### "Handles Desktop Texting with Clients"

This is good for texting with clients and for handling VOIP telephony.

Pros

I like that we can SMS text with clients from the desktop computer, and can handle VOIP-level functionality with the phones.

Cons

We cannot create text broadcast groups, to which clients can subscribe/unsubscribe. With ZipWhip, we could do this.

Patient communication is at a new level. Patients can be reached and respond more easily, saving everyone time. Internal communication between staff is much easier also.

Pros

Weave integrated so easily into our system and daily lives that the impact was immediate. Communications on all levels have improved, and all involved have been easy to train and work with.

Cons

That I hadn't learned about Weave sooner.

It had staff approval already and the benefits were too many to pass up.

Ease of use and can be user friendly for users of all ages

Cons

That it does not integrate with our EMR system, Weave seems to go down more often than it should, cost of services could be less for the limited options we have available to our company due to lack of integration with EMR

We have been pleased with Weave and have been learning new features all the time.

Pros

The text messaging from any phone is great. We can use our personal cell phones and still have it show as the office. I like that we can change our messages as much as we like with ease.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I am displeased with.

I love the texting, text to pay and being able to keep a credit card on file

Pros

I love how easy it is to use, very little learning curve. I really love it

Cons

Customer service hold times are long, if you email you get a auto reply and if they fix whatever it is you don't hear back, you don't hear back other then the auto reply. We were having dropped calls and our app was shutting down everyday.

Pros

The team chat, a way to communicate to my employees downstairs.

Customer is hard to get ahold of some times for the price you pay.

It is fine, but I am sure that there are A LOT of things that Weave can do that we just have no idea how to use.

Pros

It is nice to be able to see who is calling directly from my computer screen. It is also nice to be able to text patient's directly from my computer screen.

Cons

I don't like that we have to use the fax in the system instead of a regular fax.

We thought it would be helpful to be able to contact patient's through text versus always calling.

It's great for a bigger-type health office, but it was not right for our small office. Features were great but many not needed for our office.

Pros

I liked the professional appearance and functionality. It's made specifically for health-type offices. It had a wide selection of features and functions.

Cons

There were many features that our office did not need and we couldn't exclude them for a cheaper price. Also, the HIPPA compliant emails were great but we also wanted HIPPA compliant text messaging but that was not available at the time

We had several issues when initializing the phone system. I wouldn't mention this if the issues had been addressed in a timely manner but it has taken almost a month to get everything set up properly. Also the response time in answering questions and fixing issues that may have potentially lost us some business were not taken care of in a timely manner.

Pros

We like how it incorporates all communications into one platform that ties into our software system.

Cons

It does not provide a newsletter/email blasting platform. We use that a lot when we are having specials, discounts, events, and keeping our patients current as to what is going on. Also it has no way for patients to check in and have forms to sign that would incorporate into our EHR system. 2 downfalls that your competitors offer

### "Not as good as we hoped"

Pros

Since we were coming from a very old phone system, it's great to have all of the hold, transfer, directory and caller id features. It is easy to use once you figure out the basics.

Cons

The process to fax is so inconvenient. It takes twice as long as you have to scan, save, download then upload each document. This alone would have had us reconsider changing to this software if we were made aware of it before the change over. Messaging feature does not work even after several attempts to get help from support. Connection is often delayed and reception is not clear. Had a very hard time setting up a second handset and while the problem was finally fixed through the support centre, it was not done the proper way, but a shortcut.

For sure, Front Desk has helped me save time and save clients by being a virtual front desk when I’m not around. That being said, it is very basic software, which doesn’t grow with the user as needs change.

Pros

It is simple to use, and does exactly what it says it will do — interact with clients when you are unavailable.

Cons

I can’t see how the software interacts with clients.

It has helped us do a better, faster job in confirming patient appointments; plus, it helps us stay in touch with our patients when the office is closed. This has helped increase our front office productivity by about 20%, which is much appreciated!

Pros

The best thing about this software is its versatility, as it has an app and can be used within or outside of the office.

Cons

There is no version in Spanish (or other languages) - yet!

Overall we are fairly satisfied, we thought it had more features as far as marketing campaigns like our previous system, for being more expensive, i guess we assumed you would have those features: patient education, seasonal info like a newsletter..

Pros

The texting feature and the beta test bulk email feature.

Cons

I wish the bulk email feature was more adaptable, for types of services as well as age and gender. For example, I could email all overdue hygiene patients, or specials to only certain groups of patients rather than by age and gender only.

The mass email will be a great help with our office.

Pros

Software is really easy to use. I love the mobile app - great when office is closed for special events. Just used the mass email - beta testing. It worked great!!!!! Worked well with Eaglesoft and now Open Dental as our current software.

Cons

Customer service was great when we first started with Weave. I think they have outgrown their customer service department.

What was promised to us, never transpired. Phone service was quite poor. I would avoid this company.

Pros

Nice idea for what the features are,but they never worked wit( our software, and there was no future plan to work with our practice management software. They had nice phones.

Cons

Phone quality was horrible. They would do updates during the workday, or right Begay vacation with no warning to us. Their servers would crash and we would be without phone service for hours at a time.

Missed call and voice messages are features we love and have helped our business grow as we can now call patients back and return voice messages. The text feature is probably the best feature yet, as well as fax system as we save on paper, toner and time.

Pros

Phones, which are easy to use and VOIP is quite an upgrade from our previous system. Tons of features too. Excellent customer service and friendly as well.

Cons

The fact that we have to add a list of patient phone numbers on a monthly basis.
