The product is good, but the reliability is so bad the dentist told me to get them working consistently or get rid of them. I don't know how to get them working consistently so far.

Pros

I do like that the product flows from front desk and operatories, to cell phones.

Cons

The VOIP phones are very prone to drop outs and are subject to the failures in Weave's servers in their field operations. I have experienced multiple total phone system outages that last anywhere from hours to multiple days. It is always nearly impossible to get hold of any support in anywhere near a timely manner. It takes more than one hour for them to return any calls to customer service and more than an hour to connect to anyone in chat.

Weave has given me a way to look at pieces of the business I always wanted to but didn't want to spend a full day to gather the data.

Pros

I have been impressed with all the new features that Weave keeps coming up with. Always staying up to date and offering more things to make things easier.

Cons

If you are not one that like to look at the analytics of things and just gets by, it does not seem to do a lot. Once you get in and use all the features, it is a game changer

It’s been pretty awesome. A few hiccups a long the way but pretty easy to fix.

Pros

Since we don’t have a front desk at our wellness center this system is really awesome at getting back to clients. Usually a client is calling to book so the fact that the system will take care of them for us is so helpful.

Cons

I would just say that some clients are not fully aware that it is an automative system texting them so that was a little struggle at first but super easy to fix the out going message so it was more understood. I think the fact that some people call on landlines still that don’t text isn’t the most convenient for this software but they forward you that no one has responded.

I like WEAVE in that the texting and remote access is great! however the customer service is mostly incompetent - we've had the same repeat errors in programming and I get transferred to one rep after another and have spent MANY HOURS/DAYS calling on the same issues. Frustrating!

Overall, just a terrible experience. Do your research before signing anything. Switched to another leading patient communication platform and have had no issues and none of the headache that Weave gave me.

Pros

Honestly, not a whole lot. A non cloud based software was nice but that's about it.

Cons

Weave never fully integrated into my EPM software. After countless times of being told it would integrate perfectly, which is what sold me on the product, I found out it did not. The servers went down multiple times which left us without phones. There were constant updates that would also leave us without phones. In a medical office, this is unacceptable. The customer service was horrible. Nothing would ever get resolved. The price was also a factor.

It has been great in terms of communicating with clients efficiently. Many prefer text messages for appointment confirmations versus telephone calls or emails. Some just text us now for availability of appointments. Like the caller ID function as well.

Pros

The ability to text our clients was a game changer for my business. Clients love it, my front desk loves the ease of it, texting appointment confirmations became super easy. Love when we miss a call it texts our clients that we will get right back to them. Also allows us to easily see missed calls and call volume. Also LOVE the phone app so that when the business is closed I can follow up from home on any missed calls!

Cons

The inability to send out mass text messages. It would be great if we could classify client types and then text to that group easily.

They really tried, but they just have a bad software, and have grown too fast that their software is literally breaking because it can't handle their users.

Pros

Terrible service, software with tons of bugs, and customer support hold times 1-2 hours are just the beginning of the problems you will have with Weave. We had nothing but problems from the very start, and only lasted 3 months before transferring to RingCentral. So glad we are off Weave now.

Cons

Software doesn't work. Appointment reminders go out to cancelled and rescheduled appointments. Phones don't ring correctly and no ability to edit.

We have never had a bad experience. Set up was done for us (via remote screen control), and when we add phones, they will send an installation team for us. Customer service has fixed every problem (one with set up, and one that arose during use) FOR us, instead of directing us to a help page with instructions.

Pros

Weave is a program MADE for communicating with your patients, and it shows. It's incredibly easy to use (made to mimic a smartphone!), and does what it's meant to do. We can text with our patients, reminders are automated and confirm appointments within our scheduling software, and we never miss a notification with the special pop ups!

Cons

We are currently using a light version (software only) as our current phone contract has several more years on it. I am absolutely looking forward to the day we can integrate the phone system as well! The feature available to us, at present, are wonderful, but the system working as a whole will be even more efficient!

Frontdeskai's system is truly revolutionary. It allows our clients to easily book and manage their appointments through simple text messaging which saves us hundreds of dollars a month in receptionist and after-hours answering service fees while increasing the number of appointments scheduled. We're so happy with it that we're featuring our Frontdeskai text-only number prominently everywhere we can: on our website, on our business cards -- everywhere. It works flawlessly and is a perfect example of the magic of cutting-edge technology. Brilliant and highly recommended. We just hope our competitors don't find out about it!

Cons

The customer rep from FrontDesk, has made every effort to implement some of our ideas and feature requests into the system. He's very responsive and has made himself quite accessible. Many of the things we 'liked least' have been refined and improved on. That said, we're really looking forward to being able to read the text Logs!

great, saves a lot of time calling to confirm appts, have used it to reach out for payment also. I think the time savings is the biggest thing and we can communicate with patients with questions without having to make several phone calls back and forth, doesn't interrupt our other duties or software usage

we love the texting to confirm and so do many of our patients. they can look back and see time and date of appt

integration was definitely a process but we have managed and i believe most of the bugs worked out. we are not yet totally integrated but are looking forward to that also

Pros

Most features are helpful and save time. It is fairly easy to navigate and over the past year, upgrades have improved the usefulness of the app. The support staff is friendly and usually able to fix issues in a timely manor.

Cons

The Polycom hardware that came with Weave lacks features most multi-line phone systems have. Putting calls on hold and transferring calls is never seamless and often results in dropped calls. There is no way to confirm that automated emails have gone out to patients. As with most applications in their infancy, there are often glitches and bugs that need to be worked out.

It's been really good. We've had some issues with getting a hold of customer support in the past, but it seems that they have added more staff to help. The chat support system works really well now.

Pros

We love that we can text with our patients in real time.

Cons

There are quite a few places in the website that are really hard to see. Some of the radio buttons are so pale gray that they are really hard to see. We would also like to be able to customize our campaigns a little bit more.

I really like that this product is constantly updating and adding better and new features. I love that it has the feature to see the history of all calls, text and emails for patients. You know if someone did return that patient call or text. I love all the automatic texts and automatic emails. I also love the payment options and fax features!

They fixed the con feature that I hated, so I have none now. :O)

Set up was a challenge and I spent many hours daily on hold or in a Que waiting for someone to trouble shoot. Took a couple of months to get that accomplished but things have been fairly smooth since then.

it has features that are essential to our practice, ie texting, appt. reminders integration with Dentrix software,

Customer service wait times are unacceptable, the voice greeting system has had some glitches, processes have changed several times making it confusing on how to change or implement new greetings etc. This definitely needs to be stream lined to make it more user friendly.
