### "Great features, but MANY bugs/issues"

Pros

The program features are great in integrating phone function with text messaging, and seeing schedules when away from office using the phone app.

Cons

There constantly seems to be issues with something that just pops up randomly. For example, phones can be able to ring when called in the morning, then after lunch the phones go straight to voicemail. Issues are not solved in a timely manner; often on hold for long periods of time and then the technician also takes more time to solve the issue. Other times, the voicemail changes where the message will loop and not give anyone an opportunity to leave a voicemail. Why this happens spontaneously, no clue. Sadly, these fixed issues are seemingly only temporary, as some problem occurs at a random time in the future, despite not changing ANYTHING in settings or calling customer support. It is a real headache dealing with whatever problem comes up, and having a 50-50 chance of getting it fixed during the first call with tech support.

To quote the great \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] "Turrible, turrible!" The second we moved to a new provider all our issues went away, literally. It was as simple as that. Weave just can't compete in this space.

Pros

To be honest, nothing. From the start we have had problems.

Cons

Implementation was terrible. Our patients complained daily that they couldn't get through to our reception to schedule an appointment. We transitioned to a new service and the problems went away immediately. Support could never "find" the problem. Communication is sub par from the implementation and sales teams.

We are currently moving away from Weave.

Pros

This is a great tool that allows team members to communicate with clients immediately and allows team members to look back on past conversations.

Cons

Sometimes call forwarding to cell phones can be sketchy.

If we had not paid for the year in advance we would not still have this product. I would urge any consumer to keep looking and not waste their time and their clients time.

Pros

None. We had better a better phone system when we still had landlines.

Cons

When calling customer service I almost never get the issue resolved. Most often I am told that there is nothing they can do, they don't know why issues are happening, etc. Settings revert back or change for no unexplained reason. We are a busy ER clinic and clients pets have been unable to get care because they could not get through to us. Weave does not seem to grasp this. Phones constantly drop calls, we are unable to put someone on hold without hanging up on them, phones that should not have a voicemail set up somehow get voicemails. We have had all of our reminders for an entire day go out with the wrong appointment time so everyone was texted that their appointment was an hour later than it actually was. We were told that we needed to increase our internet speeds and even after we doubled them these issues were not resolved.

Pros

Very user friendly, mobile app is great, helps boost reviews, and text to pay is great.

Cons

Set up was a little bit of a challenge to get correct at 4 different locations.

Customer support and technical support is below standard. I’m frustrated and not happy.

Pros

I like communicating with the patients about their appointments via text.

Cons

My system never really worked well. There is little support and I’m constantly being pushed from one agent to the next. There is no continuity. My system has errors where every single user is being recorded as ME. I’m the owner and I want to know who handled what patients on the phone. I cannot see that because my name is attached to every single call. I’m so disappointed in the support. I have hours of calls with support for the same problem and it was resolved for about 3 weeks but the problem persists. I GAVE UP.

Cons

With slightly intermittent internet it has a huge impact on our use of weave software. Takes a long time to reboot everything, unable to send pics to owners on android phones, customer information doesn't pop up on the screen like its supposed to.

Overall, Weave is a VERY Good asset to our day to day operations.

Pros

Weave helps keep me in the loop with our patient base and the team. Patients LOVE receiving the birthday and 2 hour appointment reminder texts!

Cons

That "tag" they have added to EVERY SINGLE text is so Darn ANNOYING to see. This is NOT Facebook! Grrrr....LOL

Pros

The text messaging features are my absolute favorite about the software. We use text messaging for our appointment reminders, upcoming due dates, payment requests, and everyday communications with patients. My office has been closed this week due to t he COVID-19 pandemic, but we have been able to keep in contact with all of our patients and can even call them when necessary through the Weave app on our mobile phones. We also have a staff chat that we can use to message each other while in the office or away from the office. It is super handy. We have used many other patient communication products, and have never liked one as much as we like Weave.

Cons

The only con I have is that occasionally the mobile app acts up. But on the pro side of that, there's a mobile app so my office can check up on patients and our schedule anytime.

