I talk about even outside of work, it has made our life so much easier and helped communication within the practice even better.

Pros

I cannot imagine a world where I used to have to call each patient and we did not have access to texting them about the importance of keeping an appointment. Having the easy access on my phone with an app to work from home is also a plus.

Cons

Sometimes the software does not run as streamline as we would like, simple things like not receiving text messages etc.

Awful. I wish we never signed up with . I will be looking into other communication software's and asking for a full refund. This is a joke of a company.

Pros

The desktop app is a nice feature . It is small and easy to use. The only good thing about Weave.

Cons

You guys are horrible company. Our has not worked properly since we signed up with Weave. The fax didn't work for over 2 months, the payments are not writing back to Open Dental, confirmations are being sent to patients who are no longer on that day and patients accounts are unable to be pulled up. I keep being told-'were escalating this to Tier 2, to Tier 3', but they are simply passing the blame and keeping me in limbo.

Enables employees to work on other tasks, saves time and money. Multiple uses with phone, text messaging with patients and coworkers. Integrates with Dentrix so when it recognizes a phone number it links it with the patient, so no problem if someone is hard to understand.

Phones are internet based so they do go down when the internet goes down.

I am still in communication with higher up members of customer support and technical support. They have been able to help me with most of our issues and get back to me quickly.

Pros

The appointment and recall reminders has been life saving for our small practice.

Cons

Setting and implementation of the software was nothing short of a nightmare. I was constantly calling or emailing support. I was mislead of the functions and capability of and the whole process made me wish we went with another company. After several escalations I was able to get a few member's of their staff to help me with issues. But based off of my experience with implementation, I couldn't recommend them.

Reason for choosing Weave

I was told it offered several options that would work well for what we needed. After purchasing and setting up, I was completely lied to. Their payment processing was NOT compatible with our software. They weren't' set up for recalls. (They are now) and we paid to have our patient paperwork uploaded but this process was not streamlined like I was sold to believe. 1 page turned into 7 that I had to download and then scan in. The sales department was horrible and bold faced lied about 's capabilities.

Overall, our office has had positive experiences with . We have given a lot of feedback to the company and have appreciated the new updates that the company continues to improve. The option to view the upcoming schedule through the Weave application has been one of my favorite parts of this software. The ability to look at our office schedule from my cell phone has been extremely helpful when our office is without power. I also appreciate the ability to receive calls through our office on my cell, with just a couple of clicks.

Pros

Our office has appreciated the ease of use of both the desktop and mobile applications on our phones. We can quickly communicate with our customers and with one another through private team chats.

Cons

is a VOIP system, and have experienced issues with internet connections. We have occasionally struggled with static feedback with calls, both received and those called out. We have sent reports to the company and hope they continue to improve these problems.

We have had a pretty good experience using . It does take a while to get issue's fixed mostly just waiting for someone to be available to help. Otherwise, we are pretty happy with it's service.

Pros

We love texting. Our clients are more prone to answering us when we send them a text. Alternatively, this saves us a lot of time not needing to call as much.

Cons

We are waiting for the software to integrate with our EMR. We cannot use this program to it's full potential until that part is done. We would love to use the text message appointment reminder feature but until it's integrated, we are stuck using email reminders.

Unsatisfactory and disappointing

Pros

The dashboard was a great concept. The fax was the one feature that always worked.

Cons

We were promised certain features would be available and customizable which were not. The text messaging would go out to the wrong patients even though family file information was correct. Forms were changing names in our dental operating system, phones worked inconsistently, customer service would take days if not weeks to correct an issue or blame it on comcast (which we had working great for 6 years) and our IT dept (which we have had for 5 years).

Pros

I love the ease of use for the desk top app when communicating with patients.

Cons

1)We have two locations and I would love the ability to link the locations so that the employees could utilize the chat feature in house. 2) I would love to be able to sort messages sent by user. We always see a glitch when one of our admin is sending a message. It shows the initials of an admin that didn't send the message. 3) I would like for the paperless documents to intergrate with Dentrix Enterprise. 4) I would love if our two databases could be merged to allow for us to not have to switch back and forth between 2 locations. 5) we utilize solution reach to send a one time text message to all patients overdue. doesn't have this feature as of yet.

