Customer satisfaction has improved greatly thanks to Prescribe Wellness. Pros The usability of this website is one of the reasons our pharmacy went with this platform to help us start our medication synchronization program. This website is super user friendly and easy to learn, which is vital in a busy pharmacy. We also use this website to send out automated calls. Overall, this website has allowed us to automate certain aspects of our pharmacy with ease! Cons Some over the counter medications do not populate into the website, which can make things tricky at times, but overall this is not a huge issue for our pharmacy. Review Source HP Hope P. If asked to remove your proprietary info they will claim they can’t or don’t know how. Awful Cons They don’t know what they’re doing . Claim they want fix their own services. Their med sync program is also very user friendly for any of your staff to work with. Cons If you use their auto call feature, be sure to deactivate any patients that may have passed few months before their birthdays come up because the system will still make a happy birthday call. Pharmacist Used the software for: ### "Great MedSync Solution" February 6, 2016 5.0 PrescribeWellness does a great job of providing customer service (always very polite and fast). Once they import your patient info, you'll have access to all sorts of 5 star rating lists (PDC Lists, adherence, High Risk Drugs), MedSync opportunities, etc. They'll actually identify patients who would be great MedSync opportunities based on how many meds they get filled. They also have a calendar built into the software that helps to keep MedSync organized. I would say this type of solution is a must in today's changing pharmacy environment.
