I have waited for over an hour on hold with support. Today I have ben on hold for over 20 minutes to get a payment problem resolved. Every time Weave has a problem I dread having to call Weave.

very bad-they may be 1/2 the cost but your phones will only work 1/3 of the time

In three weeks our phones have been out 5 times! The features will not work and the customer support is horrible. They even told us to buy new phones!

Pros

efficient, leaves a very impressive feeling to clients. Makes servicing our clients that are in our salon better because we don't have to stop what we are doing to answer the call.

Cons

clients sometimes think that they are texting with one of the owners or receptionists and will ask questions frontdesk.ai can't answer.

The software is good for certain businesses such as spas or dental offices, but it's not suited for other companies. It's efficient for SMS messaging and making appointments, sending special offers and such, but I think it's expensive and won't work for all kinds of business .

Pros

The chatbot is code free so it's very easy to use without prior knowledge of code. The customer support is also very good and helpful.

Cons

I think without a free trial and a $99 a month for 75 conversations, it's very expensive for a chatbot. It's helpful for certain businesses maybe, but wasn't for my company.

Pros

I love the text messages they send me when a client has a question that they can manage. It's very thorough.

Cons

I'm very happy with the service so far and don't has any complaint about it. One thing that would be helpful will be to add calls to the service since there are old people that don't use text message but so far everything is great.

More bookings, less lost clients, more time for front end staff not needing to return as many voicemails.

Pros

I am extremely happy with the quality of product and support provided by frontdesk.ai. My new clients are always impressed with the quick response time from my "front desk" if a call is missed - and are always impressed when they learn it is automated software. My number of bookings from missed calls has gone up dramatically while simultaneously reducing the work burden for my front-end staff. I would definitely recommend this service to any business owner.

Cons

US number as my business is in Canada. But otherwise I am very happy with it. Can be tricky setting booking parameters over the phone.

When the system works it is great. When their data centers go down you are dead in the water missing calls all over. They are down at least once ever another week, sometimes for hours. They tell you their system update their database to yours every 8 min. It is more like the end of a day at 5:00 PM Mountain time. WE are in the midwest and get 40 to 60 calls a day. We need hourly updated data. Oh yes they forget to tell you they will access all your data off just off one computer so make sure it isn't turned off ever 24 -7 or go down. Otherwise, your data will not update. They make a lot of promises they can not keep. It does do a lot of things good but far from "as sold".

Pros

Weave is very simple and easy to use. The setup was simple and it does a lot for what you pay.

Cons

HIPPA compliance is a bit tricky when it comes to weave. The support staff will assure you that you can send PHI through text but it isn't encrypted.

Cons

I really don't like software that has to be integrated into our software as I am always concerned about information breaches.

I really enjoy the concept of this software and it makes syncing all our communication systems together really easy and saves us a ton of time.

Cons

There are a couple glitches in their delivery on messages on the communicative aspect of the software.
