Pros: Ease of use, being able to use the share call notes enabled me to save all information from beginning to the end of call including payments.

Cons: Several times the system has been down all night during the week which made it difficult to run the calls as we normally do.
After the recent update the program will not open and even after support reset the login information when we are able to login in the program is slow when uploading documents or even entering simple data.

Overall: It allowed us to have all the information from a call in one screen from taking the call to billing the completed call.
