### "Best Communication Platform I've Tried"

Weave is my favorite communication platform I have tried thus far in my career

Pros

Weave is extremely user friendly, has helpful features like "tags" on messages and a team chat for internal communication, and the capability to switch across locations of a company without completely logging in or out.

Cons

Weave often has small glitches that are more a nuisance than a roadblock for patient communication, but their team is quick to troubleshoot and fix them when it is brought to their attention.

### "Good concept that has gotten very buggy lately"

Increasingly buggy software and support that used to be fast to respond now often takes days to get a hold of someone.

Pros

When we first started with Weave we had good success with the software, good integration to our EMR, and high satisfaction. That is not the case anymore.

Cons

The software has become increasingly buggy lately on all platforms. There are no new EMR integrations lately and our current EMR has been unsupported for several years. If I could find something else that did everything weave did I’d replace it

Good! Very happy with Weave!! Convenience is a must now a days. Patients like the messaging and payment links as much as we do!

Contact with patients through messaging!

Cons

Updates allowing us to access all our patients in messaging and sending payment links. You have to update often and its quite the process.

Pros

I like the ease of being able to see who is calling and I like that it is more realtime verses our previous product.

Cons

I would like weave to be able to call patients through their phones to remind of appointments. There is a huge age group of people we are missing by not being able to call them through their phones. The phones do not always run smooth - sometimes there is a lag on the phone.

Pros

Weave allows our staff to easily communicate with our clients while reducing phone time. This allows our staff to make better use of their time. Weave is used to deliver lab results (when appropriate), do call backs to check on patients, and remind clients of upcoming appointments and medications needed.

Cons

Occasionally, we will have dropped calls due to internet lags.

Overall our communication has improved with clients because we are able to text them but it seems like every week we have some sort of reliability issue with using Weave. Customer service has been completely unresponsive multiple times for our issues.

Pros

Overall the features and product are promising and useful for client communication. It's extremely helpful to have a text messaging and phone system for client management.

Cons

The price is extremely high and much higher than their competitors. If the product was reliable and customer support was better it would still be high but when the product is unreliable and customer service is completely unresponsive the cost is prohibitive.

We love Weave and are so happy to have this communications software.

Pros

Extremely easy interface. Very easy to navigate. Extremely reliable and gathers information quickly to send reminders. The in-office chat option is extremely helpful in communicating information discreetly.

Cons

The only thing i wish that we could do is to delete a queued message. For example, if we scheduled a patient by mistake or for the incorrect type of appointment and change it afterward, it gathers the information in the queue and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pros

I love Weave!! I honestly dont know how I survived before it. I can stay in the room with my patient the entire time and let the Doctor know its a great time for him to come in, so to preset anything to patiewnt relayed to me of concern directly to the Doctor so he can come in and address it with ease. LOVE LOVEELOVE IT!!

Cons

None that I can think of honestly, maybe that I cant get it to log in on my phone.

Pros

Being a small business, we don't have a front desk staff, so this makes it so easy to communicate with our clients and I can easily text someone when I'm between clients vs playing phone tag with someone.

Pros

I love the ease of using it, I can log in and see who has confirmed appointments, I can send review requests to most recent guests, and I can communicate via text with someone who has questions or wants to buy a gift card.

Cons

There aren't any features missing. I am very happy with it.

Pros

The ease of scheduling/reach out to patients via text is great. The automated features are ideal for us as well.

Cons

It faults from time to time and kicks us out - logging in frequently is a common thing.

### "Your Sales Staff is incompetent and lies when they don't know the correct answer"

Pros

I was encouraged to try this system by my staff because at a Pearle vision conference we asked the sales team point blank does Weave fully integrate with our point of sale system OD Pro. Their answer was yes and I was reasured that if we did not like the system we could get all of our money back. One month in to integration and we are finding no integration with our system because sales staff lied to us. We stopped using your system for that reason and asked for a refund and only got a partial refund prorated to the amount of time we have used this useless system. Next time if you don't know the answer to a question you should find out before you make promises

Cons

Zero integration with our POS at the time.

Good, we love the features and functionality. We use it everyday and our practice has greatly benefited from it.

Pros

We love the mobile app, two-way texting, call recording and automated review system. Overall, we are very happy with Weave.

