Overall, I am pleased with the support and technology. Adding this company to our office has certainly made us more efficient.

Pros

The text capability and the use of the cell phone app has been the best features by far for our needs. Also, the caller ID pop ups is extremely helpful.

Cons

The only issues we have had since we began using WEAVE has been the digital form builder. We have had issues on/off with this and the customer service to get it fixed has been mediocre.

A game changer. We are more responsive to our patients and can give a more personal and relevant experience since we instantly see who is calling and when their last visit was and all critical information about them right on Weave without having to lose time going into our Dental Software.

Pros

The ability to access all text and call records to every patient in office and remotely is key. As an Office Manager I can assign team members responsibility with texting or calling patients and then easily see through Weave that it was done and read the detailed texts or listen to the recorded calls as well to ensure the work wasn’t just done but was done the right way!

Cons

The inability of the system to sort the auto text messages to a separate tab so they don’t crowd the ones that need a response.

Cons

There are no bad features but noticed on last "upgrade" when viewing a text message, it does not pull up on the most recent text but takes you to the middle of previous texts.

Our experience with Weave has been positive. I always get a response back from them trying to help. And they always ask for our feedback.

Pros

This system is very easy to use and to teach. It saves us a ton of time confirming patients. Also, it saves time communicating with patients. A lot of our patients communicate via text message.

Cons

I hope they do integrate forms with Softdent soon. That is the only thing that could make it better.

### "No longer a good product "

At this time, Weave does not have a benefit for the price. Between 3 offices we are not able to use our central data base as Weave just doesn't work with it. The problems out weight the benefits completely.

Pros

A few years back, Weave functioned well. The integration with Dentrix was a wonderful tool for the staff to have.

Cons

Fast forward to the last year. Weave has been unable to keep up with the growth of our company. We spend more and more time trying in vain to reach customer support to fix their random issues. Hold buttons not working in a one of 3 offices, call quality is in and out, and somehow they have managed to break our call routing that has been in place for the last year. Not to mention recall scheduling reminders going out to already scheduled patients and the reminder data getting mixed up between the offices.

The Dentrix integration and the VOIP system.

We like the phone system and functions. Trying to get a hold of customer service is another issue. They got to big so fast they lacked in the customer service side.

Pros

We love the text feature that pops up on the computer screen. It limits the phone calls and clients really like the texting options.

Cons

Phone calls sometimes drop for no reason.

Not a great system. Features are not really useful. Text functionality has bugs, calling from Mobile no longer works. Bad decision and we are looking to replace it already/.

Pros

Features sounded good but in reality are not useful.

Cons

Once you get them installed technical support/customer service is not helpful. The features are not useful and after the first year the price went up making it too expensive for what we get.

Dumb decision after demo at VMX where salesperson made it look easy and cool

I don't like it, at all really.

Pros

Texting, it's easy and our patients love it.

Cons

The quality of the phone service is poor! Getting a customer service on the line is hard. And since getting Weave, we get at least 10 hang up calls a day!!! Super annoying! The faxing system that is in place to fax anything, is ridiculous!!! Keep your original fax line, it's much easier!

The sales person was great, we thought we were really getting a great system, we should have researched more.

Acceptable phone service. I would tell a friend to consider it if it integrates with his PMS.

Pros

The concept of what Weave does is amazing! We never really got the computer screen popups to work because it doesn't work with tops, but the phones worked well.

Cons

It does not integrate with topsOrtho and likely will not in the near future. As I have been told this is because of lack of cooperation from the topsOrtho company. Regardless, it kills the idea of being able to use it if you have Tops as your PMS.

My overall experience is very mixed. We have had a lot of problems with Weave working the way we would like it to, and it's often difficult to get customer services response right away. I would prefer having a dedicated account manager who knows our practice and the issues well, so that we don't have to re-explain things every time something isn't working correctly.

Pros

I like the app and being able to check it on my phone. The texting is a great feature.

Cons

We have had a lot of issues with Weave integrating with our software and were promised certain features would work, which don't (ie. automated recalls, birthdays etc).

LOVE IT!

Pros

The app for both desktop and mobile is very user friendly. It makes communicating with patients easy and thorough through text - and we have LOTS of patients who love that we have that ability. Appointment reminders are great also!

Cons

We recently sent out our first newsletter to test out the new Weave feature... I understand the newsletter is still in beta testing and has very basic features are this time. When sending out the newsletter , it doesn't give the patient the option to reply directly to that email. We have been continuing to use Revenue Well for our newsletters, simply because it allows patients to reply to the newsletter and their response comes directly to our general office email. We are using Weave for ALL patient communication, except newsletters and would love to have the minor kinks worked out during the beta process.

integrated smoothly with eagle soft. and use it to make payments and goes directly to patients charts

Cons

one big yearly payment is Very difficult ( $6500-7000.) Why cant Weave make payments every 6 months without Penalty

I typically have a lag with phone calls, and I can't get it to show notifications on my smart watch

My least favorite thing about weave would have to be the almost daily updates it suggests we run. We do them every time but they are a little annoying

Text reminders free up the time of the front office staff. Great feature

Pros

We like the option to send reminder texts the most

Cons

Least like the fax software. Does not allow you to store names and numbers for easer access. I fax numerous offices daily. Also after making changes, it takes up to 24 hours to update the system. Updating needs to be done at a quicker rate. This easily confuses patients after they have rescheduled appointments.

Pros

The best feature is caller id and texting. We are often able to help clients from pictures that they send in and we can also text them with appt reminders and test results.

Cons

customer support, is impossible to talk to a person when there is a issue

Works well with our current EHR system. Helps deliver great reviews for the business!

Cons

Need a bit more customization like being able to turn off survey sent to a particular problem patient while the patient is in for their appointment and before the Weave survey is sent to them. The system does not have that functionality right now.
