Pros

I love the texting features to communicate with patients. I also love the text to pay feature. We get alot of compliments on the text reminders.

Cons

The text to pay feature needs to improve at sending a receipt to patient by text or better way to print receipt. On the wellness form, we need a better way to print or transfer to our software.

I love that I can see at home per on the road when I need to come to work

Pros

This product is awesome. I love the control it gives me in and out of the office. I can really see where patients come from.

Cons

Price? It's really not too bad. They other products are more expensive

Pros

We love that we can text or call clients from anywhere and still appear that we are in the studio. The call forwarding and voicemail override features are terrific. The most helpful tool for our studio is the automatic text response to missed calls.

Cons

We wish it were easier to send a mass text message to a large group.

Pros

Everything! We have used it at our practice for about 3 months now and love it. Customer service is great and the value for what they provide is outstanding. They do automatic recall and you can customize patient reminders. It integrates with the practice software that we use beautifully.

Cons

They recently changed the design but that's no reason to complain.

At the time of using Weave, there was not as many options or features offered.

Absolutely no problems solved, instead more were generated. Customer service is a -10, but that option isn't available. The lack of being able to critically think on solving customer issues is non-existant - unless it's a canned answer on the card in front of the CSR, you're just out of luck, not that anyone further up the ranks will even listen as they are always on the defensive. The company has a great premise, but implementation of that premise is on another planet.

Pros

What was promised it could do/would do. Great idea but with the inability to meet the promised response within 24 hrs., onboarding wouldn't listen/respond to messages regarding implementation

Cons

the reality of what the software couldn't do/wouldn't do - contrary to promises made during sales.

Awesome!!! Customer service is great and responds quickly. I love love love this app

Pros

With this app we have cut our phone time down and increased productivity immensely! The Weave app texts appointment reminders then marks the patient as confirmed. It also send out a text when their eyewear has arrived. It has saved us at least an hour or two a day of phone time. Weave also sends out friendly birthday wishes. The text to pay portion allows us to send an invoice directly to a patients phone with a link for them to pay from as well

Cons

There is no hands on set up . It is all done via telephone and computer. It would be easier if someone came in and set it up for us.

Reason for choosing Weave

This product has more features hands down than any of the other products that we checked out. I am finding new features daily

It has been very beneficial to making those reminder calls and more time efficient.

Pros

What I like most is how easy this system is to use. We have many different types of people using the system, so that is very important for us as an agency.

Cons

I have had a really hard time getting new locations set up. I wish we worked more directly with one person and not so many different people. Also, think it would be beneficial to have all the accounts be billed with one charge not 10.

Pros

We leave in a technology based world now so patients don't want card reminders for their next appointments. They want emails or text messages. That is exactly what Weave did for us. We're able to send reminds, happy birthday messages, google review links all through Weave.

Cons

I don't know that I have one. Weave was a great investment.

We have had a great experience with Weave and even without the integration with our EMR I have noticed benefits to our practice. The ease in texting and communicating with patients is very convenient. We have been able to text from our main phone number and this has been very helpful.

Ease of use. Analytics on phone system. Texting capabilities with automation. All in one VOIP

Cons

Not being integrated with EMR software Voicemail has been off and on

The main benefit here is automated patient/customer alerts and notifications.

Pros

Being able to send texts directly to patient and customer cell phones for appointment confirmations and customer alerts. Ability to have the program on your phone and being able to see work related documents/situations remotely.

Cons

Expensive to have on multiple computers. When the program the crashes, the phones crash too but this has only happened twice in the past year.

It is great. We had outdated phones. We got new phones and modernized our telecommunications with ease.

Pros

The texting is great. It shows up on patient's phone as our primary phone number. They can even text photos and images to us.

Cons

Only issue is that phones and system has to be rebooted occasionally.

Overall I have loved using Weave as an addition to my practice management software. I can’t imagine living without it

Pros

Great functionality. I love that I can take the office home with me. I can pull up the schedule of my next day without having to login to my work computer. I can also communicate with patients after hours.

Cons

I think their customer support could be a little bit more experienced. I also think their wait times could be shorter for support

Pros

Weave is a wonderful program. We got connected for a long trial at the beginning stages of the platform being launched. The mass email builder was awesome and I enjoy all the other features that they have implemented over the years!

Cons

The mass email builder is great and quite generic in my opinion. Not a bad thing AT ALL, for our business, the simplicity was not king. We needed a bit more customization.

Very poor customer service. Trying to cancel services is a nightmare. We signed up for something and it didnt work but I never received a full refund.
