Pros

Customer support is excellent when we have an issue. The platform is very user-friendly; our clients and staff picked it up very easily.

Cons

Initially setting up clients was a bit confusing; we had to relaunch after we set our clients up. It wasn't too hard, we just missed it initially.

Good to know what concerns people have.

Pros

Very user friendly . The software is self explanatory and extremely detailed. I never expected to be able to analyze my business to this detailed information. Big help in where I focus my marketing dollars.

I love the in depth functionality of the tool and the ability to customize it to my needs. From custom call flows to custom tagging options, it helps me feel in control of our call data. The reports are concise and actionable.

These guys know what they're doing. They have a very reasonable price point and it allows our small company to track effective marketing without breaking the bank. They also have some of the best customer service around! I've been very pleased with my experience so far (almost 1 year in)

Cons

An additional price point above basic would be nice. Maybe 4 or 5 tiers instead of 3

Overall I'm not sure if it works or not because i wasn't going to pay for something I couldn't completely test.

Pros

You can create dynamic tracking numbers to track your ROI which works well if you sign up for a specific plan.

Cons

The free plan/trial isn't long enough to see if the software is worth investing in, I would hope they increased the duration.

My company has been using CallRail to track calls for our AdWords clients for about two years now. The service has been very easy to use and extremely reliable. The keyword call tracking gives us great feed back to share with our clients and allows us to optimize our campaigns.

Pros

Price, easy to use, reliability, customer service.

Cons

Some dashboards could be easier to sort.

CallRail helped us to be able to track leads that came from our website all the way through our funnel. Before, we were only able to see how many site visitors entered the funnel and now we can attribute each purchase to a source and ensure our marketing dollars are being well spent.

I'm able to track my campaigns with the use of various numbers. It helps me to determine where leads came from and what to double down on.

Pros

I enjoy how easy it is to set up a new number. I also like the integrations it had with platforms such as AdWords.

Cons

While reporting is easy to navigate on my end, it's a little busy for the client. They should make it more simple to read the charts.

I just started usong CallRail and don't know about any competing options. It works as advertised and meets my needs.

Pros

I like the month-to-month billing because I can drop the service if it ever stops earning money for my business.

Cons

Using tracking phone numbers can backfire if people remember the tracking number and not your primary business line.

Switched from Callfire to Callrail and absolutely loving the change. Interface is much nicer and you can call outbound from all your numbers. At the time of this review that is not possible with Callfire.

The main benefit was to streamline potential leads in order to maximize our calling.

Pros

Really liked the automated lead scoring tool. Our callers used the Lead Status function to make follow up calls and it helped close the participants into registering for our event. It was easier to focus on good leads because of this than wasting time on those who scored low and were probably not interested in our event.

Cons

The call flow builder took some of the staff a little while to learn and get used to. But once they did it was easy for them to use.

CallRail is a great tool for tracking your analytics of phone calls that are coming and going. You are able to see the results, helping you find the best call times and more.

Cons

The staff had a hard time learning the program with the understanding of results, but with more training we will use it no problem
