Weave has made our daily jobs easier. With Weave, we can text pet owners with lab results, appointment reminders, updates on surgery patients, and more. I love that faxes come as downloadable PDF's so I can upload them straight into pet's accounts, instead of wasting paper to print, then scanning into the pet's account. We did not have caller ID before, and now I know who is calling before I pick up, which helps me open the owner's account beforehand.

Pros

Easy to use, can text owners about appointments and results, faxes are downloadable PDFs and not printed, caller ID linked to client's names

Cons

I have not found a feature I do not like.

Pros

FrontdeskAI is a fantastic way to maintain client relationships and booking even during the busiest times of business. It creates an easy way for clients to communicate with our business even when we may not have a staff member directly available. The customer service is phenomenal and the entire FrontdeskAI team has worked incredibly hard to make sure they learn the ins and outs of our business in order to make the software useful in a way unique to our brand.

Cons

The first stages of set up and use can be slightly frustrating, however as the system learns more about our business these troubles subside. The system can at times be slightly finicky, however for overall content and use it absolutely gets the job done!

Pros

This platform leaves me free to work with my customers. I don't need to worry about missing calls as Sasha takes care of them in a professional manner. As Sasha is new to us, I have been asking clients what they thought of our AI booking experience and every one of them LOVED it! Some said it's easier than using our online booking feature! Thank you Sasha!

Cons

The US exchange rate! I'm located in Canada.

The ability to handle swamped phone calls and not miss one call.

Pros

Grabs our calls after how many rings we want, in this case we told our phone company 4. It is called a hunting feature and is something you will need to know about. We never miss a call... EVER! Clients have had a positive reception to it and is easy to use for them. It is just the two of us that work here so when one of us is gone the Frontdesk ai has our back booking at least 60% of those clients in the first month of using it. Highly recommend for any size business.

Cons

The "hunting" feature was not explained well but after understanding my participation in getting that feature administered with my phone company all was good.

It is just by text. I have clients who like to talk. My business is very specific service and sometimes is important to explain with a conversation.

I haven’t had such a comprehensive customer support team. Their team is amazing top to bottom and you can tell it’s because they care about the customer and care about who works for them. They care about our patients. They care about the small business owner that relies on positive patient experience.

My overall experience is very good!

Pros

TrueLark is a great way to schedule appointments, it has helped my team making their work easier and saving time. The UI is good and I didn't experience any bugs with it.

Cons

I wish the software had a free trail to my team could try using it before making a purchase. Luckily the cost is competitive.

Pros

I like how clients can be assisted via text if we are too busy in-store to answer the phone.

Cons

Unless i dont know how to use it, i dont like how we can't respond back in text if were too busy to update them too instead of the AI.

Pros

Handles the overflow of missed calls to my busy lash salon perfectly. I fully intend to use them for all locations as we expand. Before I always wondered what the efficiency of my front desk was and how many calls might be missed. Now I know exactly. Great value for any service business owner. We offer phone service, online booking and FrontdeskAI for any overflow - missed potential business is a thing of the past.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind so far on the advertised service. Everything is great so far. Excellent technology!

Overall, Weave has been helpful for my practice

Pros

I like the ability to connect with patients through Weave, and it’s really easy to get patient reviews.

Cons

Customer service is pretty slow. It can take days to hear back after submitting a request. The phone app wasn’t working properly for the first few months we had the service, but they finally got it fixed.

Pros

I like that you can use it to see the patient schedule for the day/week from the computer or the app.

Cons

It isn't very accurate on the procedures listed. Many times it will just list part of the procedure that is scheduled.

Weave uses a mesh overlay among all the nodes in kubernetes clusters, so it is able to dynamically route traffic.

Newer softwares like cilium are better equipped to handle high loads.