Pros

is a huge time saver. Syncs with our appointment book for auto text reminders. Allows for patients to text us and for staff to text back. Records our calls and has a text to pay option.

Cons

Customer service has gone down hill. It’s harder and harder to get problems resolved when they do show up.

We love the convenience of messaging with patients over text. As an optician, if a patient is looking for a certain frame or we need to see a defect they reported on their glasses, we can send photos with ease.

Only con we have is we haven't found a way to block robo calls without using the website.

We have started using payment system and love this feature! Overall weave has been a great product. Sometimes customer service is a bit lacking but I feel like this has improved recently

love the texting feature, appointment reminders, eye wear reminders and general conversations with patients, much less time consuming than calling

I don't like that we have to contact to change our email messages...it is too time consuming, wish we could do it internally like our text messages

Other than a few hiccups here and there we have been enjoying using .

Pros

The software is great when it comes to texting, reminders, e-fax, and calling. Makes things a lot easier when sending a mass text to those who are unconfirmed for their appointment.

Cons

When it comes to patients doing the forms most of our new patients had difficulty with the link not working or not being able to pass taking a picture of your insurance specially for those who doesn't have any. We had a really hard time with the online appointment request. Even though they said they sync with our system it didn't. It showed every person who works in the office as open as the same hours as everyone else even on their days off. We had to take it off our website due to the fact that every time we had a request we had to reject it because they would want a time or dentist/hygienist at an unavailable day.

We went through everything we wanted and saw reviews and spoke to other office that used both systems.

Pros

Being able to have so nany options in one spot. Being ablevto send out mass texts and communications with the team chat. 1 big one is the voice recording with all calls.

Cons

Once in a while lately it says the network is experiencing problems. Or it says their needs to be an update i go to do it and it wont.

I am happy that I switched services, Ooma has offered much better and reliable service, customer service is easy to reach and always have answers to help me. I honestly would never use again.

Pros

I liked the text logs where it kept the text history under each contact.

Cons

The UNRELIABLE service, the fact that my texting capability got hacked and then had ME resolve it with filling out forms and couldn't guarantee it wouldn't happen again, and the POOR customer service (had to wait a LONG time to even get anyone on the phone, then was often told "oh, that's not my department" and then I would get a help article emailed to me (which is the same help article I had access to with a quick search before I reached out to support). It's a TERRIBLE service and I'm glad I switched to Ooma 7 months after signing up for Weave. I would definitely not recommend this service to any small business.

I was SOLD by a salesman. Also was recommended by my trusted business coach at the time. I was duped :(

Living in a tech world, people are more willing to text than talk on the phone. The service, setup, and integration was seamless.

Pros

We use this daily in our optical practice and it has made it so much easier to remind patient's of their appointments. We are able to text back and forth with the patients and staff. It automatically sends recall texts and informs the patient that their glasses/contacts are ready to be picked up.

Cons

I have 0 cons with . Everything has been super easy.

We are having success with our ViOP system and continue to learn more about the features and work out the "kinks". Customer service was a challenge in the early stages of planning and getting installment complete, but has improved. The phone system performance is good as is the equipment but I would caution other medical (especially veterinary practices) to be very specific about their needs and expections of the software.

Pros

Upon the demise of our 21 year landline phone system, we elected to go to a ViOP phone system. integrates with our Avimark veterinary software which was a key reason we chose them. The initial fee included the new phones and installation. Weave handled the porting of our existing phone lines. The phone features have allowed expansion of client communication.

Cons

The integration process was difficult. I feel this may not be the case for a other businesses, but we discovered after enrollment that has only been dealing with veterinary practices for about one year. Many of the options we thought we were integrating in regards to client reminders and scheduling where not possible. We did go forward with just the phone system features. We had hoped for much more "in-person" training to help learn a brand new system, but you are largely on your own with internet provided training.

Primarily for the integration with our existing Avimark veterinary software.

I am not always able to pick up the phone as I work alone 80% of the time, so it is great to be able to respond via text if I need to. I like overall, but it could be improved. There are glitches that seem to occur fairly often.

Easy to use product. The most impactful feature for our office is appointment reminders and recalls.

I do not like how slow it is to send out auto texts for pick-up when orders are ready at our office. I also do not like how many issues we have had with auto recalls and appointment reminders.
