I really like the product. I feel like it could use some work on how it functions on different devices. Ex: the pop up on desk top. Schedule on app/ phone.

Pros

Access from my phone with App. The easy use with the phone app.

Cons

Their seems to be a glitch in the pop up on my desk top. There also seems to be no ability on my phone to sort call or messages without completely scrolling through all of them. This is very time consuming and not efficient.

Pros

Easy way to communicate with our patients. Appointment reminders, recalls make it easy because they happen automatically.

Would appreciate an option to delete a message that was sent in error.

Awesome software, as long as there aren't outages and you don't need help from them with anything.

Pros

Phone integrating with PMS is awesome! Texting capabilities are great.

Cons

So. Many. Outages. For a software that is such a crucial part of daily operations, there are WAY too many outages. Weave also has some of the worst customer support in the industry.

I only have phone service with Weave because I have successfully moved all other services to other companies that are doing a far better job. I am looking to move the phone service at some point. I would like to find a comparable option.

Pros

I like the app. The app allows me the ability to gather data, such as missed phone calls/phone numbers, to assist my patients or potential patients. It also allows me to control the phones while away from the office and that is very valuable to my dental practice.

Cons

I dislike the need to call the support number every time I need to make a change to the phone tree. The software allows voicemails to be recorded with ease but the setup of a tree is impossible without their support. The support is less than desirable. The wait times are long and they rarely return phone calls.

They have always found an answer, even it is took awhile.

Pros

We love the ability to text patients, notify patients, etc. So much easier these days than having to call patient and leave voicemail.

Cons

It took awhile for us to get a response to why our glasses notifications werent going through, but we got it taken care of!

I have overall had an amazing experience with Weave, from the ease of installation, to the ease of use and the ever helpful updates.

Pros

I could go on and on about what I love most, however, I will leave it to this; Since starting with Weave, our lives have been improved so much. It is so easy to use and contains so much information, I cannot imagine life without it at this point.

Cons

My only real complaint is that I cannot update our on call doctor myself, I have to message in to support to have it updated.

### "Great Alternative and a lot less than a Front Desk Employee"

Overall, I liked FrontdeskAI and would use it again if we get busier. We are not busy enough to warrant this yet and we needed to cut back on expenses for a while, so I had to cancel. We would have days where there were no calls at all and very few calls each day on a regular basis. But if we get as busy as I'd like to be, I will definitely consider using this again. The customer service was excellent and every person I spoke to was helpful and friendly.

Pros

I like that it responds right away to all calls with a text, and if the client wants to interact, they can.

Cons

The text may have deterred some people from leaving a message as it is sent before the voice message is finished. I also did not like that clients could book a session without us being immediately notified. We are by appointment and need to plan our days. We did fix that option by creating a window of 72 hours, but some of the appointments still came in and I was too busy to check the daily report.

I've been using weave for more than 8 month and I've no found cons that interfere with my work or the perfomance of the app.

Very poor. We cancelled our contract in just over 7 months of use and went back to our old system.

Pros

In theory it had great potential for messaging and sending reminders out to clients.

Cons

The support staff was terrible. After we signed on the dotted line and things were set up there was no follow through with how to use the system. The help line was always a long wait, emails went un answered for over 30 day. The sales person disappeared from contact.

Weave is an absolutely essential part of our day-to-day operations. It helps us be more efficient with replying to patients and ensuring the best possible experience for the patients. It is a God send!

Pros

We had a server crash that caused us to lose all data from March 2019 - November 2019. The only reason we were able to stay open and continue business was because of Weave. The software takes a picture/snapshot of each days scheduled, and we were able to go into weave, print these off, and begin to rebuild our schedule, past, present, and future. It was a lifesaver and we are so thankful for this software.

Cons

What I like least is that it seems like the software is glitchy at times; I open a message from a patient or in-office chat, and the notification bubble is still there even after I opened the message. It doesn't seem to refresh properly.

Reason for choosing Weave

It was the most impressive, Great price, and we love the fax/texting/email/schedule bundle. Also love how easy it is to change the voicemail from home, if needed.

Get Weave was very responsive and great value for the cost. Something has happened with the availability of getting ad agent to answer your call/inquiry/problem. Get Weave is great at product development and charging for each add on but not for maintenance of the product.

Pros

You can view your schedule from the app on your phone and you can reply to patients using this technology.

Cons

Whenever an issue comes up where you need to contact customer service i.e. when get weave is not syncing with the practice management software, there is no one that can take your call. When you request a callback via email, no one responds.

Weave really takes a lot of work off the front desk personnel. Give them more time to do other things.

Pros

Love the texting and accepting photos in the office. Easy to use app. Easy to install and get set up. Takes a load of work off the Front Desk personnel.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the new update: when you go to messages you don't see a name, you see phone #s. I have sent the wrong message to a couple of people because I think I'm in a certain person's account.

I will continue to use weave. I really like the software. It makes communicating with patients super easy. I love being able to text with patients, and they seem to like it as well!

Pros

Weave is super easy to use! It makes contacting and communication with patients extremely easy! The auto reminders are great and you can set as many as you want.

Cons

There is not spell check fix, so when responding to patients if you mis type something you have to go back and delete the word and then retype it. I wish you could right click and just fix the word automatically. When contacting customer service for any help, they are always busy so you have to wait for a long time to get someone on the line/ chat. Once they are on they are super helpful though.

I love it when it works. If there's an outage we should be notified immediately instead of waiting to speak with a rep and then being told when we call in to see why it's not working. We are currently waiting a fix for a tag bug. I've been waiting for two weeks and spoke to someone yesterday and was told the rep before might not have put in our "ticket"

We appreciate being able to answer/communicate with patients via text. Some of our patients have difficulty communicating and this makes it much easier.

Cons

Customer service lacks. I personally prefer to be able to speak with someone about issues and it's a process to get to a live agent
