The regular meetings and webinar are also quite helpful to keep updated on everything that is going on. Pros So far, everything has been very easy to use. It makes managing a lot of PCs easier than it has ever been. Be it remote support, automation or pushing updates for our users. The mobile app is also great when something needs to be done on the go. Cons Installing the endpoint protection's antivirus from the webapp doesn't always work first time and requires multiple restarts from the user. Pros It's a very low hands-on system. Once you've configured it, it chugs along in the background. And if there are any deviations, which happens very infrequently, you'll get notified via the mobile app. Basically, I can run an entire IT organisation from your mobile phone. When I have any issues, they are very responsive and helpful. They keep improving and adding features. Pros Great monitoring software. Keeps me very up to date on the condition and security of all my clients. It helps me avoid emergency issues by letting me know things before they get bad. Cons Scripting can be a little confusing.