Cons

The support is seriously lacking. I've had multiple minor issues that Weave support has failed to address or fix. For example, we have had problems with patient photos being taken out of our practice management software by Weave. No one at Weave's support was able to help with this problem and they eventually gave up. Some add-on features are too expensive. Fax should be available for much less than $50 per month. The dashboard metrics add-on would be great but it's overpriced.

### "don't miss a call"

We are capturing more customers that "call around" looking for a particular product with the ability to text pricing and pictures, specifications, etc. I like that keeps a log of text conversations for each customer. They have improved features so it is much easier to add a customer or details than when we started with the product. I like that we can follow up with a text when we reach a customers voice mail or mail box is full. We find that texting is a preference for many people now so Weave has been very instrumental in helping our business.

Pros

We wanted a better way to connect with customers rather than using personal cell phones for messaging. We also wanted to capture the calls we missed when phone line was tied up. I found out about weave from my dentist who messages reminders for appointments, etc. I thought it would be a great way for us to message customers who have appts for warranty. I like the fact that a caller can choose to text a message to our office number. I have made sales on just text alone. Now with the added feature of adding pictures Weave is that much better for us. Now with the Covid19 precautions, we can share pictures of products or problems that need repaired , answer questions remotely without exposing either party

Cons

I think the developers have been great with constantly improving the product. The ability to add pictures was very helpful. The only drawback I've seen so far is that I get logged out both on my phone and on my computer, so sometimes I forget to log back in and miss messages coming across. Fortunately we have several staff that moniter the weave so they come ask if I saw my customers message.

Weave has been integral to running the practice. While there are many ways I feel it could improve, it does its job well.

Pros

The ease of access between the computer app and the phone app is phenomenal. Not only are we able to easily get in touch with patients but I do not need to give out my person number for any reason.

Cons

The integration could use a lot of work. Weave only pulls information from Cloud9 once a day so any changes we make during the day to contact information or appointments are not reflected immediately.

If Weave could improve the pateint side of it wit a pateint portal I would give Weave 5 stars accross the board, it is a time saver and very user friendly.

Pros

Weve's text communiction in office and with patients is outstanding. ALso, the ease of retrieving messages off hours is fantastic.

Cons

What I like least about this software is Weave does not provide a patient portal for patient's to view appointments, account history or pay balances directly without having to call in for a text to pay.

### "Customer Service is terrible!!"

We loved everything about Weave until September 12th when we installed a new server and updated our dental software to the latest version. After that, only the phones would work!! Their software would not sync with our dental software so we had to return to just manual confirmations. We went back and forth with them trying to resolve the issue for 2 months!! Working with their support team was TERRIBLE!! They would not keep in contact with us as to what was happening and when we would reach out to them, it would take days to get a response, then the response would be something ridiculous like, "the technician couldn't find his dog last night" or "the technician is out sick". They did not think it was an emergency their product was not working!! When I informed them we would be taking our business elsewhere, their response was, "I don't really blame you"!

Pros

We loved everything about the software and the phone system!

Cons

Their customer service representatives don't seem to care when you have issues with their product.

Because our phone system needed updating, we liked the phone pop option and basically, because it was a 1 stop shop so to speak.

Our overall benefit is that Weave communicates so nicely with Dentrix, helping increase productivity for our Practice Manager, who does everything for our office already and is always working overtime. I understand the review and marketing aspects of Weave are an addition and a nice to have, since it is not designed as a review management software. I am happy with how helpful Weave has been for our front office that I do not mind gathering the other information that I need for marketing manually.

Pros

Makes it easy to ask a patient for a review, allowing them to choose between Google and Facebook.

Cons

It would be nice if the software had the ability to connect to Healthgrades or even Yelp, or perhaps even communicate back to us when a review is left for the practice on the lesser common review platforms, like BirdEye did.

Overall our Weave experience has been very positive, I consider it a very helpful tool in performing my daily tasks.

Pros

This software makes it very easy to keep up with appointment confirmations and our patients really enjoy the flexibility to text information to me and get speedy answers with no call waiting.

Cons

Some of our patients feel they get too many reminders. The only issue we've had is that some patients get a reminder after they have cancelled or changed and appointment.
