer. Also what's magic with Eventtia, is that I can duplicate a previous event into a new one, in order to keep my event configurations and my web page design. I literally save days of work. I organize recurring professional events and it's the best solution for me. Plus, the team is great. They took the time to help me build my first event. Within a few hours, I was totally able to use it on my own.

Very postitive. I really enjoyed the site and loved the hands on help i received on several occasions from tech support.

Pros

I liked the one on one meetings that you were able to schedule and the ease of use for the attendees.

Cons

On the back end it seemed as though you had to edit each item individually instead of being able to apply to a large number of items. This was a minor issue when dealing with attendees as well as networking sessions.

networking and the algorithm used. the networking tool is very useful when companies, buyers or vendors, can register on line, and also can see through live by their phones.

Cons

about registration process, it seems that the only printer available is only one model and that brand and model is not available in all countries . the printing process should be more democratic and let other printers

Excelent plataform for work with diferents events at the same time, manage lists of participants and comunicates, but could better developing more on front-end design for the homepages panels.

Easy and powerful management of participants, easy check in. Simple and basic set up of web, speakers, activities and registration panels. Excelent plataform for manage diferents events at the same time.

Cons

The front-end design on web panel. I think that the plataform have some isues, like personalize panels on the home page, footer and some panels on the content. It could improve if it having more offer of personalize homes pages (actually there are only 4 headers and all very similar). Also, there are some isues wen i use the custom panels and these no work well on responsive.

Very easy to get started, and mostly intuitive - but the final 10% of designing the event is less intuitive and you need help from the helpdesk. Thankfully, the helpdesk and customer support is very responsive and always there to help - so that's a big plus!

Relatively easy to use, possibility to duplicate events

Cons

It is not possible to link Eventtia to internal invoicing system, when participants do not pay by card but via bank transfer

it's hard to find something that we don't like about this software. Probably an Italian translation could be useful.

Probablemente por desconocimiento probablemente, no he podido manejar adecuadamente todo el proceso de correos y la integración con otros canales como SMS y redes sociales.

The software is very usefull and easy to use. It simplifies the task of verify and register people during an activity.

Cons

There are a couple of issues, such as when a research is being done, the name of the person doesn't appear, although the person is registred in the list. Furthermore, sometimes the researches take a lot of time.

Eventtia nos permite construir eventos rápidamente, justo con lo que necesitan los usuarios. Esto nos lleva a ser prácticos y construir todo desde una perspectiva concreta. Los eventos desarrollados hasta ahora han tenido estas características, y en general no hemos tenido problemas.

Pros

Me gusta la facilidad para implentar desde el software. Esto hace que construir un evento sea de unos cuantos minutos.

Cons

Me parece que muchas de las funcionalidades son rígidas. Como desarrollador de páginas web, muchas de las funcionalidades ya están creadas por defecto, por lo que personalizar es difícil.
