As an events organiser who has built events and used other websites, B2match was a refreshing experience. B2match is also really open to feedback from customers. I definitely recommend B2match Pros Ease of use. Quick and straightforward to create an event. Can be in multiple languages. Has an online chat feature. We also signed up for tutorials to learn about various features. We had good feedback from users who found the website engaging and easy to navigate. Compared to other multilingual websites B2match is good value. Teething issues where quickly resolved. Cons Visual tutorials with short videos would be a great addition and easier than reading instructions. The delegate registration page format would benefit from features like being able to highlight, use colours, different fonts and be able to have separate pages rather than all questions on a single page. The process to create and send an invitation to register to a delegate could benefit from being shorter with less steps. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, which made managing our event effortless. Our attendees loved the networking experience, and team collaboration was seamless throughout. Plus, the question and feedback management tools made gathering post-event insights really straightforward. Cons The price point is probably the only downside. It’s a significant investment. That said, the team has consistently shown flexibility and a willingness to accommodate budget constraints. Pros Nothing, I'm surprised anybody wants to use it. Cons No option to filter for unread messages, no option to export meetings, no calendar sync to have it set up with your day2day routines. It meets my needs perfectly. The tools is intuitive and easy to use from the management system as well when well explained! Cons The fact that reminders are not sent automaticaly, same as the link to register with no possibility to add it to your calendar. The format when writting can be sometime difficult to manage, you need special coding to be able to have special fonts and if you are not used to this, it could be difficuclt, but the support/chat helped a lot! Cons The management of the pending meetings is difficult because a lot of companies forget to accept or decline the pending meetings. It could be an idea by declining the pending meetings automatically if the company don't react after a certain period. I loved the attendee management features, like the types of attendees, the grouping of these attendees and especially the match-making feature among them! Cons I'd love if b2match had more ticketing features, for example group tickets. At the moment, for a special group ticket, you need a create a new specific ticket for that amount. This might have not covered your use case, we are working steady on improvements to cover use cases that come up regulary. The organizer can change the meeting attandees when the exchange is within the represantatives of one company. For that the settings need to be set up in the beginning to dedicate participants to the same comany. We would like to review with you the feedback journey to make it easier for you to send out the request. In general you have the option to send out a predefined email to your participants with an action button to the feedback survey in the profile. This is an important feature for us and our customers. Pros The software has a whole range of features that are organised in a user-friendly way. It is easy to customise to your own needs. It offers a powerful combination of meetings and matchmaking options. We have subscripted to a long-term matchmaking feature that is extremely powerful to build a community. Cons When registering via the platform, there is an option to import meetings in your own agenda but it does not work on all environments. There is an integrated platform (Daily) to organise online events, including a share screen option. In our case, during an event with many pitches, some of the speakers had some issues with it.
