We do not use the software to its full capacity I do not believe but what we do use it for is great.

Pros

I like that this software allows customers to text the office without giving personal numbers out

Cons

I do not like that the app will show you if it is a customer calling however the phone does not give you that information

Weave gives me access with my smart phone to manage remotely the communications of my. Practice it allows growth and management of my business it ways I never dreamed possible I find myself saying, "Wow, the Weave can help me do that better a lot"

Cons

There are a few features that don't fully integrate with my practice management software that would allow better remote review of my schedule.

Weave was designed to work with the Carestrean Management software, something that no one else did and lowered my monthly expense

I'm not sure if we would have the dropped call issue with other applications. If that weren't an issue with Weave I'd be happy with the program.

Pros

The texting application is quick and easy to use.

Cons

Even though we previously never had internet connection issues, we do now. We get a multitude of dropped calls which is a huge interruption in my day.

Pros

There is not anything that I can think of at this time. Weave is continually updating and giving us more options to make our job even easier.

Pros

FrontdeskAI takes the stress off our front desk staff when we're short-handed or busy. It handles routine inquiries so the staff can focus on building relationships with our clients in the store. It also gives peace of mind knowing that we are able to take care of callers even when staffing is lean.

Cons

Limited automation for recommending the best match of service or service provider. We worked around this by having FrontdeskAI notify us of all new client requests so that these can be personally handled by our staff.

We are going to stick it out because it is a great tool, but I sure hope they improve their support area!!

Pros

It's great that we can send wellness forms to any phone number, and using our office number for texting is awesome while utilizing a virtual waiting room.

Cons

Implementation was disorganized and out of order, one onboarder didn't know what the other onboarder had covered. On our first day, we were unable to easily contact support to help us with our launch. Average wait time for a first-level tech support person is over 30 minutes, and he just writes down the issue to pass along.... once I insisted on waiting (chat is no faster) and over TWO HOURS LATER, was told that feature was not compatible with our practice software. Apparently our sales rep did not know that THREE of the big selling points were not even actually available to us.

Loved using the software until they triid to sell aditional features and did not follow up. We were unable to use phone for 3 months and REPEAEDLY tried to rectify and and were forced to use another company. Missing was customer support. Sales had the staff!

I love the integration with our practice management software, and that patients like the features that allow text responses and ease of communication with our office. I like the newest features added by Weave during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cons

I wish Weave would implement a spell check feature and would pick up cell numbers from any field from our practice management software.

We has allowed us to take complete control of our practice at the touch of our fingers. From texting to confirm someone or scheduling them ,.it can all be done quickly and in a very personal manner . Having the app on the phone also allows me complete control when not in the office as well .

Pros

Weave allows our office to have direct personal communication with our patients . At the touch of a button we are always connected . It increases our bottom line by our minute to minute utilization of the software .

Cons

There are really no cons ..all positive

Pros

I love the fact our patients can text our phone number and not a 5 digit code. The fact we can transfer the phones directly to a team member when the office is closed for COVID 19 is wonderful.

Cons

I wish we could actually change the spelling instead of just telling you its wrong. The customer support is lacking and the fact when you have a problem and there is no manager to talk to is not helpful. When there is a problem that needs to be address it should be handled not leave a email and someone might get back to you.

Pros

It was an easy setup, but the best part is its functionality. Showing our patients and information on the screen when they call is very helpful, but the recording of calls and messages is outstanding. During the COVID-19 shutdown, it really proved its worth allowing all to get messages, contact patients and see those needed to be contacted from our mobile devices.

Cons

Having to login each day. I would like to just pull it up when needed.

Great reminder system!

Pros

The text-chat feature is very convenient and lets the patient know we are personally texting with them.

Cons

The customer service is slow. I like the chat option, but I've been in que for over 30 minutes occasionally. And I wish they offered reminder phone calls as well.

Weave is very easy to use. The tutorials are great! It is also handy in reminding us of appts. needed for family members.

Pros

Weave is a time saver! Instead of calling pts. and leaving messages, we are able to just text our pts. They like the instant feedback as well. I also like to see when someone is calling in. It pops up on my computer!

Cons

I have not found anything negative about Weave.

Pros

For us, the ability to communicate with our patients via text is priceless. There is not a feature of Weave that we use that we have any issues with. It's been a money and time saver.

We have had a few issues with the phone receivers but have had great customer service!

Pros

The weave system was very easy to implement as we were a startup business. I choose this for the main reason that I could access the office schedule and patients while I was away from the office.

Cons

The updates on the mobile app are too frequent and the lag time from a message or voice mail sent.

Overall, everyone has been helpful.

Pros

It’s easy to use once you learn it. It encompasses a lot of functions in one software program. It helps centralize our communications with employees and patient to one place. I like being able to access it outside office.

Cons

When I need to reach customer support the wait times are (or were long-over 30 -40 mins). So I suggest hiring more tech support. But overall, I usually get my question answered, I tend to teach people down for a resolution.