It's an ok app and phone systems please update and revise app ASAP

Easy to use and good features but needs work doesn't work with hearing aids systems very well.

Cons

The app does not always work. Caller id doesn't always come up. Sometimes you can text patients back but not all the time. sometimes I don't get faxes. Sometimes the phones does not always ring but then I have a voicemail why? My headset doesn't work with weave please fix your Bluetooth for every phone and sell a office headset. Please fix your app ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

### "Could be a good product"

This isn't a product I would choose again and do not recommend to other dental practices.

Pros

We utilize the text system on a daily basis and it works well.

Cons

In the past 2 years customer service is all but non existant. The system is heavily glitchy. Voice messages and calls are inconsistantly recorded. Not a dependable product especially in the last year.

Reason for choosing Weave

Only chose Weave because it included the phone system.

Instant communication with patients.

Pros

Being able to reach our patients at home , at work or on the road. Patients respond much sooner than if message left on cell or home phones. Even when they are out of the country and forgot to cancel their appointment, the reminder goes out and we are able to know they will not be coming and schedule someone else-No loss of production time.

Cons

The health history and family information forms, tried it and cancelled. Other companies now have better forms that will update patient information into our Dentrix system with a click of a button.

### "The worst customer service in class"

Absolutely horrible. I have recommended Weave to hundreds of OD's and I cannot anymore.

Pros

It is excellent software but the support is absolutely horrible.

Cons

The customer support . We are app only and for over a year we have lost over 900 calls and voicemails that we had no idea where they are going. There is a glitch in the Weave Software and they cannot fix it.

Weave replaced our phone system and provided phones, so the incremental cost is not very great. They have decreased our no show rate significantly.

Pros

The best feature of the software is the ability to give an immediate response to everyone who calls us. If we don't answer the line right away, the patient gets a text asking how we can help. Also, the recall and appointment reminders are easy to script/edit and to schedule. You can also administer all of this remotely, including changing the message or forwarding the lines. I also love that they are always improving the capabilities of the software. With regularity, they post a video you can watch to see what they are currently working toward. Always very exciting!

Cons

At this point, I am interested in mass email capability, as in for a newsletter. I believe they are adding this feature.

Cons

The Weave Team is HORRIFIC. When you are trying to sell the product, you're in touch non stop. After you've signed someone up, forget about it. You can not get help.

### "Just keeps getting better!"

Front Desk has definitely allowed me to have more time to do other things, so that I am not on the phone all the time. I feel less concerned when I miss a call. I know that when we have an issue, I can reach out to Rep and she will do her best to research and solve the problem. We did not have good experiences with call center answering services because they did not integrate with our scheduling system and these people did not know our business. Front Desk offers a futuristic alternative that even some of our less tech-savvy clients are enjoying for its ease of use!

Pros

Ease of use, ability to write your own scripts and tailor the service to your company. And the customer service has been outstanding!

Cons

We came in at the very beginning, and there were glitches that needed to be worked out. At first, there were quite a few errors, but they have since mostly been worked out. I still don’t like that I can’t view a transcript of a conversation. It can be difficult when following up with a client when you don’t know what has yet been said via text. I also don’t like that voicemails are not always forwarded immediately.

Our experience has been great. Customer service is easily accessible and ready to help you. It has cut back on our time spent reminding people of their appointments and made communication with our patients so much better!

Pros

We love that we are able to easily text our patients about upcoming appointments, when their glasses or contacts are ready, and just communicate in general! It saves us a lot of time and in this age of texting, our patients love it too!

Cons

The only thing that we don't like about the software is the ability for the software to make phone calls for us to the few people who don't receive or want to receive text messages. We are a practice with older patients and some of them just don't do text messaging.

Customer support (which I haven't needed very much) is really great. They answer questions thoroughly and point me to where I can find the info I need for myself.

Pros

I love that we can communicate in real time, 24/7 with our clients. The appointment reminders save us a ton of time, and it integrates with our booking software. As busy as we are, that's a HUGE help for our practice!

Cons

It's hard to come up with anything I don't like about the software.
