it does what i need and has a lot more funcionality.

Pros

What I liked most about Pulseway was its intuitive and user-friendly interface. It made managing systems remotely so much simpler, especially the real-time monitoring feature, which gave me peace of mind knowing I could address issues instantly.

Cons

remote control via browser. which this feature could be cloud base 100%

Overall very pleased with the solutions provided. The support team and the account manager have been extremely responsive and quickly helped us setting things up. The regular meetings and webinar are also quite helpful to keep updated on everything that is going on.

Pros

So far, everything has been very easy to use. It makes managing a lot of PCs easier than it has ever been. Be it remote support, automation or pushing updates for our users. The mobile app is also great when something needs to be done on the go.

Cons

Installing the endpoint protection's antivirus from the webapp doesn't always work first time and requires multiple restarts from the user. A simple antivirus console could also be integrated instead of needing to connect elsewhere.

Overall my experience with Pulseway is very positive, and it's a most valued tool in my toolkit.

Pros

It's a very low hands-on system. Once you've configured it, it chugs along in the background. And if there are any deviations, which happens very infrequently, you'll get notified via the mobile app. Basically, I can run an entire IT organisation from your mobile phone.

Cons

Maybe they could have a bit more documentation, and the feedback on feature requests could be better - although I haven't requested anything in years now.

Once it is configured it is easy to use. It runs and does what it is supposed to do. It comes close to support with zero effort.

Cons

There is some learning curve to learn all the menus and functions and the dependencies between them.

In short, extremely satisfied with the service! Communication with the account manager about new developments and putting in feature requests is streamlined and pleasant

Pros

Competitively priced against other rmm options and extremely integrated solutions making it easy to administer systems. Amazing mobile app and remote control adding to the ease of use.

Cons

No integrated linux patching in the patch management module for granular control. Built-in script is provided though.

My overall experience has been very positive with Pulseway. New features and enhancements are constantly being introduced.

Pros

Pulseway provides a large feature set on a consolidated platform. The OS and third-party patching are extremely effective and easy to use.

Cons

The PSA is not as feature rich as some other offerings in the space. I would like more granularity in setting different required fields per ticket type.

This is a great product and has given me the ability to manage all of our IT infrastructure with a small number of staff members and still take care of everything we need to get done.

Pros

It is the complete package and provides all of my IT needs from an easy to use interface that I can access from anywhere.

Cons

I wish there was more options to manage mobile devices on the platform, but it sounds like that is coming soon.

Very positive, I would recommend it to anyone who manages more than two workstations.

Pros

I mostly use Pulseway for 3rd party patch management, but I have used a number of other features with success. Over the years you can see Pulseway is committed to improving their service by adding and improving features.

Cons

Sometime the clients is active but not reporting in and I have to uninstall it and reinstall it.

I have been using Pulseway for a few years and like the information it keeps at my fingertips. When I have any issues, they are very responsive and helpful. They keep improving and adding features.

Pros

Great monitoring software. Keeps me very up to date on the condition and security of all my clients. It helps me avoid emergency issues by letting me know things before they get bad.

Cons

Scripting can be a little confusing. I would appreciate some premade scripts for common additions like monitoring RAID drives.

Overall very content. We've only been using certain features but it always works. I almost take it for granted that I'm able to access all our virtual machines on the go.

Pros

System monitoring and management using the mobile app. Check access logs on the go.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve to the automation process which requires some time.

Pros

The fact that RMM is combined with security packages. Another advantage is the good support.

Cons

set up was not 100% as demanded, but the Pulseway team did correct all.
