Worse than horrible. Lies and additional fees they didn't tell me about

Pros

What it promised to do. They promised integration which was a total lie. I wish I could sue them.

Cons

Everything. Multiple people lied about being integrated with my software. They didn't tell me there were additional charges that i would need to pay. They stated it would be much more user friendly

Weave VOIP phone system is like having another partner for a team member! The texting function and app makes patient communication so much easier!

Customer Service.. it is hard to talk to someone lately and if you do call or chat there is a long wait.. also the pictures of patients do not match in Weave with our Dentrix software

The tremendous value, basically the same price as our old phone service provider. The weave team is constantly offering new features as well.

Cons

It's hard to keep up with all the new features and keep the team trained on the new updates.

Pros

I love the ease behind weave, it's simple and not complicated plug the phone in sync it with my software and I was good to go. I do also like how it has my patients information as soon as they call so I'm not having to place them on hold to search.

Cons

Mass texting only works for one day at a time. We love to do giveaways and it would be great if we could set up a mass text to send to all of our patients.

Pros

WEAVE is extremely easy to use and set-up for office use. As a small staff, it's extremely helpful to be able to login from the PC or mobile app to check missed calls, messages, set-up business hours, & alter messages based on working hours.

Cons

WEAVE is supposed to be compatible with our practice management software (we don't use that feature yet) but so far we truly haven't ran into any issues as of yet.

Cons

When the name of caller shows up on the screen, it should ALWAYS show the primary bill payor, not a minor.

Weave allows our entire team to communicate with patients simultaneously and track patient communication remotely.

Cons

It is difficult to separate family members from a single phone number. It would be nice to be able to change those quickly.

Poor communication

Pros

not much so far. It makes calls, but the call quality is delayed by half a second.

Cons

The customer service is horrible. Do not trust all the things the sales person is saying. They promised the program would be integrated with my PMS and closed the sales. After closing the sales, the sales person will basically ghost you. Other department will just say that it's not their responsibility and will just keep sorry. Imagine you have a problem with the phone line, they will keep bounce you around from department to department. They will say they are sorry tho. Unfortunately, sorry doesn't fix the problem.

Using weave is great to increase inter office communication without having to leave a room. It is immediate like a text message but discrete. Helps with any miscommunication issues between departments when clients or patients are present with conflicts or processing.

Pros

I loved that while logged in you are able to communicate with everyone in your workplace even if other members are teleworking. You are able to message back and forth like you would with a text or instant message either individually or as a group message, while also seeing whom is active or online at the same time. Weave also allows coworkers to see who is calling on screen not just on the phone. Using weave you are able to message clients or contacts to their phone for appointment reminders or confirmations and it simply sends them a text.

Cons

I disliked that while using the software you have to exit out of one screen to access others but that is manageable.

Weave has streamlined a lot of our communication in our office. It has features that do what we previously paid three other companies for. The best part is that they do it more successfully

Pros

Customization is simple! We love the two way texting and the communication that it opens up with patients! Reviews are an awesome feature that we were already paying someone else for. Phone features are unparalleled.

Cons

Nothing we have found yet. We keep waiting to see if there is something we don't like, but three months in and nothing yet.

Customer service is hit or miss, and anoying with their repeated questions of who I am when i call. Did not provide great support when i changed PMS.

Phone app is great, look of app and how clean it is

Does not update with Iphone well. does not integrate with all features with Cloud PMS

Pros

I love the text to pay feature. Patients also love this feature. I also love being able to text patients and see who else in the office has communicated with them and when.

Cons

There was a texting mishap with AT&T customers that I feel could have been resolved sooner but since I don't work for that company I can't say for sure. It did cause several issues for my office.

Right now, with CoVID, it allows the office to communicate with patients in a contactless and socially distanced manner.

Pros

With Weave, I am able to communicate with patients in this socially distance covid time. It allows contactless payment, forms and allows covid screening.

Cons

It took a while to integrate both hardware and software so the office staff was comfortable and familiar enough to use.

Pros

The program is extremely user-friendly. I use the email marketing to send out mass communication to our patients for special events and specials. The reply button has been great for R.S.V.P.'s to special event.

Cons

I had a little difficulty at first formatting the picture for the email blast. No problem once I became familiar with it.
