The program operates and functions like several employees might....sharp employees at that! We use the Weave payment features through Stripe as well. That program runs so smoothly.

Pros

I LOVE LOVE the ability to text and communicate with a patient so easily throughout the busy work day. The caller ID feature that pops up on our computer screen when a patient calls is so useful!!

Cons

I honestly haven't found a feature that we don't absolutely LOVE! The staff comments often on how did we ever live without !!

What I like most about is how it seamlessly integrates communication and patient management into one platform. It sends calls, texts, and faxes well. I limit my interactions with it due to the eye straining interface. I think it will help keep us on top of calls and texts. I just wish I put it in dark mode without it all collapsing.

Pros

It's convenient to have calls, voicemails, texts, and faxes all together.

Cons

The interface is harsh on the eyes and the ability to alter color and font is buggy and poor.

has helped our office with overall efficiency. We are able to send forms prior to their appointments easily manually or have them automatically sent out for specific appointments. We are able to text or email forms. We can text patients who chose that option of communication to help with lowering phone calls. The ease of looking at the transcripted voicemail or listening via the app or phone is helpful as well. We can schedule emails to be sent out each month as well for special events or closure notices. We can also schedule bulk texts to go out for the times we only need to send it to specific patients instead of a mass message.

Pros

Ease of communication and efficiency improvement across the office.

Cons

The glitches that happen every so often. Still, updates that could be done to better it.

My overall experience with is very positive. It works well each day and our practice heavily relies on it. It's a huge convenience for not only us but also for our patients. They always remark how nice it is that they can just send a text to us and get a response without playing phone tag.

Pros

I like that that saves me time in the office by easily being able to communicate with patients through a quick text and also being able to communicate with my office team quick and efficiently from anywhere. I also like that I can use Weave on my phone to check for patient emergencies over the weekends when our office is closed.

Cons

It can be confusing for staff members if a patients text was handled by someone else already if it is read and waiting in the inbox. It would be nice if there was a way to label messages as "completed" or "needs attention still" etc.

Very positive. We upgraded from an old phone system to phones, that are not only nice units and mobiles, but also have the integration with our software. We also use them as our fax service, so we were able to drop the old company we were using for faxes.

Pros

Fabulous internet based phone system, with caller ID and integration into our software. gives us info on the patient calling through an app on the screen, that includes important info like next appointments, balances due, etc.

Cons

Sometimes in the app you have to do a lot of back clicking to get to the home screen, which can be a little annoying.

Can not delete the sent messages! Further there is no highlighting or bold options in text.

The experience our office has had is been really good. The support team is fantastic. I have no complaints other than spell check.

Pros

The text message service is awesome. This service has saved our office a lot of time. I also love the app on my phone. I can check the messages and schedule away from the office.

Cons

No spell check when texting. I type to fast and misspell words.

We have used for almost 4 years and migrated all of our offices over to the Weave platform. The migration process and setup is really simple. We are given the option to manage our own system from the platform or can contact support to configure all of the settings of phone tree, call routing, etc...

Pros

is an easy to manage complete phone system that is HIPAA compliant and is cost effective for our organization.

Cons

Support is usually helpful but at times, there is a wait to get ahold of a technician

has made my job easier by the convenience of communicating with patients and the convenience of being able to see the schedule from home in case there is a snow day, I don't have to risk driving in the snow in order to reschedule patient's. With weave I am able to do that from home.

It is user friendly, has an app feel so it's easy to maneuver, can reply to clients in text conversation. Easy to check voicemails too.

Cons

Maybe a way to update the hold music and a way to update the way we set up phone tree.

This has brought a better approach to managing high call volume with limited staff. A lot of customers like the easy responses to confirming appointments via text and the payment options.

Pros

The app is easy to use and simple to navigate through.

Cons

The desktop app can recommend an update several times a day and make you sign in again. Updates are a good thing, but once a day would be recommended vs 3 times a day.
