The UI is very nice, the tracking seems to do a very good job and is accurate. I love the ability to record calls and add numbers at will.

Cons

I use Call Rail daily for incoming calls, and outgoing prospecting calls.

Pros

I like the reporting features and the ability to track activity of different agents. I like the ability to text.

Cons

The call quality can be atrocious. When talking with people, you are constantly talking over them. The texting feature needs improvement. There is a 140 character limit which is not good, also there is no ability to send photos.

Pros

Haven't used them much but they provide all the standard features that you would expect and deliver on them quite successfully. If you need this type of software consider givi g these guys a shot.

Cons

Although cheaper than the competors, they still have a bit of a cost to them obviously targeted at the smaller to medium sized business, and deliver very well to that market.

My overall experience is great with CallRail! Using the program is simple and does not require any expertise and I love that it has the ability to create reports in multiple formats across a variety of date ranges.

Pros

I like the ease of use of the program. It allows me to track calls for multiple clients and easily create reports to send to my clients. This data helps my marketing firm to show clients how their marketing efforts with us have increased their conversions from month to month.

Cons

I have not encountered any issues while using this program. It works perfect for what we need.

This software is great for tracking inbound calls and measuring where they came from to better undertsand the ROI of campaigns that we run for our clients.

Cons

There are aspects of it that are harder to setup, such as tracking which keyword on google lead to the inbound call.

Tracking phone call ROI for clients.

Pros

I love that it integrates with Agency Analytics, that is where I first came to hear about it. It also allows me to integrate with Google Analytics, Adwords and Unbounce so I can track my ROI for clients. Finally, the pricing is reasonable and I'm able to sell my clients on it.

Cons

It's a little confusing to get a handle on because there are so many features you can use. The documentation could use more images to walk users through how to setup different integrations.

Cons

So easy to setup clear to understand the metrics and customer service is super always there to help.

Pros

I like how easy to setup the service with Google Adwords. We know which keywords are generating us profits and get rid of keywords which was costing us money.

Cons

It seems like there might be a slight time lag between when a caller says something and I hear it. Maybe it's from our side. But its not a big deal just something to be aware of. Try it out you might not experience this.

This is very good for tracking the different phone numbers we use with records of calls along with recordings.

I really can not say we have ever had any problems with this software . The biggest con is we do not use it enough for whatever reason.

For the price I am paying I now know where each and every call comes from. The best thing is that it ties right into my existing CRM system which means I don't have to lift a finger to do what took me hours to do in the past. Also, it shortened our time on the phones because we no longer have to ask "how did you hear about us" because we know!

I've been using call tracking through CallRail for awhile. I got myself a corporate job and managed to get in on one of the marketing meetings with a number of leaders in the organization during my first week. The head sales manager states "It's too bad we can't track phone calls to properly measure ROI on these marketing campaigns." I got to raise my hand and say "Actually, we can." I introduced CallRail and showcased how easy it is to use right then and there, and I've become a go-to guy for analytics for the organization in a very short period of time. So, thank you CallRail for making both me and a large number of people in my organization look good!

It was so easy to set up. Just a few minutes on the phone with a nice gentleman and we were all set. It was so easy it was crazy. They even sent me a free t-shirt! Bonus!
