Overall we enjoy using in our office and love the App that each team member can have to see the schedule and I as the office admin to utilize the app from wherever I may be!

Pros

We love being able to text with our patients and our patients love the reminders!

Cons

It would be nice to be able to send out a group text to patients.

Overall our experience has been very positive, I consider it a very helpful tool in performing my daily tasks.

Pros

This software makes it very easy to keep up with appointment confirmations and our patients really enjoy the flexibility to text information to me and get speedy answers with no call waiting.

Cons

Some of our patients feel they get too many reminders. The only issue we've had is that some patients get a reminder after they have cancelled or changed and appointment.

Pros

Saves time with confirmation and now we use the digital forms and has really made everything more stream lined!

Wish there was live online scheduling and able to do one certain day messaging

Pros

I love that I can ise the app at home to call a patient and they see my office number. Automatic reminders for patients have improved our no show rate. My techs enjoy being able to text patients from the system.

Cons

It is a bit on the pricy side. The cordless phone is not intuitive to use.

Getting support is not very easy. Wish I had a dedicated person that knew us and our office.

Pros

frees up my time spent on confirming patients. Even with Weave some patients still need to be called to confirm. Other patients complain about the number of texts that we send.

Cons

Wish I could contact tons of patients at the same time. Not just 10 at a time. I quit using this feature because I was constantly forgetting who had what sent to them. At least with Solution Reach I could contact many people at once.

Sometimes we find that the technology has gone down and then repaired however we aren't notified until after the fat. I think that the communication from when there is an issue could be better.

Pros

Our patients love getting texts and emails from us through . I feel this technology has really made it easier to communicate.

Cons

Our internet can be spotty in the office so if it is not working correctly we can have issues. We often have phones calls that are not great as well.

Pros

We enjoy the capability of texting our patients and being able to receive pictures via text. It makes diagnosis of emergency's much easier and more convenient sometimes to text patients than playing phone tag all day.

Cons

We have had numerous technical difficulties with various features. It has been very difficult to get in touch with a technician, especially when it's time sensitive. The caller ID works most of the time but often it won't bring up a number. We had a lot of issues with the reminder/confirmation feature at first. Most of these problems have been worked out but with much staff time involved.

We have freed up a lot of time for our front desk agents to spend more quality time with clients in person. It has reduced the number of phone calls coming in drastically. I still wish I could read the conversations so I can provide feedback on what the AI is saying to my clients.

Pros

I like that the customer support staff has been extremely responsive with requests we have made about how to train the AI to respond in a friendly, personal, and consistent manner. I love that all the requests we make can be tracked on the dashboard. I like that the dashboard keeps adding preferences/settings so that you can tweak the experience for based on client needs. Once again, my favorite part is the responsiveness and determination of the staff to accomplish and maintain our goals with this software.

Cons

I wish the dashboard was more user friendly and provided more information about chat stats. One major flaw for us is that we can't monitor the conversations so we don't really know what this thing is saying to our clients, unless they show us the texts. This is something that they definitely need to find a work around for. We are also having issues adding the Chat Widget to our Wordpress site, however the team has been working with us to help resolved this dilemma.

Not really having any issues with the product not working

Pros

Our office likes the fact that our phones are not being tied up, that we can received multiple calls at the same time. We also like the fact that we can communicate with our patients via text message, which also saves time. The appointment reminders & glasses/ contact lens notifications are also a plus

I can't think of anything that we are having an issue with

So thankful we added . Our "no show's" for appointments has dropped dramatically. We are also able to contact our patients and receive a response more readily than before.

Pros

is easy to navigate and use. A quick and efficient way to contact patients. A great benefit to have access to our schedule after office hours

Cons

It would be nice to send a text to different parents regarding their child's appointment.

Completely unpleasant. We were sold on the promise of features that were not true, the implementation process was a nightmare, contacting customer support was a nightmare

The inner office chat was helpful for communicating with staff

Confirmations were not going out to minors and we are a pediatric office.

The integration with our EHR (Crystal PM) has been very nice. The text functionality is tremendous, patients really appreciate how it feels like texting a real person and not an automated system.

Cons

I would love to see more templates for texting and some ability to mass text patients.

Overall we like software. It has helped symplied a lot of our tasks. The installation team was incompetent. It set for a bad start. The person at onboarding team did was she could to help. Lack of follow up and customer service after she left.

Pros

The ability to enter patient information to call and text them without digging into the EMR. Calling directly from the software without the need to dial the number. Love the text to pay link, the call recording, the patient history. Overall easy friendly software.

Cons

Integration with our EMR to avoid duplicate work. The system bugs a lot and thr lack of customer service. The limited option and basic platform to email marketing to our patient.

Pros

The integration of a phone system and business text is great. The fact that it integrates with our practice management software and allows us to send reminders and mass texts to patients is fantastic.

Cons

The app interface is small, about the size of a normal cell phone face. There’s no excuse for this on a desktop app. Also, the text feature is limited. All texts come into one inbox, and there’s no way to parse out individual conversations by user. In other words, there are no text threads to help organize things. Finally, Service quality issues have plagued with over the past couple of months. Currently there is an outage, which prompted me to write this review. It is becoming less reliable, and also it takes a long time to get through to support.

I have used for 5+ years. The product is good, but the service has gone down hill. I can get in touch with Sales Team immediately, but am waiting for hours in chat to get product support.

Love the ability to text patients, know who is calling when they call, check overdue recalls, and recently the practice analytics

We love , it is a great form of communication with our patients. They love it also because of the appointment reminders and the ease of scheduling an appointment if they can't call.
