I like the instant messaging with patients - very quick and easy to use

Cons

the VOIP phones - very delayed - dropped calls - sounding muffled

the amount of things that can be done with one product

Patients live to communicate by text. More patients confirm their appointments and our google reviews have grown immemsely

Cons

The RC features do not work in our office as we have multiple locations. Very long wait times for support

We love some of the features but the cons outweigh the pros. I don't think I would recommend this service to anyone.

Pros

Love the text messaging feature and caller ID, analytics as well as team chat.

Cons

Customer service is very slow, long hold times and support chat is no better. We have had these phones less then 6 months and have had 2 major issues since where we are without phone service or it is very limited. This is not good for business and not good for our clients/patients.

### "I LOVE Frontdesk AI"

If I would have hired an answering service, I would still need to call the customer back directly. Now if I'm in a session with a client and someone calls, Frontdesk AI can answer the call, respond intelligently via text and schedule a client right away. This has taken much of my stress away. Also, my clients are all on-board with our changes and they like it too. Don't worry about clients being put off. That hasn't been my experience at all. :)

Pros

I LOVE the fact this software integrates with my Booker scheduling software. My business is a boutique. I really don't need a full time receptionist at this point, so Frontdesk AI solves my problem. Not only does it integrate with my software and is able to schedule a caller directly through text, it is extremely intelligent and relays questions and concerns in the NOTES and I'm informed to contact a client directly. My problems have been solved!

Cons

We seemed to have worked our intro questions through perfectly. I am satisfied.

Very bad, lost credit card terminals, that never got replaced or followed up on. Forms/ limitations not discussed at the sales.

Pros

Having a phone app, with schedule for a non- cloud based software is nice.

Cons

Too many glitches and customer support is complete junk. One hour wait times and then they cant even help.

All of the tools we need to be efficient are all in weave: staff chats, two way texting, recorded calls, preset text messaging options, and desktop notifications.

Pros

Our veterinary hospital has become more efficient since we started using weave! Our clients love the text to pay option and the two way texting!

Cons

I wish in the general staff chat that I could respond directly to someone using the @ symbol or by typing their name.

I like when I miss a call or am on another call, FrontdeskAI will help me book appointments for my clients. Simple and easy to use. Very user friendly for my clients as well!

TERRIBLE!

Pros

Their lies of matching the fees of my current merchant service

Cons

The demo that the rep showed me seemed pretty nice HOWEVER, it is a trick to get you to sign up and take your money. They tell you that this is a no contract service and you can quit any time, but yet you will have to give them at least 30 days notice and in the mean time, they will bill you for that time. The month free trial in the beginning is just so that you sign up and "set up" things but they are unresponsive and it will take them over a month to "set things up" so you end up paying for a service that isn't fully set up. Basically, all they can say is you screwed, you owe us money, and sorry but you can cancel...after 30 days!

Overall, our Onboardi g manager was great. Very knowledgeable snd helpful. Iur sales rep forgot our name after we signed and would no longer respond to emails, soecifically about the IPad we were supposed to receive as part of a promotion. Reached out to several depart and no one has been able to resolve issue.

Pros

Software is very easy to use and makes communication with patients very easy.

Cons

Difficulty getting help with anything that is not a common problem. Contact information for different departments is limited, incorrect or nonexistent.

Pros

FrontdeskAI has helped us pick up so many phone calls we would have missed. We are a two person massage business and constantly on the go. We we're missing so much business by not being able to get to the phone or follow up quickly enough. The customer service here is excellent and people love being able to text.

Cons

We're pretty happy, we just need to be able to see the transcripts of the conversations so we can better response to their questions and not duplicate information.

It is helpful to keep things organized and central, so that if I am out of the office, someone else can answer my clients texting in.

Cons

Maybe I just know how to use all of the features, but I wish I could set notifications so that it only notified me if certain clients called or texted. That way our team could individually be notified when their specific clients reach out.
